They now sell French rolls for .79 but if you ask for butter they add on .18 onto the receipt. I have never heard of this nonsense at any food establishment! The place was empty, they are extremely slow and no offense but the cashier should at least speak and understand English. I said BLACK coffee. I was asked 3 or 4 times do you want cream and sugar? No... I don't want cream and sugar. Just black. & repeat. & repeat. Just black. YES. JUST BLACK. SMH. Kinda annoying. Blew my morning!

Do yourself a favor and find another Baskin Robins/Dunkin Donuts! Terrible service, ice cream was barely frozen, and the pre-made cakes look like a toddler made them.

The employees here are really too good to serve me, but I selfishly insisted. I won't make that mistake again.

The service at this location is terrible. There's a short Hispanic lady with a terrible attitude and her face is always twisted up like someone put a gun to her head and made her come to work. I agree with everyone else here as far as cashiers not understanding taking your order, but I must say the cashiers that have serviced me didn't have attitudes maybe a hard time with getting your order right, but no attitudes. However again the Hispanic short lady that works mornings is nasty. When she places your order on counter she immediately walks off and when you call her back to let her know that's not what you ordered, bigger attitude kicks in. Like it's your fault she screwed your order up. I like DD, but never again will I visit this location. I've been to this one at least 6 times and honest to God there was always something wrong with my order. Also they definitely take their time in getting your order to only find out you've patiently waited all that time to deal with Ms. Attitude who has to remake your order, which is definitely not worth spending your money here. If that's the case you might as well just throw away your money. She also had the audacity one time to tell me next time I want jelly for my breakfast sandwich that I had ordered there, I must tell the cashier. I guess that was a problem for me to ask her for jelly. I only stopped at this one cause its down the street from my mom house. Now I just pay the extra at Starbucks which is a little more pricey, but definitely worth it, you get much much more better service and if they mess up your order they fix it with NO ATTITUDE. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Well, I did it. I brought my traveller cup. You would have thought I'd handed a moon rock to the girl behind the counter. She handled herself smoothly, though. Perhaps she understood that I was trying to reduce waste whenever possible. Understood, and rejected. Sweetly, she handed me a ream of napkins. Her smile was angelic. Game on.

I hate this place. I used to love dunkin donuts, but they are starting to forget to remind their employees to be respectful. This particular location is the worst. It is near my home, so i often grab coffee on the way to work. I am pretty nice, always with a "hi how are you" "have a good day". and please, and thank you. a little too nice, if you ask me. anywho, this place is so rude. they seem to be talking about you as soon as you walk in, you have to beckon them over to take your order, while they are standing in a group talking. if something is not available they are very rude and say "no". and with further confusion, i ask why not, but they still don't explain nd say no. they always sigh impatiently, walk away while you are still ordering. I am a different race than most of the employees and the entire time i feel like they are being racist or just looking down on me for some reason. I have never ever stayed there to drink my coffee, bc they are so hostile. Also, honestly can the food be healthier? the portions of the flat bread sandwiches are not filling enough, and they are the only half healthy things on the menu. god forbid they ever use skim milk, splenda, or sugar free syrup in their drinks.

This Dunkin' Donuts is convenient more than anything else. It's hard for me to want to go get coffee at DD when Cups is a couple blocks South on Kedzie, but sometimes I am up later than 8, and I go here instead of Starbuck's (unless of course I want a shot of espresso in my coffee, which DD doesn't have as far as I know). The service here is okay...they are really nice, but sometimes it seems like they can be slightly absent-minded. On one occasion I called them to ask a question about a coupon, and they didn't understand me (the woman spoke Spanish primariliy), so she told me "no, you have to come in"). The space is pretty clean, though. Another thing that freaks me out but tastes good anyway, is the color of Baskin Robbins' chocolate ice cream, which is colored black. My roommate pointed out that this weird black / white colored ice cream looked like a dead penguin. She was dead on, it's really unappetizing, but I find myself ordering the jamocha oreo anyway. I'm a sucker. So yeah, 3 stars, because it's never great but never awful, and close to my house.

Having grown up in Albany Park, I should know better about encountering ESL students taking your order....a test of patience. If your straightforward with your order, you may sneak by without repeating yourself. To be honest the coffee tastes funny at this location compared to other D&Ds. (I prefer the coffee on Cicero and Elston.) They don't water it down to increase their bottom-line. The owner (a Korean lady) didn't take a corporate coupon and told me I had to fly to the corporate office in Canton, MA to redeem it! No joke. I would give this place a 1 star rating but it's still a Dunkin Donuts.
