I was once a cashier at a fast food restaurant so I understand it's not always an enjoyable job. Regardless of how your day is going you smile and do your best to give the customer the best service possible. I did not receive that today. The cashier was unapologetic in messing up my order. I received stale fries and my burger was also stale. I do not see myself returning to this store for a long time.

Horrible customer service at your Downtown Chicago location 2 South Clark Street today. The lady prepping the food at around 6:30pm cst today had a majorly nasty nasty NASTY attitude. Will definitely contact her manager tomorrow. Good customer service skills are a must have in this type of environment and her attitude was HORRIBLE. I will never go in there again EVER.

A friend and I had lunch here and I was pleasantly surprised with my meal. Décor: It's a Wendy's and they are all pretty much the same. However, that only applies to the upstairs part of the restaurant. Downstairs, where there is additional seating, feels like a whole different place. There are TONS of tables, none of the noise from upstairs (people ordering, etc.) and you can hear the music (which is a good selection of new-ish tunes). Everything was very clean as well. Bathroom: unknown Staff: The cashier was very nice and the food server was exceptionally nice - my nuggets were not ready so she kept my fries under the heat lamp while we waited. Food: Like anyone, I have dined at Wendy's many times. Lately, however, it has only been at locations off the highway (at rest stops, etc.). This was the first urban location I have been to in a while and it was very enjoyable. The food was hot, fresh, and very, very tasty! I had a Spicy Chicken meal (sandwich is great and my favorite, fries were nice and fresh) and a spicy Asiago Chicken Sandwich (not sure what the sauce is but it's good!) and an order of 4 Spicy Nuggets (always a winner). My meal was a medium and the drink was huge! Value: The prices are a little bit more expensive than I expected but, then again, it's been A WHILE since I've been in a Wendy's. The experience and food quality really left me feeling like I had received my money's worth though. The meal was a very tasty experience and I have to tip my hat to this location. In the future, I won't be nearly so reluctant to return for lunch.

I know that it's a fast food restaurant, but wow! Every single employee needs to be fired and replaced in the night shift. Service was absolutely awful, and the food was equally as bad, not too mention expensive. I paid $9 for some crappy dry food. Ugh!! It was dirty, and I could not even see the menu on the wall cause it was blocked by all the cups and the top of the fryer. There were 4 employees in the front and none of them were worth of damn accept the girl at the register. Been a while since I visited a Wendy's and it will certainly be the last time at this location. Just awful.. & they expect $15 per hr. Oh, boy! What they need is their last paycheck and a kick in the ass out the door.

I was in here for maybe a total of 10 minutes or so - long enough to gather that: - the employees really couldn't care less about their jobs and have nothing inside of them that stops them from mentioning that they don't care in front of customers - when the place isn't packed, it's hard to tell where to stand in line - there's no diaper changing table in the men's or woman's restroom Also, my fries were not hot and the new recipe is rather bland and lackluster compared to their old fries. Overall, my visit was a perfect reminder of why I try to avoid fast food places - but my sister was hungry and we had a little one who needed a fresh diaper. We were just hoping to quickly knock out 2 birds with 1 stone. Fail.

I eat here about once a week. ... but that won't keep me from saying that this is one clusterfuck of a Wendy's. Every goddamned time I'm here there's some confusion as to how the line should go and where people should wait. The way they have the line corral structure is downright infuriating. That's why I get here at 11 before other people typically show up. but you know what. This doesn't keep me from getting my Jr. Bacon cheeseburger add "Everything" and my 4 pc spicy chicken nuggets... all for just over $3. I'll put up with a lot for that.

If there's ever a sign of overpopulation...this Wendy's is it. I stopped by around 1pm after failing miserably to find a Chinese food joint I had my eyes on. This place was packed beyond belief with only standing room. The workers couldn't even wipe down the tables with how busy they were which is why the condiment counter was a mess. Luckily when I got there the line was thinning out due to the two cashiers somehow breezing through people even with a trainee at the register. What I thought would be a 15 minute wait turned into only a few minutes. I noticed they had a chicken Gouda sandwich which piqued my interest so I ordered the combo. When they took my order there were about 8 people ahead of me, but got my order out first which was great so I quickly dashed outside to escape the lunch hour madness. You could tell they were doing the best they could...it was like you were watching the game of thrones invasion scene, with Tyrion being played by the nice girl who took it upon herself to fill drink orders. The food itself looked fantastic especially the sandwich. Wendy's has been on a tear lately it seems by trying to make every burger actually look like the "burger art" advertisements. The added bonus is you don't feel like crap like after eating McDonald's. Taste wise it was above average, didn't really taste the Gouda though. There were 2 different sauces on it that clashed with each other. The fries were great though. Overall, the place itself is a mess (at least during lunch hours), food is good but not great, service is fast & friendly (although being handsome and having personality definitely helps me *wink*.)

Although Wendy's is a bit of a hike from my office, sometimes the need for a frosty and spicy chicken nuggets outweigh the trek. Service is always fast despite the lunch hour rush.

Things I love at Wendy's: Frosty & a decent spicy chicken sandwich. This place is a hole. I've been to plenty of Wendy's throughout my life and this location is the bottom of the barrel. The food here sucks. It's all relative, I think, and most often just tolerate it, but in here... here the food is way worse than any other Wendy's. The sandwich I got looked like someone stepped on it. Lots of people come in to pan-handle. It's annoying to sit, having lunch and turn someone down their amateur rap CD. As for the staff, all of the underlings haven't been trained in customer service... I'm telling you, if there was a Chick-Fil-A within even 2 blocks this Wendy's would go out of business. P.S. I hear fast food workers went on strike recently. Hah. You want $15 an hour for what you do? You've gotta be joking. I've worked minimum wage jobs growing up (some of the worst) and let's be real, here... TL;DR Sad, sad food. Decent frosty. Beggars & pan-handling inside. Extremely busy and packed. Wasted staff.

Any Wendys with 4 lines is worth 5 stars in my book. The trainee rocking the register charged me for an extra Frosty, but the corrected the problem promptly and offered me the extra "since it was already made" so there was no bad blood for me. They have never let me down.

Well I have to say as far as a restaurant goes I would say this Wendys is INCREDIBLE, AMAZING, LOSS FOR WORDS .. of the MOST disgusting eating experiences I have ever had in my entire life. I have had a few weird experiences with food before but this place takes the cake. I wrote Wendys (of course never heard back) to let them know my experience and contacted this location and got nothing but run around and not even an apology. Honestly I have gotten food here before and its always been pretty mediocre (so its my fault for returning I suppose) but its on the way to the music venue that my gf works at so its convenient. So I got a double cheeseburger (not the dollar one) meal and brought it home. I was really hungry and just wanted something before bed. So I ate about half of it and on the last bite the bite did not want to leave the burger. To my dismay it was being held together a thick long black hair! To make matters worse it was not that the hair was dropped on the thing by accident. IT WAS ACTUALLY COILED INSIDE OF THE BURGER! Idk if one of the employees pushed it in or if the plant that processed it had it in there. It was terrible.. I felt sick the rest of the night and the thought of a hamburger for quite awhile made me ill. Needless to say I haven't heard sh1t back from Wendy's. I had a crappy experience at Mcdonalds along time ago and they made it right and I managed to forgive them and still once in awhile eat there. Thanks for the scarring experience, I guess you and that idiot redhead can go screw yourself.

This Wendy's is by far the best I have ever been to and I love Wendy's. The food was excellent, and actually looked like the pictures above the counter. All 3 of my sandwiches looked and tasted amazing. Big even better than the quality and look of the food was the service. I was there at 11:00am on Tuesday 7-8-14 and the entire staff was extremely friendly and seemed well trained and managed. The cashier took my order by memory before she got back to the register and everyone was extremely smiley! Bravo, Wendy's on Clark, bravo.

  • Jonathan W.

Yes, sadly enough I used to totally be able to put up with the roaches and the homeless people panhandling inside, because this location used to be so friendly. They knew how to get through a lunch line with a smile and the food was always good. I went there about a month ago, after about a four month absence and clearly something was wrong. They must have lost a long time manager and replaced him/her with a younger one or a more incompetent one because it was just a total shitshow and a complete joke. 1) While waiting in a line that wasn't moving three young, obnoxious, bitchy employees loudly returned from a trip to McDonalds (with McDolands bags in hand), in full Wendy's regalia. That's just unprofessional. Who sends their people on break at 11:45? Who says, "it's totally cool to bring McDonalds back?" 2) The line literally didn't move for 10 minutes, at which point I was watching countless people come in, look at the line, and leave the restaurant 3) Things started moving slowly once the three young women I mentioned above slotted back in. This caused things to move at a snails pace with pretty much 100% of the orders being screwed up in some way. 4) As I'm writing this, I feel bad for talking shit about a Wendy's. It seems like a low blow. 5) Once I finally got the food it was a 4/10 on the Wendy's scale 6) The place was 10 years too old 7 years ago 7) More roaches and even more homeless people. I really miss the lady who had the skin disease that used to take your tray (that's not a joke). Will I be back, sure. But, know that this place is a shithole, almost hilariously.

  • Jennifer B.

I went there because I needed something fast and I had to get back to my desk. However... the lines were long and inefficiently managed, though it only took about 5 mins. I waited 10 mins to get my very simple order (potato & salad). People waiting for their orders were all mixed in with the people waiting to order. The cashier is hustling (why I gave an extra star) but making lots of errors (like 1 per order) while the food prep staff is moving at 1/4 of her speed. They could clean every once in a while too. The place is rather seedy so I didn't want to risk the downstairs seating area. I wish the streetwise lady would GET wise and get a job there. She's there every freaking day! I bet she'd hustle faster than that prep crew!

probably the worst Wendys I've been to!! my nuggets was cold and not crispy.. also my order took over 10 mins and it wasn't even busy... i thought fast food was suppose to be fast?

Let's just put it this way: Dave Thomas is rolling in his grave right now. If he knew the kind of crap they churn out at this particular Wendy's, he'd probably have a heart attack and die. Yikes. It wasn't so bad the last time I was there, but since then, everything has gone up in price and down in quality. $5.09 for ONE chicken sandwich? Wow. This is fast food, and not even good fast food at that. I love Wendy's food in general, but this particular location has gone down the tube, so to speak. The sandwich was awful. Let's ignore the fact that the incompetent worker behind the counter first thought I said 'crispy' (which, by the way, doesn't sound anything like 'grilled'). And the fact that she thought I also said two of them, and how she ignored that I said I wanted the sauce on the side. What I got and what I'd asked for were not the same thing. I just wanted my sauce on the side because too much of it flares up my IBS, so I needed to control what went on it. Now, she did do that, technically. She also thought I'd said 'plain,' so I was given a chicken sandwich by itself-no lettuce, no tomato. I hate tomatoes, so that was fine, but I wanted the lettuce. I then had to ask someone else for sauce because she missed the fact that I'd asked for it on the side. My sandwich was AWFUL. It wasn't even worth $2.50, let alone a little more than $5. I can't believe what has happened to this location. Yikes. I put some sauce on it and ate about half before I told my husband I couldn't eat any more of it. Felt really bad because he'd spent a good amount on it, but I just couldn't do it. Yuck. It was also pretty apparent that whomever had filled the entire pop machine was incompetent as well-both the HI-C we first ordered and the coke we ordered to replace it with (which we weren't charged for, thankfully) were seriously off. The coke was just nasty. We gave up at that point and just threw it away. Oh well. I'll certainly never visit this location again. I'd also like to know why there are always so many people behind the counter. There's no drive through, so what on earth are they all doing back there? Wendy's, get a clue and fire the incompetent members of your staff. Then train the ones you keep to do a better job-you certainly don't need that many people just standing around back there.

If you're looking for FAST food, do not go here. Their process for ordering and getting food is completely inefficient. I like their salads but this is the second time they've forgotten something (dressing and nuts) and I've had to go back and wait some more. Wendy's, enough is enough, you just lost a customer. I think I'll stick to the Chase Café across the street

Fast food. Good service. I got a bun with mold here once and they gave me a ton of food in return. Also got a $80 gift card in the mail.

My mom and I ate at this Wendy's one Friday night in late June. I really don't like the quality and taste of Wendy's food and really never did, besides the Baconator, the frosties, and the bacon cheeseburgers. What I always hated was Wendy's fries. Oh my blasted goodness, how bland can you get? I'd rather eat a raw, unskinned potato straight from the vine than eat those old plain Wendy's fries! But that animosity I had towards Wendy's fries evaporated during our dinner at this Wendys. My oh my, this restaurant has really improved its fries! It now rivals those made my Burger King and McDonalds. The quality of the burgers we ordered was just splendid! I loved it! What else did I love during our visit? The courteous, warm attitude presented to us both by the employees. We received no dirty looks or rude responses as we asked them questions, and on a couple occasions, a different employee came over to our table and asked us if we needed anything and was everything allright. Perhaps another thing making our visit to this Wendys so nice was Calvin, a blue-eyed baby just a few months old looking around at everything in the restaurant including me and my mom, and smiling throughout our visit. Whenever he looked at me, I couldn't help but smile and wave at him. Sometime pretty soon, I will be back at the only Wendys restaurant in Downtown Chicago. Not sure when though, but based on the experience received during this visit, it will be within the next three weeks or so.

Thank goodness for Wendy's. Wendy's has the best fries out of all the fast food joints out there! (well....except for KFC's steak fries, and Arby's curly fries). Gotta love those frosties too! The line goes relatively quickly. I think the employees are timed to have the orders ready under 2 minutes. Definitely upholds the definition of fast food. Much faster than McDonalds! Great cheap food!

For fast food entertainment in the loop, this Wendy's is it. Where else can you hear someone yell at you "Streetwise!" About four years ago when I first started working in the loop, she yelled less than pleasant things as you would go in for a burger, salad, or chicken sandwich. At least she's toned it down a bit or it was just too cold to be especially obnoxious. As far as the Wendy's goes, it's a pretty mediocre one in terms of service and cleaniness. The line moves fast when they do the sheets approach, however, today that system failed from some confusion between coworkers. I've had many a lunch in the downstairs dining room of this Wendy's. Everytime, it still feels like a dungeon and a very unclean one at that. It's nice to see that nothing's changed especially the ceiling tile warped and nearly falling off the wall. The dining room is always messy, but I still eat there. Overall, it's a Wendy's downtown that could really be cleaned up a lot especially when it has a shiny new Bank of America next door where a yummy, mini cafeteria used to be.

One morning my roommate and I were walking down our street to the El on the way to work. We look down at the crosswalk, and there's a run-over bag of Wendy's fries, chicken nuggets, and honey mustard sauce. Gross right? Well apparently not for us, because we both looked at each other and said, want to go to Wendy's for lunch? And so the start of a beautiful tradition. This Wendy's is almost exactly between our two offices. Once I played around with the nutrition app on their website and came out with what I tell myself is a relatively healthy meal, which has now become my standard: 1. 5 piece chicken nuggets with honey mustard (These nuggets are gods gift to man) 2. Side salad with chipotle-ranch dressing 3. Small chili These things all come off the value menu (which in normal Wendys would mean they would each cost a dollar, but in this bizzaro downtown Wendys they cost between $1- 1.99 each). The decor and atmosphere are obviously top notch, and they do get you through the line fast. See you there!

I've never really been a fan of Wendy's. I don't like mayo on burgers and no matter where I am, when I ask for no mayo there is always mayo. And the yellow buns, that's just wrong. But this location is particularly raunchy. The people that work there are just downright nasty. Totally parched I ducked in to get something to drink. Me: I just want something to drink, do you have biggie drinks for $1? Cashier rings me up for a large drink at $2.44. Me: Oh, I didn't want that much, do you have anything cheaper, or just a small? Cashier stares at me Other cashier says "You shoulda taken your ass to McDonald's!" Me: Excuse me? Other cashier points to the girl in the back, like she was talking to her. Cashier is stacking cups, not pouring my gynormous drink. 5 minutes later (after I had paid and nobody else was in line) and $2.44 broker I walked out with an Orange Crush as big as my head and my attitude was even worse than when I walked in. Unlike.

It's Wendys what do u expect? No dollar menu and it's always packed but they move the lines through pretty efficiently. Always a good selection of people watching here and when it comes to the corner of Clark and Madison all I have to say is .... "How ya wanna order streetwise!!!?? Maybe on the way in, maybe on the way ouuuutttt!!!" (I finally heard her enough to make sense of those noises she sings, probably just blew your mind if you know who I'm talking about...)

You mean the 99 cent menu is not 99 cents??? I'm Hurt Wendy... I have been giving you allowance since I HAD A JOB, for those tasty 99 cent jr. bacons w/ cheese. This is my first 2 star rating and I just had to do it because I was shocked that the price of everything in the downtown Wendy's location was inflated. I think people choose fast-food restaurants because of consistency. Regardless of where you go, you can expect the same service, quality, and yes... price. At least the hamburgers were still hot, so I couldn't complain on that. And the girl at the register was very friendly and we had a good laugh about the price discrepancy. Good eats for any typical fast food restaurant, but I think I'd look other places if I was trying to find a quick cheap eat.

    (2)
  • Happiness L.

The staff does a great job considering the immense lines at lunch time. They always seem friendly and everyone is working really hard to take care of the customers. It would be nice if they cleaned off the tables more quickly. Even when it's slow I have noticed that tables go uncleaned for awhile. Decent fast food.

    (4)
  • Shakeia T.

The food is, well, Wendy's chic of course. ;-) The people who work here do their damndest to move the lines here. This is by far the busiest Wendy's I've ever been in. Spicy chicken nuggets--- FTW!

    (3)
  • Dave S.

As I write this review, I am 99% sure that this is the only Wendy's in the loop. That would explain the out-of-control-even-more-than-usual lines here. For being so darn busy, they do a pretty good job of crowd control here in the way they have the registers set up. The good thing about this place being so busy, i am sure that it would be a rare occasion that you get something old here. My lunch was prepared relatively quickly and it was fresh. What more can I ask from a fast-food joint? The service here was indifferent. I was not expecting much more as they needed to get us through the line as quickly as possible. They really need a new place to put the condiment station. If you don't grab what you need before you place your order and try to go back there after you have gone to your table, then good luck navigating the crowd!

  • Claire P.

This is hands down the least organized and awful Wendy's that I have ever been to. The lines around noon till 3 are atrocious and I have made a long walk there from my job only to turn around because of the terrible lines twice. Today was another evil altogether. As I walked in I was asked for money by a panhandler and his friend. Then yet another panhandler came through the long line and started asking us for money! I tried to avoid him and then when he kept staring at me saying, "mam!" I eventually told him I didn't have cash and he continued to stare at me menacingly and gave me a "joker" smile. He finally left my side and then yelled at me thinking I was talking about him with another girl in line. He then yelled, "hey F*** you!" I ended up leaving the line and the restaurant because I felt so uncomfortable. This is unacceptable. A manager was no where to be found and none of the employees seemed phased by the panhandlers. No more Wendy's for this girl. Not here.

    (1)
  • An P.

This Wendy's is one of the slower Wendy's that I've seen. Despite two separate lines, workers taking your order while your in line, you can't see the menu while you're in line and there are usually over a hundred people in line if you go to Wendy's anywhere from eleven thirty to one thirty. The food is fine, but the tables are often dirty and areas to get condiments and napkins are often a mess. The absolute worst thing about eating here has got to be the loud non-stop tune of the Streetwise lady outside of the damn place. If you plan on eating here often, do wear earplugs for your sanity as her piercing Streetwise chant will come haunting you later. STREETWISE, STREETWISE, EVERYONE GET YOUR STREETWIIIIIIIIIIIIISE. ENJOY YOUR MEAL! Imagine saying that 50,000 times in a single day. Some people give respect to it, I say go to some other corner and let me walk down the street in peace. Also, if you are coming from anywhere northeast of here, do not forget to avoid the south side of Monroe as there is another chanting panhandler who will ask, "Spare change?" another 100,000 times and shake a cup of loose change.

  • Dean K.

The food is OK but it's never really a good experience going there. You wait in line forever and, lots of times I just go in there for a bowl of chili and it's a little aggravating to get all the way up to the front and the cashier mumbles, "no chili now." It happens way too often.

Two-floor Wendys. Main floor and a basement which is an extended seating area. Its got a check out window with registers in the front and rear, equipped with the wooded corrals to herd the cattle. From 11am - 2pm both areas are so crowded that the lines make it right up to the door. Most people don't notice that there are two different sets of lines that you could stand in. Cashiers and runners move slowly, so you could potentially spend up 20 minutes waiting in line just to order! Wendy's is pretty inconsistent with service across their locations. Service is BLAH. The food here is usually served pretty fresh, you never have that feeling " was this made this morning?" I love the spicy chicken sandwich and its clean and convenient. Fix n Mix frostys.. man, they are good. Did you know they have Wendy's Melts?! Note: You will see a short fat black lady standing outside every FRIGGIN' day, selling Street Wise papers. Her voice is obnoxious and shrill, I'd pay her a dollar just to STFU while I walk to and from the area. As you walk in, she'd say in a singing song voice " Street Wise, Street Wise, when you come out you can give me some changeeee Street Wise". As you eat your food all you hear is, Street Wise, Street Wise. Drives me f'in NUTS.

Ok, you know how it is when you have a craving for a specific fast food place and you just can't find one. Well, I recently found this Wendy's in the loop and had to go in for lunch. After walking in, I nearly turned around and left when I saw extremely long lines at two seperate ordering areas. However, my craving won out and I got in line. I was very pleasantly surprised how quickly the lines went! Here is a fast food place that knows what they're doing. As I waited in line, a Wendy's employee came by and wrote my order down. When I got to the counter, I just handed the attendant my order - quick, easy and less than a five minute wait! Both attendants were pleasantly friendly and my food came in under 2 minutes. That Jr. Bacon Cheesburger never tasted so good!

Of the fast-food burger places, I like Wendy's the best. This is the only location in the Loop, so it's the only one to hit up for lunch during the work week. It is a little slow at times, but the food is what you expect from Wendy's and there's a large dining room in the lower level.

it's fast food. why bother reviewing it? well, i ordered no mayonnaise on my junior bacon cheeseburger and it came slathered in mayonnaise. and not only that but also my burger contained the square waxy paper that my piece of cheese came with. yuck.

"Streetwise, enjoy your meal... mayyyyybe on your way out...." I would give this place one-star, since I (along with many others) witnessed the mother of all cockroaches crawling up the wall of the basement of this fine-dining establishment. But I bumped it up to two simply b/c I have been here so many times (yes, even afterwards, I just don't go into the basement anymore). The lunch deals are unreal, you can combine a burger, drink and side (salad, potato, fries, etc.) from the value meal for a mere 3.30 or so. My old co-worker swears by this stuff and while I used to laugh at him b/c it's so unhealthy, he has been losing weight. Incredibly, I'm guessing it's bad for you, but actually not that many calories. BTW he eats Mickey D's for breakfast and Subway for dinner, Monday-Friday.

Wendy's oh Wendy's. I really love thee. Let me count the ways: 1. Your wonderful doubles and triples put McD into utter shame. 2. Gotta love good ol' frosty (not the snowman, the ice cream) 3. The best chicken nuggets in the class (the $1 bracket) That said, the taste is pretty much the same no matter which Wendy's you go to. So, fast food places have no choice but to compete in prices and service. For once, I would have to rethink my love for Wendy's because this place sucks. Hmm, let me count the ways, again: 1. Cashier looked like her dog died yesterday. 2. No smiles or thank yous. 3. Squashed junior bacon cheeseburger (it does not have to taste like a million bucks but this is plain awful. Not even worth the money). Sorry, I ain't love you no more.

Well it's Wendy's so with that being said don't expect too much. The service is horrible (McD's across the street is so much better). I only ate inside a couple of times, & both times the only available seats I could find were close to the window. I quickly figured out why nobody else was sitting there... You could hear the dam Streetwise lady screaming outside from there! I saw the stairs to go downstairs, but it doesn't look too welcoming so I didn't wanna risk losing my life or any limbs by wandering down to their dungeon. I usually grab my food & take it back to work with me (I work right across the street). I will give them some extra points since the food is pretty tasty & the prices are reasonable (for downtown). Remove any of those factors from the equation & I would avoid this place like how everybody tries to avoid the Streetwise lady outside.

yes, this wendy's is more expensive than it should be, but it's something i expect when i'm eating in the loop. my biggest issue with the price is that the value menu isn't much of a value at the raised prices. but! their saving grace is the delicious food and exemplary service. the spicy chicken sandwiches here are somehow better than everywhere else (bigger, thicker, juicier). and when the line gets long, they speed up the operation by taking orders while you wait so they just ring you up when you make it to the front, and your food shows up super fast. my ride didn't even make it around the block before i was outside with our food, and this was at about half past noon on a thursday. if it wasn't a half hour round trip for this lunch run, i'd come here all the time. and that's despite the price.

Great fast food downtown in the loop - quick, easy, and cheap. Especially during the lunch rush hour - it's nice because their employee will just walk down the line and take your order so you can just give that to the cashier and it moves things along pretty quickly.

whenever i go see patients in the loop i run over to wendy's. the staff is fast but not super nice but my food is always hot so i can't complain. if the line is long they will come and take your order while you are in line so and your food is ready by the time you get to the register to pay. i like it!

For those of us who live in downtown, this Wendy's is definitely a site for sore eyes! There's no parking around here but you can put your hazards on and run in and run out for the best burgers, fries and biggies around! A great fast food choice in downtown!
