I've only been here a handful of times but no exaggeration, each time I've been here the service has been beyond TERRIBLE. I usually order coffee and maybe a donut. Simple, right? Not for them! They ask me about three times over and over "what size coffee did you want again?" Then they ask what kind, "did you want iced?" No, had I wanted iced I would have asked for it. Then, they don't ask if you want your receipt, they just print it out and crumple it up. Today I saw a toddler in the back room by himself chewing on a set of car keys. I overheard one customer ask if she could have her coffee heated up because it was cold when they handed it to her. This staff is always flustered and confused. They have never gotten my order correct the first time, ever. This place is the worst. I keep hoping it will be better the next time but it never is.

Been here twice since they've re-opened and served by the same lady twice. She was on the phone both times and was disinterested in serving me. First time, asked for a Pumpkin Spice Latte - got a cup filled halfway with a Latte, not flavored. Second time, asked for a Gingerbread Latte - got (SURPRISE!!) a cup filled halfway with a Latte, not flavored. There's a 7-11 down the street that has a better machine-dispensed Latte. Not impressed.

it's a great location, staff is attentive, but the parking is the only thing that keeps me from coming back. It can get crowded due the other businesses in the little mall!

This Dunkin Donuts is bunk as hell. Our first crazy experience here was buying the 4lbs. of coffee for 19.99. Both of the signs advertising the deal even showed that you could choose between 4 good flavors, so we were excited. We did our choosing, and what were we told? We only have "Original flavor" here. Well, why does your sign say I have a choice? Gets even better: they have the nerve to charge a higher tax rate on non prepared food items. One doesn't pay a higher tax rate for coffee! Yeah, you do at restaurants, but that makes sense. They rob their customers for their extra profit. Jerks! Well, we went into the same DD today putting the tax and coffee choice matter behind us only to be even more disappointed. 1. Their empty shelves next to randomly scattered donuts is ghetto as hell. 2. Why is the breakfst sandwich not on your menu?? I don't want a nasty wrap! They have them at all the other DD. Get on the ball. 3. How are we s'posed to know what flavor coffees you have if you do not have them listed up top on the menu board like every other DD? Am I supposed to guess that you have a certain flavor? Plus, if you didn't have the 4 coffee flavor choices available in lbs like you should have had, how in the world am I supposed to know if you have certain coffee flavors available here? Ugh. Don't waste you times at this DD. Go to the nicer one on Irving Park and Western if your in the area. I will give 2 starts overall though cause DD is sooo much better than starbucks when it comes to coffee.

I stopped by this Dunkin' Donuts after one of my first long runs of the hot summer season. I was parched, ok I'll be honest, I was dying. I needed water and I needed it bad. I had just finished my run and this was the first place I spotted. I stumbled in and managed to get the few words out to ask for a cup of water. They were very kind and gave me some. I'm not sure what the policy is for corporate DD but I can really appreciate a place that is generous when it comes to public restrooms and free water. Woo hoo for Dunkin' Donuts and saving one runner at a time. America runs on Dunkin'.

There are a lot Dunkin Donuts in Chicago. I have had coffee at all of them. This Dunkin is by far the best in the Chicagoland area. The store is clean, the employees extremely helpful and friendly. Recently, I was told to switch to decaf....and today they brewed a pot just for me. Normally, I grab my coffee cream 2 splenda, and go, but today I sat for a while and enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee and conversation.

This Double D got a MASSIVE reno recently -- it now includes a Baskin Robbins' express, has the neat shit all the other DDs have, and is clean. All is good.
