I'm one of the biggest fans of Jimmy Johns. If you compare them to Subway......well.....you shouldn't compare them to subway. But if you were.....the Jimmy Johns BIG Sandwiches are more meaty, powerful, and delicious than Subway's famous $5. My order is the Tuna....every time.

I like JJs everywhere. There are very few expectations i have from fast food places. Accuracy, Short lines ( speed) and Price Accuracy - 100% - They have never screwed up my order Short lines- 100%- Its always clear when i go. Price- 60%- This place has smaller subs for the same price as subway. HOWEVER, i still like their meat and bread better.. so its worth the extra buck. Delivery- super fast. Its a great fast food place thats not really fast food. They have about 10 tables seating room.. which is not bad. Nice staff & clean bathroom = Will return :)

Quickest delivery in town. This place is blocks from my house and the food usually arrives in less than 10 minutes. I've been going to this Jimmy John'a location for years and the staff is always friendly. The longest I've ever had to wait for a sandwich being made is maybe 3 minutes. They are consistent, timely, and friendly. Download their app and have food faster than u could make a sandwich. Everything they make is good. Anything that comes with avocado comes with too much for my liking so I always get light avocado. Their cookies are always soft and fresh and their pickles and great palate cleansers after a meal.

I came here with my guy for the $1 sub day. This was my first time trying them and what better day to try than $1 sub day. There was a little line, but we were in and out of there about 10 minutes. Subs are good, but not the best I've had. Very quick service.

The first time I had Jimmy John's was 2 in the morning after bar-hopping. All I could think was "best drunk food ever!" A week or so later I had Jimmy John's for the second time (sober) and wow. Amazing. Sure, I can compare & contrast this place to Subway, but I'm not going to do that. I don't think it compares. Different types of bread, ingredients, & over-all taste. You're able to get your sandwich on deli-type french bread or normal sandwich-sliced bread. Both ways are great. I love that this place isn't skimpy with the fixin's. If you want extra cheese, they' won't complain & whine about having to add more to the sandwich they are already making. They'll do what is asked & best of all: be extremely quick about it. Wam bam thank you Jimmy John's.

This is my go to Jimmy johns when I'm at home, but I had a really bad experience this weekend. It's funny because i didn't even order any food. I was in front of my building planting flowers when a Jimmy johns delivery person rode up on a bike. She asked to be let into the building and I told her I couldn't and she had to call the person on the intercom to be buzzed up. She proceeded to yell at me about how she's not trying to rob the building and she can't call up because she didn't have the persons last name. Then she asked to use a cell phone to call back to Jimmy johns to get more info. Number one, where is your cell phone? My neighbor who was there agreed to call Jimmy johns, but the number was disconnected. What's going on with Jimmy johns and there crazy delivery bike messengers? I think this might be my first negative review without actually eating any food. How do you manage to piss off loyal customers who aren't even trying to order? Not cool!

I love subs, I love Jimmy Johns and this is the best Jimmy Johns in the city! Everything thing is so fresh, clean and friendly. I have difficulty choosing between the Billy Club (Roast Beef, Ham, Provolone) or Beach Club (Turkey Breast, provolone, sprouts). I'm getting hungry now. I give this Jimmy John 5 stars because the crew is great. They are sharp, all smiles and give great customer service. I don't see those qualities in many place let alone at sub place. Unfortunately, they are not always convenient but well worth my travels when I get my sandwich right - without tomatoes!

This was a nice change for a sandwich shop. The sub I got was on french bread, and are slimmer and longer than most places sub shops I've eatten at. They were quick, and the food was good. They didn't disappoint.

The South Loop Jimmy John's is fantastic! Ordering online is very easy and they always get my order right. Sometimes it feels like my food is delivered even before I finish placing my order with them!

This Jimmy John's puts out a little tray of dog biscuits for all the neighborhood dogs to enjoy, and my dog makes sure we pass by often so he can do just that. That's how you stand out and become part of the community. And of course the sandwiches are delicious and on-point.

Horrible experience and horrible food quality and food prep. My Vito (#5) had one piece of cheese on it and barely any meat. It was flat like a pancake, I guess from the weight of all of that bread crushing down on one slice of cheese and two slices of meat! It was dry as well! IMHO, talking to Kyle the assistant manager was a WOT -- never trust a manager who questions you like you're a criminal, blames the "new hires" and then tells you to do whatever you think is best when you realize they are not helpful and decide to take the matter up with corporate instead. This location gets one star because the chips were fresh. #disgusted #horribleexperience

Sandwiches are good...the Jimmy John standard. Delivery is HORRIBLE. They are so slow that you might as well order some hot food. The delivery people are friendly enough but neither they or the location are apologetic about the slooooow delivery when you call to check status. Aren't they supposed to be "freaky fast"?

Dear Jimmy John's subs so fast, you'll have an epileptic seizure ? Not so much. I ordered a #13 veggie and a #15 tuna, 2 blocks and 47 minutes later, My veggie sandwich and a bootlegger club arrived. Yes, everyone has an off day, but this is a consistent problem with this particular location. I guess I could have just walked my happy ass there, but I am pretty stern on my beliefs of not wearing pants on sundays, and that might be frowned upon in certain circles.
