Again, you've probably read this in previous reviews but the staff is completely respectful! It really sets the bar for other fast food locations, even for the KFC next to it. I'm not sure if Robin is still there but she was an awesome worker. The newer workers are great but I can't ever see their name tags. I would highly recommend this Wendy's than the one further up north. Oh also, if you love their seaside fries this location always adds the right amount of salt, not too much and not too little.

Unfortunately the second shift crew is rude, they never have food ready, cars are waiting all over the place, the fries are old and to make matters worse! I found a huge hair on my fries!!! I'm done with this Wendy's.

Five stars because as far as Wendy's go.. this is probably the best one I've been to. It being a brand new build helps a lot too. Two TV's to keep you entertained, menu and specials on large easy to see LCD screens, a Coke Freestyle machine, and a very polite staff. Place was clean even though it was busy the day I went, nothing out of place, and attentive staff there to clean up what ever mess that came up. Nice little lounge area in the middle too by the fireplace. Cool set up.

Went to the drive through around 11pm on Jun 17th (the place is open until 4am), and before turning in to order I notice 2 employees in uniform smoking cigarettes at the entrance. I pull into the actual drive through and notice a car sitting there in park, because obviously they've been sitting there for a little while, he drives off without ordering, so I pull up and sit there for nearly 10 minutes without hearing anything, then decide to leave. When I made a left onto Harlem I see the same people out there still smoking. Apparently nicotine takes precedence over customer service at this location, so I'll get my order done somewhere else.

I'm sorry. I've given them so many opportunities already, but they just can't handle my order. I don't ask for anything crazy. I just happen to like my burgers plain. That's it... just plain. Just have to put a burger patty on a bun with a slice of cheese... that's it. They just can't break their routine yet of putting everything on the sandwich. I ordered a Classic Chicken once... even checked it before pulling away from the window... everything looked right. Got home, took a bite... turned out they gave me the spicy chicken filet. Ugh! I got crazy yesterday and decided to try them again and order the new Bacon Cheeseburger. Why did I do it? I asked for no onion, no mustard. Of course, I got home and there was mustard on it. But, to top it off, it didn't even look freshly cooked! The burger was dry, the slice of cheese looked old and wasn't even melted, the pretzel bun was hard and burned on one side. I kicked myself for trying to go outside the box. I really do like a good Wendy's burger. However, I will just have to drive past this one to the one further down Harlem (near Higgins) and hope for the best. Maybe I'll come back to this one in a year and see if they can handle making a plain burger. Disappointing.

Nice clean location. Courteous employees. I was there recently and a crazy lady had a meltdown over a mistake in which one of her burgers had no ketchup. She went on and on about it raising her voice. She didn't want ketchup, she was just looking for a fight. The young lady who took care of her- or shall I say took her abuse- never blinked, was polite and helpful and didn't let the craziness escalate. Kudos to her for staying cool and calm!

Two TV's to keep you entertained, menu and specials on large easy to see LCD screens, a Coke Freestyle machine, and a very polite staff. Place was clean even though it was busy the day I went, nothing out of place, and attentive staff there to clean up what ever mess that came up. Nice little lounge area in the middle too by the fireplace. Cool set up.

I pull into the actual drive through and notice a car sitting there in park, because obviously they've been sitting there for a little while, he drives off without ordering, so I pull up and sit there for nearly 10 minutes without hearing anything, then decide to leave. When I made a left onto Harlem I see the same people out there still smoking. Apparently nicotine takes precedence over customer service at this location, so I'll get my order done somewhere else.
