I've frequented this Dunkin often because of its convenient location, but no longer will I sacrifice customer service for convenience. The staff is extremely rude. I'm not sure if there is a cultural difference but it's not welcoming to me to be asked "What do I want?". Waseem seems to be the manager of this place and his customer service is horrible as well. He clearly expresses his discontentment for customers who order iced coffee between the the hours of 3pm-6pm. On top of all of this, my order ALWAYS need to be remade. What is supposed to be a quick stop for my beloved iced coffee and hash browns turns into a 10 minute disaster every single time.

Waseem makes the best coffee, I have been going there for 5 years now and have tried coffee almost everywhere in chicago. He always greets his customers so well. Best coffee in Chicago.

The Coolatta machine has been broke for weeks, at least every time I've tried to order one of them the past 2 weeks, I've been told the machine isn't working. Maybe someone should take down the sign they have outside advertising them or put a not on the sign explaining that you need to visit a different Dunkin Donuts if you want one, but really, that all pales in comparison to what I saw on my trip there this past saturday. A teen girl who was already in the place with a half dozen donuts walked back up to the counter after eating one donut and asked if she could exchange a donut. Too bizarre! But then , the employee asked which one, the girl said "The apple" so the employee takes the donut out of the box that the girl brought up to the counter after opening and eating at least one donut AND THEN PROCEEDS TO PUT IT BACK ON THE SHELF WITH THE OTHER DONUTS TO BE RESOLD!!! I'm sure there is some health code violation against that. I will never willingly eat or drink anything from this location again, too gross

Rudest customer service. The owner was drunk and did not even give me back me recipt. I entered the DD restaurant because I wanted to make a cake order and the owner and his wife were rude to me. They wanted me to pay twice for same order and refused my coupon.

I come to this dunkin donuts probably every other week and sometimes I leave satisfied but more often than not, something is wrong with my order. One time my iced tea tasted like caramel, so I went back in to get it fixed, and once again it tasted of caramel. Ive received wrong sizes on items and the service is lacking. I would think its hard to have a difficult time making coffee but I suppose its challenging for some.

Forget this place and keep on driving. The service is horrible, the people who work there are mean spirited and unfriendly. The food is substandard and poorly made by a completely uncaring staff. I wouldn't bother to stop by if I were you, just go get your food and coffee from a better run store where the staff and owners actually care about you as a customer and not look at you like a meal ticket. The bathrooms are unclean, the store is cluttered and bums hang outside on the benches all day long. There is absolutely no redeeming qualities I could say about this place without lying to you.

I live by this place & they always remember me & ask how/where are the kids. They are always friendly & remember my difficult order. My children love donuts & they always hand them some extra holes or even a donut. I'll continue to go.

Not surprised by the poor rating. Went here on the way to work to grab a coffee and bagel quick. Ordered pumpkin coffee with skim, received cream. I asked if the order was correct and was told "YES!" very rudely. I got the bagel combo and ordered a plain with veggie cream cheese, received plain with strawberry cream cheese. Found the register overcharged me by 20 cents. I get to work with my bagel and this mofo is burned! Seriously? Never going to this location again. Wasn't the first time they were rude, but this is the last time.

Ughhhhh. Ugh. UGH. I've been here a couple times since it became a Baskin Robbins as well and it's always been mediocre but okay for those desperate times. Pro: It's always open. Always. Pro: It smells like fresh donuts. Pro: It's less than half a mile from me. Con: The ice cream selection is terrible. Last time I was in they didn't even have the flavor of the month, despite it being advertised in literally a dozen places. This time they didn't have chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, or rainbow sherbert. But if you have a craving for fat-free gingerbread man (in JULY), daquiri ice, or pistachio almond, this is your joint. Con: They don't know what they're doing and they're critically understaffed. Boyfriend ordered a Reese's PB Cup Layered Sundae and the guy turned around to read off the menu what we were describing, and despite repeating it six times and instructing him exactly where to find it on the menu, he sort of nodded vaguely and then made a regular sundae with PB cup ice cream. Uh, yeah. That. Sure. Con: I ordered my scoop in a waffle cone, and when I took a bite it was SOGGY. I asked for another cone and he told me that they were all like that. WTF? I asked about a sugar cone and he went to grab one, then I wised up and asked if they were crunchy. No, he said, they too were like that. "Cup is better," he said. Uhhhh, alrighty then. Cup it is. And I swear, he took the cone I had bitten into and PUT IT BACK. OMGWTFBBQ. There's your sign. FLEE. Con: After 9 pm this place becomes the hub for some of the trashiest trash that ever trashed. We're talking sixteen year old girls in hoochie shirts with face tattoos and weed-tinted glazed eyes. Loud ones. And creepy 60 year-old guys in cargo shorts and park district t-shirts with shocks of white hair carrying a dozen plastic bags. And angry twenty-something guys in beaters and bandanas who NEED their coffee or donuts RIGHT STAT NOW. Avoid eye contact, look down, shuffle out quietly, maybe they don't see you. I will buy rock salt and a wooden bucket and make my own damn midnight ice cream before venturing to this location ever again.

This is also a baskin robbins too. I will NEVER go back to this one again. My friend & I came in to order a shake & there was a woman employee mopping the floor. That's totally fine, I guess. But to say "you, move" to my friend & then say to me "you too" is just plain RUDE & disrespectful. We canceled our order & left. I don't know if it's a culture thing or what. But people shouldn't be that insensitive to PAYING customers. It's not like the store was closed or closing.
