It's right inside my home Red Line station so I certainly cannot complain about location. I go here at least 4-5 times a week for coffee mostly with the occasional bite. The people have always been friendly, they keep the line moving and they get your order right. I am not sure what else I demand out of a Dunkin' Donuts; aside from allowing me to stick my head directly underneath the coffee dispenser and go crazy. Which they politely declined. Darnit.

I've been here about 12 times. They got my order correct about 1 out of those 12 times and can get pissy about fixing the order. Some of the ladies are kind but not consistent at all.

It's truly inside the red line station so it's a perfect location! I've had pumpkin coffee and mochas made here and they have always tasted good. The donuts have always tastes fresh as well. Service is nothing special but the location of this place makes it perfect for me!!

By far the absolute worse DD I've been to in Chicago. These guys get quite a bit of business in the morning, but they are not interested in returning customers because if they were they would have apologized for my 10min wait on a turkey croissant! I would like to think I am a reasonable person with "zen-like" patience. The only reason I gave them a star was because after what felt like Eternity, and the bumbling workers in back (literally folks just bumping into each other back there, while the managers yelling at them in Hindu, Urdu or whatever she was spouting, I received my food warm. Normally a restaurant that is geared towards customer satisfaction would have offered me something free for my time...well they aren't and they didn't! So I asked the manager if I could have a free donut for my 10min wait. She then said NO! And said I wasn't waiting that long. Wow! What the hell! Ok so not only is she stupid but rude too??!! so I told her it was in fact 10min and I should get something free for me to be a returning customer. She walked away as I was in the middle of a sentence, I wasn't irate, I stood patiently for my food without griping, I think that deserves a free meal! But all I asked was for a 99cent donut . Well I will no longer give them my business and I will blast them on every form of media (to let people know how poor the service is and that it might happen to you in the morning). Thanks for reading

Very conveniently located and hard to resist -- this DD is right in the Red Line Loyola station. The donuts are always fresh and the staff friendly, despite many people hurrying in and out of there. Always a pleasure to stop and grab a treat on the way home... I know it's a pipe dream, but if they could have an eating area it would even be better!

Never friendly or efficient and hardly accurate with simple orders. I only go here because of the location, the location by my previous work (Thompson Center) had an amazing staff. This location knows they can get by not caring because of the convenient location.

I love this Dunkin Donuts. I can't imagine all the crabby people that must come through here, but the employees are still always so nice. After making this my regular DD, the employees seem to remember me and will sometimes give me a free donut or two. It might look dingy from the outside, but it tastes just as good as any other DD, and the service is much appreciated.

Oh Dunkin Donuts line. Oh finals. Oh poor guy behind the counter. O BROKEN COOLATTA MACHINE! There is no such thing as a coolatta in Rogers Park. Nay, not on a Monday night on the way home in December. However, there is plenty of conversation to be had with studying students and grad students and those who want their cheese BURNT. In a good way.

Even though they're crammed into a tiny L stop storefront and probably confronted with cranky students all day long, the staff at this Dunkin' Donuts is friendly and patient. When I say "French Cruller", I don't have to repeat myself. Really, that's all I ask before I've had my coffee. That, and that when I say "light on the cream", my coffee doesn't come back the same color as my skin.

It is in the elevated tram station. There is no place to eat except in the trams. Though the food is excellent they make it in front of you. Which if you go to some other restraunts they do not. Also the food is awsome. The location is really bad because there is another Dunkin Donuts about 1 block away which has a indoor eating and stuff. Also this dunkin donuts is somewhat empty compared to the one 1 block away because it is in sort of a dump area. Also the staff sound weird. When they ask you if you want sugar and cream it sounds like they are saying "Dew yew want zigwr and friem?". Sort of like that guy from South Park when carmen(?) father went to anger managment class. The guy who wears low riding pants. Though it not really a problem to me because it is still audible.

This Dunkin location helps start off my morning, so my days wouldn't be right without it. It's right at the Loyola stop on the Red Line, and the staff and service are quick and efficient, even with the constant stream of people passing by. Loyola commuters, rejoice!

The location is awesome. It actually couldn't be in a better spot for people on the go. I have butted heads with the older lady that works there, though, and now she gives me evil looks every time I pass her on my way to the el. She really has no reason to dislike me. eh. still. coffee and muffins are always a good combination. even when the muffins are somewhat stale. it adds character.

Convenience at it's best is what this DD serves up. It has a pretty nice selection for the most part (timing when the fresh donuts arrive is a must) and the coffee is always above par. The staff was pretty cool and always did my order right. Kudos, because i know they gotta be busy with a small university across the street and the good peeps of Rogers Park. i miss this 24 hour DD at the Loyola station/stop...

Excellent for when it's 3 am and you need coffee. Later in the day the donuts are not that fresh, but it's what you'd expect from Dunkin' Donuts. The staff is always nice.
