After three tries, they still cannot get my order right. I know it can be difficult to get a large coffee with cream AND sugar right every time. I would really like it to be right at least once. Also, the coffee doesn't taste good. Sometimes it's watery, sometimes it tastes a little burnt. Third time is the charm for me, I'm going to head over to Illinois Center from now on.

Fairly large Dunkin Donuts with no seating. This is primarily a location to pickup your coffee and head back to your desk ... no power meetings here. Fast and friendly employees ... and it's incredibly well lit.

I have never had to ask for a refund at any Dunkin Donuts. I took my coffee back twice because they couldn't get it right. Finally, just asked for my money back and went to my usual Dunkin store in the BCBS building - 300 E. Randolph. Ridiculous!

Went there opening day and the irate woman behind the counter kept repeating my order wrong, i would correct her an she would repeat it wrong. I wanted a large hot chocolate and a chocolate cake donut. she kept saying a medium hot chocolate and a long john? I eventually got to work with a chocolate cake donut, a long john and a 1/2 full large hot chocolate. The one at 303 E Wacker doesn't do this? Why is that? Because what I love first thing in the morning is attitude and my order screwed up!

Hmm. Well, Here is what I have to say- it's another Dunkin Donuts. Great. This company seems to be opening new stores every day in the Chicago market. Do Chicagoans in general need more donuts and sugar and processed carbs? No. No they don't. But this one is brand new, opened today, (first!) and it's shiny shiny shiny. One strange thing I did notice was that the donuts/bagels and registers are somewhat hidden from the front door- kind of a strange layout. Having ice cream options in the summer will be nice, but my ass does not need ice cream and donuts in such an easily accessible place- my office building! Why? I already have to fight my inner child getting off at the Lake Stop- now the Aon Center? Arrrgh. I'm going to the gym tonight to repent. Also- they seem to be preditorily opening stores RIGHT next to Starbucks. Personally, I don't think we need 2 coffee shops in one building, and guess what 2 businesses are RIGHT next to each other in the basement of the building immediately to the east of us? Yep. DD and Sbux. What level of saturation of the market is enough? Perhaps they should open another DD in 2Pru. Kidding. And watch it happen next month.......ugh.

The staff is kind of rude. One girl was hitting on me everyday until one day when I came in with my girlfriend. They really are not mean, but not friendly either. Also, they have screwed up my order many many times. This morning they screwed up my coffee so I decided to write a review. I buy my breakfast here almost every day. Good customers should be treated well.

Staff here is wonderful, the owner is NOT. The owner decided that a man had been taking the wrong OJ out of the cooler and he would have to start getting his drinks from the cooler and take them to the register, unlike everyone else who gets them on the way out after paying. She claimed he us taking the more expensive OJ not the one he paid for, but in the cooler they are marked the price he paid. He has pointed it out to the employees that the cooler prices are messed up, and they told him its OK, it makes no difference. I know that DD's own inspector wrote the store up for the cooler prices being screwed up and it still hasn't been fixed. The owner also harangued him for not buying coffee. The man spends $9 every morning in your store for six months and you start to treat him badly for not drinking coffee? Great business practices.

This is a store that opened up a few months ago. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The food and drink products are always fresh. This is a high volume location which helps to keep fresh products always available.
