I've only ever dined in one time. It was odd, I was 19 and I ate alone. The dinning area was big and I've never seen it filled to capacity. I order delivery and take out from here all of the time. Wings is a Cantonese style food. They have better egg rolls than any other restaurant around. They're open late too. This place is the best in all of Cicero. (-2*' There were some bad stories about this place in the news years ago. They survived because the reports weren't on any Spanish speaking television stations. I feel like they've cleaned up their act though.)

Food is very stale and taste reheated. Not recommended. Use to come here all the time in the past. Now it just sits as a monument to what it use to be. Very outdated and poorly managed. Second review as my first one was erased some how.

Been coming here since I was a shorty. Heard about the new owners. Tried it out, mongolian beef is still on point. Works out for me.

Best Chinese food in Illinois! I have been coming to Wing's Restaurant for 21 years and it is the best i have ever had! I have tried: egg rolls, white plain rice, combination fried rice, Teriyaki Chicken, Orange chicken, Breaded Shrimp, Won Ton soup, Vegetables soup, Shrimp soup, Chicken soup, and fries. I love their food i totally recommend this place to anyone. They also have delivery and its super fast: )

My family and I have been coming here and picking up take out to go ever since I can remember, but know with the new owners, the food just doesn't taste the same... But maybe I need to try my favorites again... Either way, much cleaner inside overall, and much needed.

Being coming here for years their shrimp fries rice and vegetable rice is amazing! The egg-rolls are nice and crunchy. I love that the kitchen is wide open and you can see them cooking your food. The place is very small and it gets really crowded. They sweet and sour chicken is great. I love their vegetable noodle soups.

Been eating their food for over 20 years. Highly reliable. Never had bad food. Highly recommend their Mongolian Beef! Very tender pieces of beef, smothered in a spicy and delicious sauce, that wasn't too thick. I hope to be going here for the next 20+ years.

At any given time in the past 15-20 years I would have given this place 5 stars, but after today's fiasco they get a 1. And that's solely for the food. Now I say it's a little rat hole with horrible service. Today I called to place an order and because the guy could not understand English, I had to tell him my address a total of 6 times, spelling it out TWICE. ("Troost Ave, T-R-O-O-S-T" "T-H-A-S-T?" "No! T-R-O-O-S-T!") Now I'm not racist, I embrace diversity, and I welcome immigrants, but if you can't understand English don't answer the phone! It was really stressful. Finally he got it and they said it would be an hour. Then I remembered about 10 minutes later that I forgot to say "No MSG." I never forget to say that, because I have high blood pressure and my doctor told me it could cause me to have a stroke. So I called back and the same guy told me the food had already left (?) and I would have to pay for it. I told him the only reason I forgot to say no MSG is because I had to repeat my address five times. He said, "You want me to tell you you're right? Fine, you're right, you feel better? Everyone else always right." I didn't want to be right. I just wanted to place a "simple" order! I asked to speak to the manager and he said he is the manager. Uh yeah. So this place is off my order list due to rude and incompetent employees.

I had carryout from this place yesterday, and I have to say that I was surprised. I live about an hour away from this place, and I was kinda leary about ordering and taking my food this far. It was still hot when I got home. It was packaged really well. I had the singapore noodles, barbeque pork, and i stole some of my hubbys pepper steak. It all was DAMN good. I totally recommend this place! I would like to go back and have a dine in experience. They are open til one am on the weekends! I am getting hungry again just thinking about it!

Regardless of the "negative" reviews, I have been a customer for over 20 years. It is THE BEST place to go for reasonable priced great food and service. Mimi is so nice and she remembers you every time you go there. I love the egg rolls and the barbeque pork... I know it is not the best place in regards to the environmental aesthetics but this is the only place that can honestly say hands down has the best food.. I have lived in Aurora, Lisle, Lyons, Berwyn, North Side of Chicago and Darien but I ALWAYS make my way out to this place. Give it a chance and you will see what i mean!

I have been a customer of Wing's for about 20 years...I have to say that I have always had excellent customer service and not one complaint about the food. The driver's have always been on time...my food is hot and my order comes correct (unlike certain burger joints where you have to drive away from the window to check your order because there's ALWAYS something missing). Their portions are plentiful and the prices are very reasonable. I have enjoyed every dish and attempt to try something different each time I order. Wing's in the Best around!!!

Shrimp with lobster sauce is excellent. They are not lacking for the amount of shrimp you get.

I've never actually been to the place. However, they deliver quickly and the sweet and sour chicken and egg rolls are good. The portions are large in traditional Chinese takeout form. The sweet and sour chicken from here makes just ok leftovers, though. The sauce gels quite a bit more than I'm used to.

When it comes to Chinese-American cuisine, i have to say... this is probably the best spot. Served in high quantity and quality for cheap prices. I would have to disagree with the previous reviewer on this restaurant. They should check out Thai Spoon for anything that is rubbery, gamy, and rancid there.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
