My favorite location. I visit daily. Coffee is always fresh and hot. Employees are great. They also serve ice cream at this location. Very clean. I would highly recommend it. Caution: The AM drive thru line is off the hook. It goes way out onto Harlem Avenue but they are quick!

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts. The coffee is always fresh and the employees are extremely polite. Recently they did a remodel that I really dont like but so is life.

I normally do not like to write reviews for a franchise, such as, Dunkin' Donuts. However, I was driving up Harlem Avenue toward the Kennedy Expressway the other morning, and noticed this place. There were pink flags in the parking lot waving about on a brisk, windy morning. They caught my attention right away. This Double "D" is next door to an Auto Zone on the east side of Harlem Avenue. The parking lot is very, very small. This is not a drive-thru place, because space is very limit. The inside is very small as well, but nicely maintained. They don't offer any low-calorie or healthy breakfast sandwiches. I asked. I only got a small coffee for $1.99 (with tax it was a bit over $2). The coffee was watered down, and not very robust. I was really surprised that it was not strong or semi-strong coffee. I took two or three sips and dumped it in the trash can. I was itching for a strong, good, hot cup of fresh coffee, and this cup of coffee did not meet my expectations. I ended up going to a nearby McDonald's and buying a small coffee for $1, which was a lot better tasting than the coffee that I had at Dunkin' Donuts. I was really surprised that the coffee here tasted so weak. Ugh! The reason I am giving them 3-stars is because I picked up some glazed donuts, curlers, plain buttermilk and pumpkin donuts for my husband and niece. They said they were really, really good. The positive: Free parking; nice and super clean. Service was definitely friendly and with a smile. I could tell these people were happy to have jobs, and it came across for sure! It is not a huge DD, but it is a nice size. I give their coffee 2-stars, while the sweet treats receives 3-stars. If I am ever in the area again I will give them another try. After all, it is a brand new Double "D" and they are still working out the kinks. I will not write them off. I am sure they will get their act together, and the coffee will be what it should be -- full of robust flavor and really, really good coffee. At least, I hope so!

Just had the blueberry cobbler donut and omg... That donut needs to be on the menu permanently. The best donut to date next to the blueberry cake. Delicious. Good luck finding them. Also they have the best afternoon shift crew out there. Sorry for no picture but couldn't wait for it. FYI ask them to heat it up for 5 seconds. Que the Homer Simpson voice and drool!!! Gugggggg!!!!!!

This review is about the service. Before work around 545am one day I ordered a medium coffee in the drive thru and I pull up too pay. The man working at the window over charges me. It was a bother too me because I had too beat traffic for work. ao the man, I think who's name is Thomas? aaid tomorrow you will receive a free coffee from his mistake. Ok cool. So the next morning I go and order my medium coffee and I added a bagel with veggie cream cheese at the drive thru and I also said I was the girl you over charged. He said "ok I'll take care of your coffee." Well I get my order and check my receipt cause it seemed $5 for just a bagle was much. He charged me for my FREE COFFEE and I didn't have the right bagle and spread. What!? I gave 2 stars cause the owner is nice. But THIS PLACE NEEDS TOO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.

This is my go to Dunkin location as it is only blocks from my place while I am at home in Chicago. The service is quick but as mentioned before, not always the most friendly. It's Dunkin though so I am happy as long as my order is right, the coffee is in supply, and the donuts are fresh. There are always going to be fancier, trendier, newer options for donuts but there is something about this place that cannot be replicated. Looking forward to the expansion in Minnesota.
