As a person still learning the art of patience, this place is right up my alley for that quick lunch. I walk in and am greeted with a bunch of smiling hello's. I place my order and pay, walk down to pick up counter and most of my order is there waiting. Satisfied.

Just like any other location, this one does not disappoint. The employees are friendly and your order is usually ready when you get to the end of the counter. I really like that the bread does not contain High Fructose Corn Syrup like Subway's does.

We eat here about once every 3 weeks. Food is always fresh. Super fast service like the commercial says. Parking not the best though.

I will no longer support Jimmy Johns,our company has ordered a dozen times in this past few months. Our last 3 orders have been messed up and it's a big Inconvenience. They always forgot to add an ingredient to our order, my co worker found a long hair in his sandwich a few weeks ago. They are always in a hurry but need to check their orders twice. . We talked to managers and workers they keep passing around. I don't have time to explain why it's inconvenient to each person. It was nice knowing you Jimmy.

Horrible management. Yelling at employees while customers are in the store. Manager throwing things at employees. They are always messing up my order. If I ask for my sandwich without something they forget to take it off. Constantly head employees coughing while making my sandwich. Employee on register had to walk away before because he was coughing. They need a new manager, end of story.

I am into speed lately and Jimmy John's is good at making subs so fast that I almost did freak. I don't come here often as I am sick of hearing Mr. Jimmy John complain about Illinois taxes, but when Ambrosino's is closed it is a good alternative. I always order the number 9, the Italian Nightclub. It is a solid Italian sub with a good balance of meat, cheese, mayo, and dressing. To round out my meal, I add on two of my favorite things in life: salt and vinegar chips and a fountain cherry coke. Healthy? No. Delicious? Yes. The staff in this location are very friendly and were quick to greet me as I walked in the door. They were adept at communicating with each other, taking phone orders, and working as a team. Everything flowed smoothly and I was home in time to catch the end of Income Property.

Don't try to order online from here. They will call and tell you they can't deliver even tho they are 2 blocks from my house. I've seen the jj car in my parking lot on multiple occasions they are obviously just lazy and don't want to deliver in the cold.

Called in my order on a Friday night and it was ready in minutes. The gentleman at the counter also got my pop for me because my son was in the car so I didn't want to leave my car. Great staff here, not many places provide real customer service and I'm glad they did. Well done Friday night staff and the sandwich was amazing. Bread tasted like it was just baked :).

While working late I ordered a sandwich. This Jimmy Johns got the order wrong twice, refused to accept the old sandwich, and never made it right. I don't think I will be ordering from this place again.
