this is my local Dunkin and I am happy with it. It is one of those little ones in the gas station, and they have a limited selection of donuts and bagels so it is not getting 4 stars from me. I was in there one morning and the Dunkin inspector from corporate was in there reminding them that they have to have some minimum number of donuts and bagels at all times. I always thought they had too few of these. I come for the coffee and a bagel sandwich so I am happy. If they don't have the multi-grain I take my bagel from one of the couple they have. I wish they had 31 kinds of bagel, but hey, this isn't Kaufman's in Skokie (wow I love that place!). My coffee is always the way I want it, the folks who work here are nice, and I am on the road with my Dunkin in just a few minutes. Awesome.

So slow. The girls that work here are sweet, but they should hire more people to work in the morning. One behind the cash register and one making the orders just doesn't seem like enough. I don't come in here often but when I do the line is always long. Even though this is closer to my house in the morning, I always wait to go to the Dunkin by my work.

Usually I have no problems. But today the girls there where so RUDE. As im placing my order the girl at the counter is talking about her boyfriend and telling her co-worker what toppings to put on her personal sandwich so she OF COURSE over charges me & totally gets my order WRONG, when I correct her and tell her she has my order wrong, all 3 girls get hissy & act as if I made the mistake. I asked to speak to the manager and of course one or the girls is it.. they are ghetto, rude & ignorant.

I am a regular at this Dunkin Donuts. All of the ladies that work here in the morning are a pleasure. They usually remember my order and are very nice. My only complaint is the gentleman who runs the food station. I honestly have never seen anyone move slower than this guy. He takes his sweet time in the morning doing things that seem out of order and most likely not the way Dunkin Donuts taught him to do his job. I am usually very tolerant and patient as I worked in food service for over 6yrs.- but the other day was the last straw(pun intended) - Dude was working while chewing on a coffee stirrer straw(basically a slide for spit) while working on the food that I was going to eat. To top it off someone must have told him to take it out of his mouth, and where does he put it? Right on the food prep table where he was going to put my sandwich. I nearly gagged when I saw him put my bun down not more than 3 inches away from his chewed up straw. (*yuck*). Needless to say I haven't ordered food when he is working since. Lucky for them I am a DD junkie and this is my most convenient stop on the way to work to get my fix. I just won't be eating as many breakfast sandwiches from now on.

A Tiger Woods drive away from the casa, i'm all about this brand new DD's location, location, location. The two sister's who run this outfit are exceedingly gracious, charming and all around lovely. It's sat inside the Division/Cali Citgo and although it's not terribly big, they do have a solid selection of bagels and donuts. Check it out if you're in the area and in need of the morning coffee and snack.
