Delivery guy makes hotel customers trek to the front desk. Come on, earn your tip. Show some initiative.

Same experience here as well. Had to walk downstairs to receive the food. In addition I would recommend people who are ordering pizza to consider ordering one size larger than they think they will need. Portions are on the small side. Phone operator however was extremely friendly and pizza was yummy.

We stopped in at this pizza joint on our drive from Indiana to New Mexico, mostly out of curiosity, because we had never tasted Saint Louis-style pizza. Imo's seemed like a logical choice, so we went to Yelp and chose the location closest to where we were...there are 50 locations! Little did we know this place was located in a bowling alley...but that was okay. There wasn't much seating either, but the people who did come in were just getting take out, so we had it to ourselves. The pizza is definitely unique. The cheese, provel, is more like a cheese sauce than a thicker layer of cheese. The pizza doesn't have much sauce to it other than the cheese. We had it with bacon and hamburger. The crust is super thin, but it held the toppings up pretty well. The pizza was good...overall, the style was interesting. I wouldn't want it every time I had pizza, but it is a nice change from normal pizza. The beadsticks we had were AWESOME!!!

Thin crispy crust, great cheese. Very good! Better than a year ago. Give them another try!

Imo's is a Saint Louis institution and has been serving pizza to the region for 50 years. Pizza at Imo's is served Saint Louis Style, which is thin crust, almost like a cracker with quality ingredients and provel cheese. Yes, provel, that's what makes Imo's stand out for the other thin crust pizzas. Provel pizza's are not for everyone, some people like the taste of a traditional pizza but Imo's offers a great change from time to time. If provel on your pizza isn't your thing, you can try many of their other options like salads, sandwiches, and even pasta, however the pizza is the real treat here. Sharing the same building as Camelot Bowl, Imo's offers the square beyond compare to Collinsville and Maryville, and hungry bowlers. Seating inside Imo's is limited to about 3-4 small tables, so the focus here is on delivery or take out. Take out can be either home or out to the bowling alley to enjoy a quick game if you so choose. The staff here is friendly and will even call out your order to the bowling alley.

Imo's is pretty much the worst pizza I've ever eaten. I can't believe this is a chain, and that people would open more that one of these places. Overpriced, terrible pizza. I'd rather eat swimming pool pizza from the concession stand. If this is a 'St Louis institution', St Louis needs better institutions. Or Jack's Frozen Pizza's, which is better than this stuff. I've eaten Pizza in Chicago, SoCal, Seattle, and New York. Imo's ranks the worst for taste + value.

Usually love Imo's but the salad I got today was not edible. Very disappointed. On the upside the cheese garlic bread was great.

Terrible. Told them hotel room number and upon arrival had to go to front desk to get it. Cheese tasted like it was cheap prepackaged sandwich slices, sauce had very little flavor and crust was super thin and nothing to write home about, I should've gotten pizza hut.

Very disappointed with food. Went there because of the good reviews on Yelp but not good at all. Plastic wrap in the garlic cheese bread left a plastic taste. Bread was just warmed, not crisp at all. Pizza lacked flavor, didn't even look appetizing.

Used to go there for their hot wings. Last time they were the size of pigeon wings. They were the smallest wings I have ever seen

Imo's is one of my favorite lunch spots. They've got good pizza, and I always get great service here.
