Super friendly and clean place! I end up always asking for refills on my coffee and tea and the baristas always gladly refill them for me. They have several tables for 2 and also a longer table for 8. Comfy lounge area near the center of the store and outlets are sufficient throughout the store. It's part of a huge strip mall so parking is never an issue! An outside sitting area is also available.

If this location wasn't so close, I'd be going anywhere else for my caffeine binges. They often botch order after order, and rarely offer to fix it. I run through here a lot for myself and my boss. I wish it were more efficient.

My first time at this new to me Starbucks location and I am a fan. The layout of this location is nice and has lots of seating. There is a section that seems to be purposely dark for people using technology. There are lots of tables for meeting and study groups. The layout also seems very efficient in the way the register is situated relative to the seating areas. The staff seems to be very nice as well. I was greeted warmly and was treated well as I wish all Starbucks locations would treat their guests. For me this location is convenient and I will be coming back!

I go here to study all the time. The drinks I order come out pretty fast. They're friendly and leave you to be when you want to sit down and just chill. If they get an order wrong, they'll either give the drink you ordered for free or remake. They're friendly, and the customer service fits me. The atmosphere is nice to study, relax, or work.

New location, great store setup with plenty of large tables and outlets for working!!! However, I received a lot of attitude from the barista...he slid my coffee at me across the counter which wasn't too bad but then he did the same thing with my pastry even though I was standing directly in front of him and had my hand out ready to take it. Then he just turned away quickly and didn't say anything...very awkward

Really nice location and one of the fastest starbucks drive thru I have been too. Usually they drag while you are just sitting there but this location had great customer service and fast in delivering the coffee. Definitely get the white chocolate mocha to warm you up in this cold weather.

I love this location! I come here just about everyday on my way to work. Drive through can be a bit of a wait but it's totally worth the extra few minutes. I've never had a horrible experience here either. The staff seems like they're in a good mood seen as I've never dealt with anyone so far that was mean or anything. I've had a few drinks messed up, but hey we're all human it happens, and they're fixed right away!

For a new facility still needs to be organized...stock supplies were still out in main room when I entered. Plus i bought an iced lemon loaf and definitely was not fresh...almost day old even...I'd take a look at the pastries before buying.

The worst...let me say it again...THE WORST customer service I have EVER experienced at a Starbucks or ANY coffee shop in my life. I received attitude in the store when I requested a remake for my son (which I've had to do only once before) and a, "lesson in what Starbucks coffee tastes like." I live above a Starbucks. I've been to many. I know the taste. This was a watery burnt mess. I was talked about in front of the other customers. I had my drink tossed at me. And when I called to get corporate's #, I was hung up on. I love my Starbucks on Deerfield and Waukegan. They are like a fine-oiled machine. Screw you, Deerbrook location. I will never go there again and I will make sure to tell everyone what jackholes you are.

So,maybe I should not add this as a lunch spot, but sometimes I just have time for a quick bite or drink and this hits the spot. I'm not a coffee drinker at all so I can't comment on the strength. Since my strawberries and creme frap is almost 500 calories, I'll say this is enough for lunch. The service is great, the pastries are fresh...what more could you want. :-)! Free wifi and great place to sit and enjoy!

This is the best Starbucks in the area, I try them all, and this has the most consistent service and drink quality. It also always clean and well managed. I make it my everyday morning stop. It has a responsible amount of seating inside and out, although they could upgrade their chairs. The staff is friendly and attentive, and very knowledgeable about their products.

I order the same thing every time. They specifically say they hear my order, which is a grande IN A VENTI CUP, and then always give me a grande cup. In a grande cup there is not enough ice for me so my soy milk tastes warm, which I hate. After waiting in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes with three kids in the car I don't feel like going back because it is wrong. When I did take my kids out of the car because my drink was terrible, they make me wait for everyone else's drink to be made in a GIANT line of like TWENTY PEOPLE. This is after THEY messed up--I was shocked. What gives? You should have remade my drink first I already waited long enough! Then I parked, hauled three kids in...no drink coupon offered either. I have noticed the baristas here don't always shake the soy milk. This means the end pour get way more sediment int he bottom of the cup. It comes up through the straw in chunky pieces of grossness. I hate seeing a 1/4 inch of sediment in my cup. I try to avoid this one if I can.

I love all the baristas here, they always provide fast and friendly service even when they are really busy. The drinks are made well and they always taste great. If they see me walking up they will have my drink ready for me before I'm even ready to pay. Hands down my favorite Starbucks location (and I have been to a lot!!)

This Starbucks is localed in a dying mall but it is just as fine as any other Starbucks around. I usually double park outside the store in the driveway next to the store and have my wife run in to get our orders.

I really like this Starbucks. It's one of the smaller ones, and placed inside a strip mall near the Jewel-Osco, but the baristas here are great, it's not one of the super-popular loud stores populated by young tweens chattering loudly. It seems like one of the smaller ones that people usually just run in and out of, but there are a decent amount of 2person tables and 2 larger tables, as well as outdoor seating. It's great if you're looking for a place to read, study, or have a quiet meeting.

This is one of the more smaller Starbucks. It's usually quiet inside, not too busy so if you're looking for a place to work or do some reading, this is probably the Starbucks to go to in you're in the area. There are tables and seats outside the store so if it's a nice day, you can go outside with a cup of coffee or tea and relax outside. The strip mall that the store is located in isn't that busy so parking won't be an issue. There's usually a bit of congestion in the morning but you're going to expect that at most places that sells coffee. The coffee and tea is what you would expect from Starbucks. I believe this store is located in cook county and so the taxes I think are a bit higher. but it's all a matter of a few cents really compared to other Starbucks if you go further up north into the suburbs. So, if you want to get some work done in a quieter, less congested Starbucks, this one will probably be the best choice if you're in the area.
