Stopped in for an delicious DD iced tea. Instead, I got a cup of NASTINESS! I am a HUGE fan of tea, iced and hot and I normally enjoy the iced tea from Dunkin Donuts. Unfortunately, today, it was THE worst experience I've had. I was looking forward to a delicious and refreshing cup of iced tea. The layout wasn't great, the parking lot was hard to maneuver, the place looked and felt dingy. I got a feeling that I made a mistake by stopping at this particular DD. Witnessed a paying customer argue with an older Pakistani or Indian about the butter on a bagel (I think it was about the lack of butter for a bagelcause I couldn't understand WHAT they were discussing). It just seems like the cashier had a bad attitude and didn't really care about the customer. I quickly moved from that line to the longer line where a younger girl was ringing. Ordered an unsweetened large iced tea. Customer service was okay and she was prompt with my tea. I walked over to the counter for a straw and noticed it was filthy and sticky. There wasn't a single napkin or large straw on either side of the condiment station. NO NAPKINS?!? WTF?!? I then looked to sugar packets and again, NOTHING! All that was left was Sweet-N-Low, and who uses THAT anymore. I usually don't use sweetener in my tea, so it was no big loss to me. I got in my car and headed out to my appointment. Came to a stop at a light and decided to take a deep sip of what I expected to be refreshing iced tea. I ended up spitting it out my car window, it was SO disgusting. I drove further and swooshed the ice around hoping it just needed to be stirred up. NOPE, it was STILL nasty. I couldn't turn around because I had to be someone where. I stopped over my boyfriend's and had him try it, he agreed, it tasted nasty. We poured it out. We both agreed it tasted as if they person who served me my tea mixed coffee and tea together. Maybe she accidentally put coffee in and then caught herself and then switched to tea. Not sure, but there was definitely coffee in my iced tea. The worst part is that I am allergic to coffee. That is how I know there was coffee in my cup. I ended up having a nasty allergic reaction. Was NOT thrilled that I had a breakout of hives all over and was one big ball of itch. Never again will I go to this location. From now on, I will ALWAYS test my tea before walking out of ANY Dunkin Donuts to make sure it is right. Everyone else should do the same! Thankfully I am ONLY out a buck, but still...OMG!

nice employees. Good customer services. Listens to customer's orders and accurately places the orders according to the customer's needs. I wanted 6 separate orders of the $0.99 5-munchkin deal and wanted them in separate little bags instead of 30 munchkins in a box. This way it's easier for me to pass them out for kids at a party. The employee does what I asked and rang me up for 6 orders of the $0.99 deal. No questions asked or refusal of service unlike the Dunkin Donuts on 66th and Cicero.

This is my neighborhood spot for Baskin Robins... I do not care for their coffee so I only go for donuts and ice cream.. they are always friendly and smiling. Plenty of cakes ice cream and other yummy treats..

They take too long to give you food if you order it so try just to come for coffee only.

Although remodeled, me personally (please don't shoot me), I am not a fan of this location. First off, the location is very weirdly angled on a triangle lot. Parking in the morning can be a real pain in my ask me again why I only think a 3 star is too much? Granted, it is spacious and I so wish that this could be the way all the DD's are, but alas its not. I don't like the fact that the homeless man who lives across the street actually chains up his cart with his belongings to the pole directly in front of the DD store. But hey, I guess he thinks it will be safe this way. Unfortunately the other day, I saw the City truck lugging out his things (while still chained) and throwing them in the garbage truck. I think that there should be something wrong with that scenario but I digress, Its not about him but the place. They carry a good assortment of Keurig products and regular coffee products so this is a good thing. I just think that waiting in line for DD coffee for over 10 minutes on any morning (well weekdays, let me be fair), should be a no no. I just don't see various people and the place takes that long. I may try them at another time, but I am pretty sure this one is always busy.

i used to hate this place cuz of one particular older worker. She was either Pakistani or Indian and she would always have this bad attitude. Im not sure if she's the manager or related to the owner. But now i havent seen her in a while and im okay with that. This place is busy everytime. I always order a corn muffin. I used to buy cappuccino blast years ago, until Target opened up on Damen & 33th near the expressway. It has a Starbucks inside. FYI they closed down the CTA garage near there. Still in use but idk who

DD is my only option after the nearby Starbucks is closed. It does the job for a good caffeine fix. Not a big fan of DD's coffee roast but I will overlook that when I get a caffeine craving at 1:00 am. 1 star for it being opened 24/7.

They aren't the same to me now! Staff aren't as friendly. Bathroom was filthy.

The people at this location are pure idiots and would rather argue with you than give good customer service. I visited at about 1 a.m. through their new drive through, which I thought would be more convenient. The guy couldn't tell me what donuts they had, he just said "All of them" So, frustrated and unsure of which donut I wanted (since they didn't have a list of them on the menu either), I went inside to check it out, saw that they did, indeed, have "all of them". So, score, right? Fresh donuts? Try under cooked, disgustingly slimy and squishy cruller. Being a fat girl, I started in on it before I left the parking lot, so when I realized how disgusting it was, I took it in to exchange it. I didn't want any of the other standard donuts. I asked for an apple fritter, which is what? Fifty cents more? Big whoop. I explained how inconvenient it was for me to have to come in, not once, but twice (thanks to their incompetence, though I didn't say this) and that it was worth satisfying their customer to just give me the upgraded apple fritter. You think this is petty? So do I. But what is more petty, was that not only did one guy continue to argue with me, he called the manager over who argued with me. They both insisted they were "fresh donuts" and I insisted they were undercooked and slimy. At this point I should have just walked away or asked for a refund, but I tried to explain the idea of customer service to these guys. You sacrifice 50 cents now, you save a customer. You piss a fat girl off and you've lost an investment. I will NEVER go to this DD again. And I live very close in the neighborhood. I would encourage you NOT to go to this location either. They don't know their bunghole from a donut hole and they don't care about customer service and satisfying their customer. Plus, you can get a better cup of coffee at McDonald's and considerably better pastries in either direction down Archer. And probably from someone who can actually speak English.
