This is your typical Dunkin' Donuts and it is pretty busy in the morning but the line moves pretty fast. I just wish that they would turn down the music playing overhead so that you could hear when the clerk calls for the next customer.

I'm quite familiar with Dukin and this dunkin donuts is mostly on par with what is to be expected from the chain. However the service is substandard at best. Of all the Dunkins I've been to this is the slowest. They are clearly uninterested in respecting the time of their guests.

Popped in here to charge my dying phone. A friend bought a coffee but didn't comment on its quality. But it did serve its purpose for me (a free outlet) so I was a happy camper. It does seem a bit on the deserted part of the area though. It was relatively empty with few patrons only stopping by for a quick drink. I would recommend it though, if you need some space to catch your breath after shopping on the MM.

The real stuff- the Cronut. I don't know why but the jelly Cronut I ordered tastes a bit salty. But still a good dessert for me.

Bad customer service. But the donuts & ice cream were good. And I appreciate the holiday decorations. However, management really needs to step it up. Namely in instructing the employees to be more customer-friendly.

I am a fan of Dunkin Donuts. And, it is not the donuts. I am a fan of Dunkin Donut's coffee and bagels. A fan going back to the days before the Starbuck's Invasion took the World by storm. In my opinion, Dunkin Donuts is up there with Starbuck's when it comes to quality coffee. If I were to participate in a coffee taste test, Dunkin Donuts just might come out slightly ahead of Starbuck's. Contrary to Starbuck's, Dunkin Donuts offers sugar free blueberry syrup with coffee. With sugar free syrup and Sweet & Low in quality coffee, I am a fan that is not gaining surplus calories. Contrary to Starbuck's, Dunkin Donuts bagels are baked fresh and are delicious. My favorite is the toasted blueberry bagel. The coffee (I get it with sugar free blueberry syrup) and bagel (I get the blueberry bagel) combo keeps me a fan of Dunkin Donuts. With a price less than $5, it keeps me a major fan. This location, in the Streeterville district (east of Magnificent Mile) looks smaller from the outside. Inside is a roomy Dunkin Donuts (and Baskin Robins) with sufficient seating. Unlike Starbuck's, the environment isn't conducive to hanging out. This is what differentiates Dunkin Donuts from the coffee chains. I am a fan of Dunkin Donuts. Their quality coffee with sugar free blueberry syrup and blueberry bagels keeps me a fan. And being a Dunkin Donuts fan, this location is worthy of 4 stars.

Just say no to their donuts! There are way better options around. This place is also pretty sketchy at night. Coffee is good, but I'll just stick to Starbucks since they're everywhere.

The good news is that this is one of the only Dunkin Donuts around. This city is filled with Starbucks but very few DD's. DD is my first choice for coffee, no doubt about it. This review is not for DD but rather this particular location. I'll probably head back again since I'm spending some time in Chicago but this place would not be my first choice during the week as the line does not move very quickly. This would not put me in a good mood. I am a fan of the much lower iced coffee prices than what we have in NJ, though.

No, creepy creeperson employee, I will not tell you whether or not I work or live close by. No, I don't want those other donuts nor do I want coffee. I just want to pick up some old-fashioned donuts for my dad as clearly stated in the beginning. Thank you, but uh no. I paid and left in no time. The donuts were delicious and still fresh as an afternoon snack. If I wasn't picking up something else in the area, I would've gone to another location.

Good coffee and pastry choices. Coffee at half the price of the "Courtyard Starbucks". Good option if you are in the area.

I miss Dunkin Donuts on the west coast....whenever I go home, I always come to DD for a caramel coffee and everything bagel. Yes, in a city where you can get pretty much everything including bagels, I choose to get mine here. I don't know what it is but I like them. Always well stocked with fresh donuts. Coffee always fresh, too.

Super busy D and D! However, the line went really fast, the coffee was good and strong, and the egg and cheese breakfast sammich hit the spot. There's few things in this world that please me like a Dunkin Donuts iced coffee with cream.

The guy here was rude and mumbled so I couldn't understand what he was saying. It wasn't busy inside and he acted like he was in a rush to get through my order... all I wanted was coffee. As soon as I got it I was out the door!

Took everyone's advice and didn't get a donut, but I did get my large coffee which was very tasty and helped with the early AM call (especially early when you're still on Pacific time).

Waited for five mins to be served and there were five people working in the back. They completely ignored that we were standing there. Ummmm I don't think I will be back....

Two registers were down and they didn't have any change -- as in, they only had $20 bills in the drawer. I understand about the registers -- they could malfunction, but how do you not have small bills to make change? Especially on a Sunday morning?
