Great pizza and a large sausage is only $10 Monday through Wednesday. The owner is always very friendly and greats you with a smile.

Pizza and sex. Even when it's bad, hey, it's still pretty good. That being said I don't want to say the pizza was bad, there's just much better out there. I ordered a $10 sausage and wouldn't pay any more than $10 after eating it. The girl that answered the phone sounded like I ruined her day because I called to place an order. I got there to pick it up and I suspect it was the same girl I spoke too now making a pizza. Whining and complaining about working and badmouthing the owner like a spoiled little rich girl who's never had a job. In front of me and 3 other customers! If it was me I would've told her to get out your FIRED the way she was talking, but the owner just laughed it off. He seems like a sweet old man but if he's paying that girl more than $3 and hour he's getting ripped off. Now on to the pizza. Imagine putting tomato soup, cheese and unseasoned Italian sausage onto the box the pizza comes in and baking it in the oven. That's what this tasted like. After a couple pieces I put some garlic powder and oregano onto it myself. That made it taste like garlic and oregano. This pizza would probably get rave reviews if it was being served in a retirement home or a prison. $10 pizza is a good deal but next time I'll spend a little more to get WAY better quality. Overall it gets thumbs down from this wiz kid.

This place is horrible. They have bad prices and food. There is nothing good about this place. I always get my food wrong once I get it home. I've heard so many negative and experienced it my self that I wouldn't recommend it for anyone. I'm not sure how the pass sanitation it's disgusting. The owner is rude and hates youth. He has told me and my father years ago that the youth are the problem with the area and his kids are the ones running around doing all the things he says are the problems just look them up online.

Disgusting!i ordered a eggplant sandwich and a sausage sandwich with red sauce and peppers. Went to pick it up got home opened the box and it was beef wtf! I went back and the girl behind the counter said " Oh my bad" then said do you want the sausage sandwich.... uh duh that's why I drove back. All the food was gross. Go to Dominics pizza if your a local.

Our favorite pizza in the Frankfort area (and there are many). Consistently good and a bargain at $10 for a large cheese or sausage on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. They also have the best garlic bread, made with fresh garlic.

This was the first pizza place we tried when we moved into the neighborhood and hoped it would be great. it was not. When we called to order we were left on hold for too long, then they did not say when it would be ready or how much it would be. kind of nice to know. When I went to pick it up there were 3 people working and no other customers in the place. I was told be right with you as an older man, young man and a woman were too busy looking in a book to give me my order. I think they were looking up an employees number and apparently it took all 3 to find it and leave a paying cutler waiting for about 10 minutes. Well these things happen, maybe the pizza was worth the wait... it was not. It is the closest pizza place, but I will never eat there again.

I live just across the pond from Tony's and have only recently discovered this little gem. Joe, the owner, is a witty, experienced, talented, hardworking owner/manager/chef. He has been around a long time and dates back to the fabulous La Pergola in "the Heights." I usually order pizza, and watch it being made, baking, and cut, and, then, slid carefully into the carton. I have ordered lasagna and different combos besides my usual Monday-Wednesday special he runs on a large sausage and cheese for 10 dollars (or so). It's all good, especially the pineapple and Canadian bacon Hawaiian pizza. The ingredients are fresh, the cheese real as can be, and everything is made with TLC whether made by Joe or one of the other chefs who work there. I am a customer for life after my six months or so of being a patron.

Tuesday is advertised all you can eat 5-8p for $6.95. We came in at sat down at 4:51. We immediately sat down and the nice girl got us pop and salads (the salad is included w the special). But they were barely pulling the pizza out by 5:25. We sat for half an hour, counting the many flies that were surrounding us and our salad. It was uncomfortable, the flies were annoying, there's no AC and it's warm outside, we just wanted to grab a couple of slices to eat and go. I couldn't take it anymore so I just asked for the check. $14 for two salads and two slices of pizza. The girl was nice enough to exclude our two pops. I'm glad I don't live out near this place. If you go to pizza Mia that is less than a mile away, you get an XL thin crust pizza for $13. You shouldn't have to wait half an hour for an "all you can eat" pizza deal.

Check hours before you go. My kids really like the ice cream but the pizza is only average. Service is good and it is close by so that's why we go often. I like the parlor style ice cream half of the restaurant.

Used to be a regular when the son ran this place. Ever since his dad's taken over the quality has dropped. Crust is bland, cheese blend isn't very good and the toppings don't taste fresh.

I lilke the pizza here. Relatively good prices with coupons to be had. The owner is really nice. We take the kids here after football practice. They have really good crust.

They have a GREAT PIZZA! Especially right out of the oven. Take my advice, use them for catering. I've had people request the italian sausage at my parties, and great prices. Did I mention how lucky I am working next door at Pedigree Junction, Villa Rosa anytime I want!

Holy Hell, how does one F&*K up a PIZZA... TWICE?!?!?! Some months back I ordered a pizza for pick up, half sausage/onion, the other half pepperoni/mushroom/green olive. When my amazing husband went to pick up the order he watched as the owner glanced at the ticket (therefore validating it's accuracy) then shoveled it into the packaging.. When the owner handed Scott the pizza he quickly told him that this was in fact 'the wrong' pizza, my wife ordered green olives not black. The owner gave him a nod and said "I'll get you next time"! Absolutely salivating at the idea of a new pizza place (did I mention this was the first order we ever placed with them) I was mildly disappointed by the olive confusion but was intent to devour it anyway. Once we got the pizza separated from the packaging, oh yeah, the cheese was ALL stuck to the paper, I bit into what I was waiting to be heaven..... OH MY GOD, there are onions on my side of the pizza!! In fact, the whole pizza was covered. I HATE ONIONS! I sulked as I picked the onions off and proceeded to eat the pizza. To my surprise, even after the onion episode, it was a tasty pizza. The cheese was wonderful and I liked the sauce. Scott, well, he HATED it! Let's fast forward to 1/20/12, the BIG blizzard! No one wanted to cook, the kids dad was running late to pick them up so I said let's order a pizza! I suggested giving Villa Rosa a second try, mainly because it is so close to my house; I can actually watch the doors to the facility open when people come and go. I thought since it was right across the street that I was doing whichever driver (cursed to work that night) a big favor!!! So the order goes as above (minus the onions since the kids would be eating the pizza too) half sausage, the other half pepperoni/mushroom/GREEN olive! I was told it would be 45 minutes, which was a really long time for a place across the street but I figured factoring in 'snow time' that was acceptable. An hour and 15 minutes later I call to 'check on our pizza". The girl said it was 'coming out now' and the driver will be leaving soon. Another 20 minutes later I called and I was told he had 'other deliveries too, he will be there soon'... Famished, on the brink of pizza and snow induced insanity the call comes, the driver will be at our front door in a minute. He shows up, we BS shortly while I pay the bill (and tip VERY well due to the weather), rush to the table to rip into my LONG awaited pizza.... BLACK f($*&ing OLIVES, do the people there have an issue against all things GREEN? I am about to cry as Scott is skipping around the house gloating that he told me NOT to order from that shit shack. Okay, fine, I will once again eat a pizza that is ALMOST what I craved, till the shocking discovery, almost a mystery, WHERE IS THE SAUSAGE???? Oh, there it is, on the pepperoni/mushroom/BLACK olive side!! WTF!?!?! Now, this is not a complete disaster for me but Scott will not eat plain cheese pizza, actually he despises plain cheese! I call Villa Rosa back and inform them that they will be delivering the correct pizza ASAP! I stated that I was looking right at the receipt (typed just as I ordered it) but that is NOT the pizza that was delivered. I want the pizza that my WHOLE family can enjoy! After some slight back and forth she said they would resend the corrected pizza.... IN 45 f(&#$ing MINUTES!!!!! Luckily, the kids ate the cheese with no complaints of course and Scott ate some of the chicken that was part of the family meal that we ordered (those sucked too BTW). Closer to an hour later our pizza guy called again to tell us he was in front. Trin went to get the pizza this time, she wanted to I think cuz' the driver was young and cute! She came back saying he needed the money for the pizza.... WHAT THE FUCKITY FUCK FUCK!!! Yep, I had to spell it out that time!!! I went to the door, the driver was surprised to see me, I informed him that this was a REdelivery of a previously botched order. He said he wasn't told anything about that so he had to call the facility! I could hear him asking for Joe. He told this man that we were telling him our order was free, Joe apparently said IT WAS NOT! About ready to walk across the street to literally strangle someone Joe put the driver on hold, went and talked with 'the girl' from the phone and returned with his grey matter in a better place, telling the delivery boy we could have the pizza. All in all, I feel bad for the driver (who BTW had a pipe fitters test the next day... Hope it went well and you get out of that suck hole they call a pizza establishment). Anyway, as you may already be able to tell I will NEVER order from them again!! I think their customer service lacks couth, and their pizza making talent is feeble, or maybe it's their reading ability as it WAS correct on the receipt! Either way, my strongest recommendation is to stay far away from this shit shack!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
