STOLE MY MONEY! I came here and ordered a bagel and cream cheese - toasted. Complicated? No. Okay, so we're on the same page. The woman at the register charged me for an iced coffee with my order and I told her it was wrong. The manager (tall Indian man) came and pressed a few buttons, asked for my card, and swiped it. I ask for a receipt and receive a blank stare from the woman at the register. With a long and busy line behind me, I was forced to go to the other counter to pick up my bagel. I was asked again what my order was by the manager and repeated it - AGAIN and he grabbed my cold bagel and asked what coffee I ordered. REALLY? .... I do not recommend going here when there is a dunkin donuts down on Jackson and Dearborn less than a block away. UPDATE: I did not get a refund for the coffee they charged me!!!! He swiped it just to make me think he refunded the money just to get me to move out of the line.

People seem to hate on this Dunkin' Donuts. I don't get it. In the morning, usually with a bus to catch, I am looking for efficiency. This is what they manage to do for me 5 days a week: * Get me my coffee (medium with cream and 2 Splenda) quickly and efficiently. * Make me delicious breakfast sandwiches and hash browns (seriously, the hash browns are really good). * The awesome guy who makes the breakfast sandwiches ALWAYS hands me off my order with a smile and wishes that I have a nice day. He's my buddy. [General rule of life: Always be buddies with people who make you breakfast sandwiches, especially when it involved sausage.] * When I feel nice and get munchkins for the office, I get them boxed up quickly. Don't be dismayed by the line. It moves FAST. And don't be one of those people who stands there and take forever to figure out what you want. If you are one of those people, come at 10am.

I love me some Dunkin' Donuts. After a long hiatus in the LA area, one of the things I really looked forward to was DD! YAY! So, I'm over at the Lit-Fest (double YAY!), strolling down the street after getting off the train, when -- there it was! DD! So I got me an iced tea immediately. This poor guy was all alone waiting on folks. I felt a little sorry for him; he probably couldn't help it that he was so slow. I wanted to buy a cup with a straw ... and that just took forever. Not to mention, the price was almost indistinguishable. If it weren't for that, I'd give 'em 5 stars.

This is the Dunkin' Donuts that I go to when I'm waiting for the bus to work. I trust this place like I trust Bus Tracker. If Bus Tracker says that I have 3 minutes, I can have coffee and a donut. If Bus Tracker says that I have 5 minutes, I can have coffee and a 99 cent wrap! This is a high volume store. They've always been very polite to me. They've always gotten me through the line and out the door to what I need to be doing (catching a bus to work). Do I want to sit here and relax, NO; but do I want to shove something in my mouth in an attempt to wake up a little bit more so's I don't miss my bus stop, YES.

Since there are literally 5 other [superior] DD locations within 2 blocks of this one, I just cannot come up with reasons to go to this one at all. As much as it pains me to think, let alone say, I don't I like anything about this location :( The service is just awful. They scream out at you for your coffee order as soon as you are in their field of vision, which always catches me off guard, especially at 8:30am when all I want to do is crawl back into bed. Ugh. My least favorite experience was this morning when I went to grab some breakfast for myself and my co-worker. All I ordered was a large coffee, 2 reduced fat blueberry muffins, and 2 hash-browns...that's it. As a precaution, because they always seem to mess my order up, I made sure to repeat myself twice on every item that I ordered to ensure I would receive everything, but did I? Nope. I had one person hand me my coffee, the cashier hand me my muffins, and had to wait for a third person give me my hash-browns-excessive much? The best part was when the lady handed me 1 bag of hash-browns. So, when I asked where the other order was, she told me that I was holding 2 orders but she put them all in 1 bag. Yep, all 16 hash-brown pieces in 1 baggg. That's when I got angry and told her to separate them into 2 bags like I had originally ordered because they were for 2 separate people. She, of course, gave me some 'tude and threw the bag back to me. Apparently I was the crazy one because, you know, I had ordered 2 of the same things. SIGH. Ok I think I'm done venting, and to be honest, it felt pretty good. Would I ever go back? No, thank youuu!

So --- Anybody that's not from here wonder.. wtf??? there's dunkin donuts about every other block here!!! if I miss one, there's bound to be another one down the street???? That's what my friend noticed while in chicago on business, that instead of being plagued by Starbucks or Peet's, it's DD. So weird!!!! Yet titillating. and sometimes delicious. There were no dunkin donuts to be found in Portland!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (there was 1 but it closed up) ANYWAY.. Mmmm, 24 hours.. oh me likey already. Ice cream or stale donuts at 12:50 am?? bring it. except the stale donuts. I really should have known better. Their donuts look sad and not in the mood to have sex in my mouth. So no one wants to put effort and make new donuts when your pickins are slim late at night?? even when you are pretty busy with a long line? SUCK. Good thing we ordered ice cream too!! in a waffle cup that has a hint of cinnamon. Satisfying enough for a late night snack in a pinch. I miss touristy ghiradelli's.

There's just something about the way the counter attendants scream "CAN I HELP WHO'S NEXT!?!?" that warms my heart in the morning. I come here nearly every morning for my coffee and in all honesty once you get past their brash, rough exterior - they really are fast and efficient. They can move a coffee line much faster than any S*Bucks in town. So don't let their hollering offend you - just get in, get out, and be happy you got your coffee quick!

I don't understand how impersonal customer service can be admired. Not one employee is genuinely nice at this location - they'll say "have a nice day" as they're ringing you up without even looking you in the eyes, then they'll give you attitude if you request a receipt. Yes, they're super fast, but they're also incredibly inaccurate. I go there almost every day due to convenience, & order from the same person who still doesn't recognize me or remembers my order. Perhaps I expect too much, but having worked at a coffee shop and knowing my regular customers, I tend to believe regular customers are noticeable. There's always something wrong with my order: 1) Being charged wrong 2) Being given wrong change 3) Being given different item than I ordered 4) Being given old items - like one I am eating right now and is incredibly hard to bite into.... Decide for yourself.

I had a good experience here...I didn't get any coffee but I did buy a rainbow donut for my granddaughter. This is how I know I'm getting older because as we waited in line I looked at the $1.09 price and thought I remember when the donut was .49 cent my granddaughter laughed at me and then that reminded me of my granny when she would tell me the price of things when she was growing up. We didn't wait long and the cashier was great!!! My granddaughter gobbled up that donut like it was gold in the middle of the center!!! I would go back because we got good customer service, the place was clean and the donut was fresh! I can't speak on the coffee but I'm sure it's like all the franchises and I love their coffee just didn't have any when went on this visit. Anyway folks.... Enjoy!!!

The more i go to Dunkin Donuts to more i like it. Dunkin' Donuts has happy hour from 3pm-6pm every day which means you can get ANY size iced coffee for $1.09. This includes flavored iced coffee. They have hazelnut, caramel, vanilla, and even Oreo! For $1, this is the best cheap coffee around. If only their rewards program didn't force you to buy a gift card to take advantage of it. This location has minimal tables (maybe 3-4) and not too much space, but the workers are efficient and helpful. They start taking your order while you wait in line. I will be here every Tuesday/Thursday. See you there

They refused to accept my coupon, they were out of most food items, rude workers and also gave us rude comments about using a gift card. The manager was also stoned out of his mind, this was most likely the reason it took forever to get our food and drinks.
