I would give it a 5 star, if the service was good. I love Wendy's food but every time I go they always get our order incorrect. Also they constantly ask you to pull up to the corner because the food is not ready, the point of FAST food is to get it FAST. Then we have to wait up to 10-15 maybe even 20 minutes for our order. So in that we are STARVING! And on top of that the employees could be snotty!

Haven't had a new review for this place in a while so felt it needed a more recent one. Now I tend to go later at night through the drive thru but my experiences inside the restaurant have been decent enough. Going through the drive thru is always extremely quick most times and my orders have never been messed up. Don't go to a fast food restaurant expecting the greatest food you've ever had. Its there, its quick, it will fill you up and I find the food better than McDonald's plus its always good to get a Frosty fix once in a while.

I am pained to leave this review since Wendy's is generally my go-to restaurant when we get fast food. They just re-opened this location after a complete tear-down and re-build. But don't let that new building fool you, despite that "new car" smell this place is dumpier than ever... and it seems that each thing you order is paying for their construction since everything on the menu is more expensive than before, some sporting an almost 100% increase. We have gone here twice since they re-opened. The first time the staff was so confused with the coupon we had you would think we handed a coupon for McDonalds. What a time-consuming mess that was. Then the chicken we got was so over-cooked you almost couldn't bite through it. The last time was last night. After starting our order in the drive through the person told us it would be one minute... after well-over a minute she returned and we had to start our order all over since what she recited was just wrong. After paying the huge prices they now charge here we got home to begin our meal... of course the chili we had ordered for our son was nowhere to be seen. I know, I know... the cardinal rule of drive-thus is check your order before you leave... so partially bad on us, but also horrible on them. We were not driving back so now we are out our the ridiculous $2 we spent on a small chili (used to be $1)... and I am left with a terrible taste in my mouth for this joke of a new restaurant. Not only that but the sandwiches we did order were so slathered in sauce that it was oozing out the side before you even picked it up and they were virtually impossible to eat without a knife and fork or a huge pile of napkins, not to mention this made them completely disgusting. I had been here quite a few times before the new building and never had experienced the incompetence, overcooked/oversauced food and general confusion and mistakes. I'm not sure if they hired new staff or they just are not used to the new computers, grills, fry stations, drink machines, chili ladel etc. but whatever happened here is a tragedy. I guess I'll have to drive a little further to go to Culvers. :(

Everytime I go through this drive thru something is missing from my order. The employees are very rude and seem like they dont enjoy working. They never give out a receipts either. I thought the new construction to this place would of changed the restrurant all around... but no way! The food is good quality but the overall experience is HORRIBLE! One star.

First and last time I ever order here. Cold burger. Cool chewy fries. Sprite had zero flavor, basically a cup of soda water. Avoid this location

I have bought food from here a few times but this time it was a terrible experience, ordered a spicy chicken sandwich when I took a bite it was the most disgusting thing I have ever witnessed. The chicken appeared to be rubber/plastic you could literally grab it throw it against a wall and it would bounce back. Its obvious the chicken was old and should have not been served. Fresh food and ingredients is the most important thing at a restaurant regardless if its fast food or not. I haven't eating chicken or wendys since my terrible experience probably won't for a few more weeks.

In my never-ending quest to find a decent cup of joe that is also cheap, I decided to take a whack at Wendy's. Now I havent been to a Wendy's to eat in probably 10 years, but I can tell you that even if I did eat fast food now, their recent marketing campaign with the guy in the red braids would certainly send me speeding to the nearest Micky D's. Can you say disturbing? Anyway, Wendy's does serve coffee, but it is only available in one size, small, which equals about a half a cup if you poured it out and measured it. The price is definitely right though: 75 cents. However, you better like your joe lukewarm, bitter and black because thats how it comes at this particular location. I was not offered or given cream or sugar. I did recieve one napkin which I found to be outrageously funny. When have you ever just been given ONE napkin? Oh well, the search continues...

You know how out of all fast food chains, you always have a "worst"? Well, this is the worst Wendy's I've been to. Not really much more to say...rude employees and they screw up orders left and right.

Seriously Wendy's how hard to f*** up is a "1/4 Jalapeno Cheddar Burger without nacho cheese"? "Fast" Food is supposed to be that, and then at least made correctly. You suck.

Cashier left out $1 when I recieved my change, so I had to correct her. My bacon and blue burger had no bacon. I am not coming back to this location!
