Worst service I've ever experienced. Never got my pizza and was hung up on when I called to inquire

I have to admit, I'm probably the last person on earth to try the 'new domino's'. The new pizza actually isn't bad, but this location, is horrible. The first time I ordered, I never even received my pizza. After waiting an hour and a half, I called, and they assured me it was on the way. 45 min later, no pizza. I called again-- it's on the way. 45 min later, no pizza. I called again-- it's on the way. So my pizza has been in transit for an hour and a half? Forget it I've already had wine for dinner. So to compensate, they gave me a credit to use at a further date... but boy, I should've known better. The girl on the phone had no clue what I was talking about when I told her about the credit, and when the pizza finally arrived, they forgot the additional sauces we ordered. We called back right away, thinking maybe they could call the delivery driver to have him run the sauce back up, which they said they would do. Well, we did finally end up with the sauce, an hour later, to eat with our cold pizza. Do yourself a favor, and order papa john's.

I have ordered from this location twice now and both times they have forgotten to include the extra sauces that I ordered. Delivery driver didn't seem to care either say that it wasn't his problem. Delivery time was medium to long.

This Domino's frequently takes forever to get to you since they have very few delivery drivers. Multiple times I've gotten cold food. They also don't seem to always read your order; many times when I've ordered extra sauce, they end up giving me very little sauce. On the rare occasion that it gets to you before 2 hours have passed and they actually fill your order out correctly, it tastes great.

UNDERCOOKED EVERY SINGLE TIME!! The past 5-6 pizzas I've ordered have had raw dough in them. They are obviously trying to make more money but spitting out pizzas faster and as a result they are not cooked thoroughly. The app has a feedback section but it never works so I felt obligated to tell people to STAY AWAY from this Dominos!

  • Megan M.

The order took FOREVER to arrive. Dominos is Dominos so I won't comment on the taste. You should know what you're getting when you call. What I didn't expect was that they would take an hour and 15 minutes to get the order to me, especially given the fact that I live .5 miles away. Not surprisingly the food was cold when it arrived. I won't be ordering from here again.

Just moved north from the loop, where Toppers was all I ever got. So happy to call domino's my new guilty pleasure! I used a coupon on their website to get a pizza and chicken bites for $5.99 each. The delivery confirmation said it would arrive in 50-60 minutes, but it got here in almost exactly a half hour. I also received 2 garlic sauces instead of just one, and an extra ranch that I didn't order for my chicken. The delivery guy was very friendly. Full and happy now!

This domino's location is completely useless. I ordered a pizza at 7pm today and since it's blizzard conditions outside I was more than willing to give them at least 2 hours for delivery (I live down the street from the location). However by 10PM I still had not received my food and the tracker was still on Prep having not even moved to Bake! I call two different times and am put on hold for 10 minutes. When I finally heard someone pick-up the phone they promptly hung up without saying anything. As if they were trying to avoid a bill collector on their personal line. On my third try I was on hold for 15 minutes before the woman finally picked up and said promptly "we're closed" and I was sure she was about to hang up before I stopped her to inquire about my pending delivery. She said they canceled all orders for the day. Why wouldn't you call or email the people who's orders you canceled? I'm just sitting here for now 4 hours waiting for food that is never going to come when I could have tried to make other arrangements or braved the snow. If you were not going to make deliveries today that could have been indicated on the website in the same way Pizza Hut's was. The problem here is trifold. This location did not have the common decency to tell customers their orders were canceled. They don't have the common courtesy to answer the phone in the first place, and their employees are running around hanging up on customers.

Are they just purposely terrible?? I didn't learn my lesson the first time we ordered and everything was wrong and took two hours. Now I did it again- ordered at 11:50. It's 1:09 now. Still waiting. I have a feeling I'll be here another hour waiting if I get it at all. This place is a joke.

Never had a problem with ordering, pickup or delivery. Great, fast; good ol' reliable Domino's taste. Have always been treated great by workers and delivery men. It's my go to lazy movie night pizza place.

Took an hour on a Sunday night, and the pie showed up cold... This store has gone down hill the past 5 months. Quicker, better pie available- it's Chicago.

As someone who worked at Domino's in high school, I've got a special place in my heart for the people and company, even though the pizza is admittedly average (at best). That said, the cheesy bread had always been phenomenal, but I was pretty surprised when they charged extra for marinara (or other) dipping sauce. Who on earth thinks this was something that was an optional add-on? Count me a bit disappointed that they'd try to nickel and dime customers like that...

Never got my pizza. Order a med pizza at 9:30pm with the app. Tracker said pizza was made at 10:30. Never saw pizza.

Local Dominos never gets it wrong...except when they give me ranch instead of garlic dipping sauce. If I didn't like garlic so much, this would be a 5. Good thing I checked before walking out! Workers here are always very friendly and make me a fantastic pizza in a very short amount of time. Can't complain about delicious food!

I had a horrible experience on Wednesday January 1st. It took over 2 hours to get my food which I would have been understanding about if when I called the lady who answered the phone wasn't abruptly rude and preceded to hang up on me. When I called back to speak to a manager she quickly put me on hold. Finally after I receive my order the sauces were either wrong or missing. All of these mistakes could have been forgiven if the lady who originally answered was not so disrespectful and rude. I eventually got ahold of the assistant manager and she refunded me. I mean let's be honest I can't say I'm never going to order dominos again but I just want to inform everyone prior to ordering you can get better customer service at McDonald's.

I ordered online and it's been almost 2 hrs and still nothing... And also I've been trying to call to cancel for over 45 mins since it's taking so long and I can't get through. I will never never order from here again and I've been ordering from here a lot.

When it comes to an affordable, quick bite Domino's can not be beat. People leaving iffy reviews about the quality being just average. What can you expect for a large pizza on special for less than ten dollars. If you want Lou Malnaties quality, buy Lou's at triple the price. Domino's revamped their pizza line a little over a year ago and the new crust is tasty. The night supervisor over there, I can't think of his name but he is absolutely fantastic. He knows me by name, and is friendly whether I come in at 4PM or 1AM. Also the online ordering feature is useful and has never failed me. Domino's is the best bang for the buck pizza place in Lakeview. A winner in my book.

I ordered a couple pizzas on Super Bowl Sunday. I realize it was the Super Bowl and was expecting things to be slow. The order was placed online and the estimated time was just over an hour. This was all fine with me since it was expected but that time passed and there was still no update to the order. I tried calling the store and the phone was just straight up disconnected. Finally after double the estimated time went by I decided to walk over there. I went into the store and was yelled at by someone behind the counter to "get out" because they were closing (the door was still unlocked, lights on, customers were inside etc). I asked about what was going on with my order and was told tough luck they were busy. I was pretty annoyed but they wouldn't even have a conversation with me about it. I went outside to walk home and was in the parking lot at the CVS next door when a Domino's employee approached me saying he had some pizzas if I wanted to buy them from him for FIFTY DOLLARS. The fact they just canceled my order with no notification was pretty but but then an employee tried to sell me a pizza for many times the price in the parking lot? Come on.

Domino's pizza is a great bang for your buck. But the Lakeview location does not have it together. The last time I called they forgot the 2L i ordered so the delivery man left and came back ... with a 1L. I didn't say anything because it was a matter of a dollar or two. Last night I put in my order online at 8:12. I waited...waited... tracked my pizza which left at 8:42 and it was now 9:30. I called the location and they told me he was caught up in traffic and they were low on bus boys. Fine, no big deal. I waited another 30 minutes then called back. The woman goes "uhhh turns out your order was sitting here for the past two hours." Wow. They remade my pizza, comped me the bill and credited me for another order. But still TWO AND A HALF HOURS for a small pizza!? They need to get it together over there.

We've had great experiences at this dominos. The online tool is a neat tool to use if you don't feel like calling in and the staff is always super friendly. We have ordered pizza, garlic nuggets and chicken here and have greatly enjoyed all of it! Keep it up dominos!

  • Chuck K.

Not a shocker here! In a city with so many pizza options, I decided to give Domino's a try especially after their extensive marketing campaign to demonstrate improved quality and taste. Flavorless cheese with weak sauce and cardboard crust. That's when there is cheese and sauce on slices. (Some slices were just bread!) Customer service was terrible. Did not get what I ordered. Way too pricey for what you get. You're in Chicago! There's so many better choices!!

It was very convenient after a long evening to be able to put in a pizza order over Twitter! Pizza and Lava Cakes were VERY delicious and the manager, Randy, was very pleasant!

Never had a bad experience with this location until tonight but now I will probably never order again from here due to the terrible customer service I received. It's 11pm on a Wednesday night and I ordered a small CHEESE PIZZA. literally easiest pizza order. no toppings. nothing. Wait estimate was an hour. Okay, whatever, that's fine. A half hour later I go to track my order and it said it was delivered. No it was not. I check it again 10 minutes later it's not showing up on the tracker. Hmmm, I think. weird. So I wait another 20 minutes or so and finally call the store. FIRST, they pick up and disconnect my call 3 times. Finally I get through and talk to some rude mumbley guy who seemed really confused about why I was calling. I tell him I'm trying to track my order, he puts me on hold, comes back, checks my information, and says "Oh yeah, we cancelled your order." Me "Okay... so it said an hour wait time... I've waited an hour... and a half hour or more ago you must have cancelled my order and not even told me?" He's completely unapologetic and is like "uh yeah i'm trying to like contact peoples whos orderes I've cancelled right now" So I'm hungry and kinda mad at this point so I say is there anything you can do to rectify this situation? I ordered a small cheese pizza that apparently your lousy store is incapable of making, waited for it, to never be contacted that it was cancelled? He basically is like yeah sorry I mean we wont charge you for it anymore. I then say alright well if there is nothing more you can do then I will not order from this location ever again due to this terrible service He says "Well thats totally fine then thats your opinion." WHAT KIND OF TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT OH MY GOD OBVIOUSLY YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT KEEPING YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND HAVING THEM RETURN TO YOUR BUSINESS Like who taught you these customer service skills?!!? I work in a customer service related job and I understand it can be stressful but your entire job is to make the customer happy and correct things when they go wrong!!! Not be rude and hang up on the customer!!! I am literally so insulted by this terrible service and I dont get mad easily. But if I am a paying customer, DO NOT give me attitude. UGH. Ordered from Papa Johns instead so hoping this goes better.

I hate dominos pizza being in Chicago. We are the city of amazing pizza and we let this corporation ruin that?! I digress...this dominos has a great staff! They messed up my order once and saved the mistake so as I could go back and get my order a different time. The delivery is quick and friendly as well. As much as I hate dominos being in Chicago, this particular one is worth yelping about.

Holy crap, this place is bad. My boyfriend had a HORRIBLE experience with this place. He ordered pizza, waited for two hours for it, driver calls and says he is outside.. BF goes out in the cold & snow only to figure out the guy gave his pizza to someone else. Then the delivery guy goes to get his pizza back from other customers. I'm pretty sure this isn't legal!!! Those people could have touched it or did gross shit to it! So the guy comes back with his old pizza, and bf had also ordered three cokes. The driver doesn't have them. Gives him one diet coke and says "next time tell them you need free pop" yeah... That's totally gonna work. Still makes him pay full price for half his order, that is cold old pizza that has been given to someone else!! We called them and they said they would give us 'credit' for another order, but I'm pretty sure it's not legal/against company policy/unsanitary to give people a pizza they had given to someone else, especially after a 2 hour wait... and on top of that, not even giving us the full order and still making us pay full price... AND the pizza was the wrong kind!!!

I have never has a worse experience with a Pizza place in my life. I ordered my pizza and have been waiting over two hours for the delivery. I called three time and was hung up two of the times before I could actually get through. Once I finally spoke with one of the workers at Dominos he was yelling at me telling me he has been receiving complaints all night and that it should be a 2-3 hour long wait. I am watching two little ones.. the pizza I ordered at 7:30pm should arrive at 10:30pm (after their bed time). The wait and their behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I will never be ordering from there again.

Seriously, Angelita has made our pizza the last 20 times, at all horrific hours of the night when one would never expect something to be as good as it would be during the day. Every pizza she has made at 5pm 1 am etc.. has been so damn amazing, every single time. Pizza always comes in less than 20 minutes. Love this place.

Absolutely horrible delivery time, took well over two hours and counting. Has happened twice now, recommend using other locations.

Haven't really dealt with any problems w/ the service. I usually order online and pick up at this location. Small and only made for carry out/delivery. The service is quick and nice.

Run! Run away now, while you still can! NEVER, EVER, EVER ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS! They always over promise and under deliver. I have ordered from here twice since they are just down the street and both times, it took almost two hours for the cold pizza to arrive. I complained online and HQ said the manager of this location would contact us. We never heard back at all, either time. With Apart Pizza and the Art of Pizza in the area, please go to them instead of this sorry excuse for a business. I hope they go under sooner rather than later.

If I've established any credibility with food and restaurant reviews on here over the last couple of years, it's time to throw it all out. I like Domino's. If you haven't had Domino's in the last decade or so, it might be time for another shot. They've completely changed the recipe. How? As far as I can tell, they basically stole the Papa John's recipe. This is an important consideration for me, because until a couple days ago, Papa John's did not deliver to my neighborhood. Domino's also employs the Pizza Tracker, which allows you to place your order online and subsequently track your pie as it makes its way through preparation, baking, and delivery stages. By ordering pizza through the Internet, you've already decided not to leave your living room for dinner. Domino's wonderfully eases the whole process by eliminating human contact almost entirely. Now, there's obviously no shortage of great pizza in this town. Some people will turn up their noses and say, "why would I ever need to order Domino's in Chicago when there's ____?" The same folks can still be found drinking Bud Light, reading Dan Brown books, and buying their dress shoes at Payless. You need to slum it up every now and then, pizza included.

  • Kim M.

While working two jobs, I often ordered Domino's due to their convenience and consistently reasonable coupons (and a great mobile web site). In response to their recent marketing campaign, I think they've really improved the quality of their pizza. I've tried many of their choices, including the bread bowls and chicken, and think they're doing a very decent job. Sure - it's fast pizza, so don't expect some high-end gourmet pizza. But if you want some pizza and you want it now, I think it's a great option. Always check out their coupons, though!

OK, I know I eat at some of the best places in the city and I'm eating at Domino's. I have to admit that this is my guilty pleasure and at times order from here once a week. This is usually a Friday night staple during marathon training and I usually order the same thing, large cheddar cheese pizza with sliced sausage and an order of cheesy bread. I find that half the time my order is good and made as requested and the other something just off (too much sauce, forgetting the cheddar cheese, cheesy bread not really cheesy, etc.) but I will say they are always quick at delivering. If your looking for a cheep guilty pleasure, I suggest Dominos.

This Domino's is our rock when we have a hankering for chain pizza. I mean, a Chicagoan can only take so much deep dish and specialty pizza. Sometimes we just crave pure, unadulterated cheesy goodness. (enter the Clark and Barry area Domino's) We always order online. The interface for the chain website is fantastic. We always set our order updates to the theme of whatever that Spinal Tap / hair band / lightning bolt "yahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" option is...because it tells us just how fast "Randy" and his team are getting our pizza to our doorstep with some flare. I mean, this crew can crank out a pizza with perfection. They always deliver on-time (or often even earlier) and everything is piping-hot and exactly to-order. I hesitate to admit how often we come home from a crappy day at work, look at each other, and just say, "Randy". It's understood that neither of us want to cook, and we know exactly what is about to go down. We are about to order sinfully delicious Domino's. And life couldn't be better.

Yes, I'm giving a Domino's 4 stars. Oh well. I was never a fan of Domino's and I don't like the pretentious pizza places around here that stress price over taste. But since I've been busy with school and apartment hunting, my gf and I have been ordering in quite a bit. Domino's was so close and we had a coupon so we tried it out. They have really overhauled their menu and it's really freaking good. They have a 'pizza tracker' so you know who makes and delivers your pizza. So far, 'Randy' has made ours every time and it has been delicious. We tried another Domino's but it was so overly greasy and gross. This Domino's seems to actually take pride in what they make since we've never had overly greasy food from here. It's not fancy or even classy dining but it's definitely worth ordering for a late night dinner, on a weekend or for a house party. I don't know about other Domino's around here (especially not the other one we tried) but this one is really good.

Domino's pizzas are bland... and i have tasted enough to tell none of their items are memorable... and there's always flyers and email promotions that they send you... i would pick up a pizza from here every now and then... it wouldnt be my first choice though... and oh.. dont forget to pray hard the person before you doesnt order the cinnamon-stix cause they wouldnt bother to change the utensils and your pepperoni pizza would have a CINNAMON SUGAR CRUST!!

I guess my experience was a little different than the previous reviewers. I stumbled in here one Saturday night. I don't even like pizza. That being said I ordered bread sticks. Wow, they were good (perhaps that's the alcohol still talking??)! It was like a graveyard in there, and only one guy working. I paid cash, so I didn't have to deal with the other hassles that the previous reviewers experienced. Thanks for filling my belly when I needed it most.

The smell coming from this place is like a drug. Even if I'm not hungry, it draws me in. Maybe it reminds me of college or something. But I love to go in and order a personal pan pizza and then run over to CVS to get a drink while it cooks. By the time I get back, it's ready. I absolutely love it and I don't care what anyone else says about it.

Why isn't 0 stars an option? Do not use your credit card here or online with this store!!! I ordered carry out from this store about 2 weeks ago. My online confirmation e-mail said my total was $15, and I never signed for anything when I picked my order up. Upon looking at my credit card activity several days later, I found that $20.42 was charged to my card. I immediately called the restaurant and they verified that my total had in fact been $15. When I asked if a credit could be issued, I was told they usually they wait until the final credit card statement to issue any credits because the amount could still adjust. (Usually?? Apparently this happens often?) And what they are saying is completely FALSE! Once the charge is posted to my card, it does not change unless a credit is issued. I told them this and he kept repeating the same thing, rather rudely to top it off. Several days later, I went to the store with my activity to see if something could be done. I showed him the charge and he told me the exact same thing about waiting until the statement closes. After spending 10 minutes explaining that that is not how it works, he told me he would show it to his supervisor. I then had to make him take down my name and number. This was a week ago and I still haven't heard back. This is horrible, horrible, horrible business!! I will NEVER return! After sending a complaint through their website, I have heard nothing back. Next I will be writing a letter. I am fighting this to the death!!

This review is not really about the pizza. It is a Domino's and the quality is on par with almost every other Domino's I've ordered from. I have ordered a lot of delivery in this city, and I have never had a problem with this Domino's. I have ordered exclusively online and find the pizza tracker is a great addition. My order always arrives promptly and in great condition (no cheese slide like some other joints).

Now that I'm getting caught up on my reviews, I just recalled a blood-boiling experience I had with the retards working at Domino's a few Saturdays ago. I called and attempted to use a credit card. You know the drill --- you read your number, and the person at the other end of the line verifies it to make sure it is correct. Simple communication --- the sender receives a message, the receiver listens, the receiver verifies, and the sender confirms. Right? Helllllll no. The fellow at the other end of the line screwed up the verification process about three times. Then -- surprise --- he told me that my card number was declined. He obviously took the number down incorrectly. I do not have (and have never had) issues with my credit, so I asked him to read me the number he was using. He told me that once the number was entered into the machine, he could not tell me what it was. Then he told me that he'd try it again. What!? If he doesn't have the phone number, how the hell can he enter it back into the system? Ok --- so then he gets frustrated and puts me on hold. Another guys picks up. As I try to explain the situation to him and urge him to try my card again, he cuts me off and tells me, "We can either do this the hard way or the easy way." Honestly. I didn't know that our relationship was like a little boy getting his hair combed by his dad. How insulting. That's when I hung up and called the friendlier, more reliable pizza place down the street. Guess what? My credit card worked for them the first time... I did submit a complaint via their website to the general manager --- but I haven't yet received a response. Glad to know that Domino's cares about their customers...

  • Lindsay S.

They were rude, charged our card a different amount than we signed for and then we questioned about it the manager was HORRID and rude and would do nothing. Contacting their corporate office does nothing. I thought it was going to be an easy going pick up and turned into a hassle.

It is what it is. Its ok pizza that you'll get at bargain bin prices. The taste wasn't all that bad, but the appearance and general sloppiness of the pizza really leave a lot to be desired.

    (2)
  • Susan P.

The customer service (as mentioned by the other reviewers) is absolutely horrendous. I had a very annoying experience where I was told that I did not place my order the right way to be given a value meal price for the items. When I questioned why they couldn't correct the price to be in line with their advertised offer, I was told to just deal with it and the person turned her back and walked away from me. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this store. I'd rather drive an extra mile to go to another Domino's if I really wanted their pizza.

Its cheap... its fast.... and their new recipe is much better. I know living in Chicago, you tend to have a million great pizza options... but if you are looking for something inexpensive and at your door in 20-30 min... Dominos is the way to go.

Have ordered from here before and it's been fine, but tonight I was told it would be a 30-45 wait for delivery of one small pepperoni pizza (at 4:30 on a Monday night). Strange, but I was willing to go with it. After waiting over an hour (with two toddlers screaming at me about how hungry they were), I called and they told me it should be arriving in 15 minutes. I then told them that I was told 30-45 min and it had already been an hour, and asked to speak to a manager. I was put on hold and the girl came back and said that the pizza would be at my house in 30 min and I would not be charged. I asked if the order had just never gone through and she said yes. Now this would be a poor customer service experience in and of itself, but it gets worse. 30 minutes later, I still do not have my pizza, so I call back AGAIN and ask to speak with the same woman I spoke to before. I explain to her that my pizza is still not at my house and ask her if she knows where it is. She then puts me on hold and an assistant manager gets on the phone, and proceeds to tell me that he just got on shift and isn't sure what happened, but my order was not put through AGAIN and my pizza would be delivered in 25 minutes. What???? You messed up TWICE, Dominos? So he apologizes and gives me a $20 credit. Fail! I don't want the $20 credit - I just want to feed my two toddlers the pizza they were promised TWO HOURS ago! The pizza finally arrives two and a half hours after I called in the initial order, soy kids were literally eating dinner as we were reading books before bed. A lot of hassle for one small pepperoni pizza!

BAD SERVICE!!!! On Superbowl Sunday I ordered 3 pizzas at 5:00 P.M. Yes, it's a busy day at pizza places. But I'm pretty sure they knew it was Super Bowl Sunday. So do you think I received those pizzas I ordered? NO. So I called. And called. And called. AND FOR 5 HOURS, NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. NO ONE CONTACTED ME ABOUT MY ORDER. AND NO PIZZAS CAME. At 10:05 PM, I FINALLY got someone on the phone and he assured me I'd be refunded my money. And for 24 hours I was. And then these THIEVES charged me again for the pizzas that they never delivered. I've had to contact national, have sent emails...this is a nightmare. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRANCHISE! Domino's Pizza(# 2755) - 3103 N Clark Street in Chicago, Illinois

I'm very particular about my pizza. Unfortunately, I have not found any thin crust pizza in the city that lives up to my standards. This doesn't mean that I don't order pizza. The fact remains that I just can't live without it. So I've decided that since I can't find thin crust pizza that I love, my best bet is to order what I call "fast food" pizza, ie Dominos. It comes really fast, you can order online, and its cheaper. I like those things. It shoud be noted that I get the hand-tossed, not their thin crust. That is no bueno. I've ordered from this place a few times and have been satisfied every time. Plus they have good deals sometimes too. And, yes, the pizza is better than it used to be. It's not quite papa john's, but it'll certainly do. Only issue I have is with answering the phone. Please answer the phone!!!!!

Worst delivery ever. Last night was the first time I've delivered from this Domino's and I'll never do it again. I ordered my pizza online so it's IMPOSSIBLE to mess up my order. First off, the delivery man was EXTREMELY rude. He didn't use the buzzer and instead called me and yelled to come downstairs and get the pizza, refusing to come up to us. He forgot to give us our drinks also, so when we called back and told him, he hung up on us. While we were calling back Domino's instead to tell them what happened, we also realized they gave us the wrong pizza - nothing was right. They offered to send us another pizza (or get store credit ... but wouldn't get our money back) and when we got it in another hour (nicer delivery man), they also got that pizza wrong. It wasn't that we waited two hours for one pizza. It's that 1) The people KNEW the delivery guy was grumpy and mean and 2) Their corrected pizza was still messed up. You get Domino's only for the quickness and cheapness - this wasn't worth it.

Best and fastest service I've ever had!!!! The pizza its self is just a Domino's pizza if you know what I mean, but their delivery is amazingly fast!!

The worst customer service ever !!!! The so called manger Chris was so bad that I called my credit card to dispute the order online ordering made mistakes called the store to correct but still got the wrong order called the manger Chris. So not a manager to correct and got a whole lot of attitude. Not sure why a person would be so rude it's just pizza. But this guy has a lot of issue way to many to make pizza. Come on it should be fun !!! Never ordering from here again Spread the word don't get attitude pizza from here !!!! Oh yeah had to give them one star but they deserve no stars !!

Ordered last night and waited an hour to call and check on the order. Was told there was a computer glitch and they were sorry and would refund the money - no problem there. Asked if the food was still coming or if I should order something else and was told it would be 40 minutes which I said was fine. Called back an hour later and was told no food was coming to anyone tonight. I wasn't expecting much from dominoes but this was a brutal experience.

A few months ago, I wanted to give Domino's a second try and have not been disappointed since. I am not sure if the franchise has changed or they decided to address people's complaints but the delivery time has improved dramatically and became much more consistent with what the online system tells you.

This is the love of my life. I get it once a week and the thin crust with double sauce is the best thing on this earth. Along w the Parmesan bites. Omg. Yummmm! I went through a moment of depression when I found out the tracker is totally fake but I don't even care. In my heart Randy made my order. You stole my heart dominos. Xoxo

What can I say? I have the app on my phone. Multiple former orders which I can choose from. I'm a Chicago boy and I still love Dominoes Pizza. They recently made some pretty big mistakes on one of my orders by sending a pizza with nothing bur dough and sauce. When we called they more than made up for the mistake by redelivering the entire order. Quick, delicious and inexpensive. Five solid stars.

I do not understand any negative reviews on this place. I have ordered dozens of times and only once did they screw up my pizza. And within 30 min., they had the correct pizza out to me at no extra charge. It's easy to order, quick, fresh and delicious. With coupons, it is a great value. Highly recommend this location for delivery.

I ordered from this location recently. After my one topping pizza wasn't delivered within an hour, I called to check. I was told the pizza was on the way. Another hour passed. I called back to check-up and was again told it was coming. A few minutes later, the cashier called me and told me they would need to cancel the order but would give me a credit on my "account." I understand mistakes happen and that it was the end of the night but of course, never got my $25 credit when I called the next week to order a mid-week dinner. Not interested in ordering from this location again. Art of Pizza for me!

This place has a major issue with getting the dipping sauces right with their breadsticks. Like other reviewers, we got ranch with our order when we actually ordered garlic and marinara sauce. They sent a driver out with some replacement breadsticks when we called and complained, and the sauces were still wrong after we waited a hour for them to arrive. The pizza wasn't even that great, even for Dominos. This location is definitely lacking standards and quality control. When you call to complain about the sauces, they pass the blame to the drivers that had nothing to do with putting the order together.

I usually love Domino's, and I still do; but I was not happy that I ordered a diet coke and garlic sauce in addition to pizza and garlic cheese bread, but didn't receive a diet coke and a ranch dressing in place of my garlic sauce... I called the store and all that was offered to me was a store credit for a future purchase, but I got the feeling that the person I talked to didn't think it was that big of a deal. Rather annoyed since I did pay for items that I didn't receive...

I order from here all the time and my experience has been: -My pizza is always made to order -My pizza is always ready on time -When I've had delivery it has never taken hours and hours, always within the time frame and always the correct order I will freely admit I ALWAYS use the Dominos app on my computer or phone to order. I've never called this place and likely never will. The online system works great and the staff has always treated me well.

I ordered online for delivery during Market Day fest so a few streets were closed off (Halsted mainly). I live right on Clark and Aldine so there should have been no trouble getting to me (as this location is on Clark and Halsted). My friend and I waited for a long time and finally received a call that they were not able to deliver because the streets were blocked off. However there was a perfectly open Clark street to drive down and drop off our pizza. We were asked to pick up the pizza. When we asked about it the employees seemed to not understand and kept denying that Clark street was an open street despite the fest. We then decided to eat at the tiny restaurant with only three tables since I was trying to eat before I had work (waiting for delivery had taken up too much time), and it was crowded and dirty. They had no cups available either for us to pour our drinks. The manager tried offering us a free 2 liter of soda even though we were supposed to receive a 2 liter for free with an online coupon. He seemed to think that offering a free 2 liter (that we already were supposed to get for free) would make up for things. Overall we had a bad experience with this dominos and will not be ordering for delivery from here in the future. The garlic bites were great though!

My son and I stopped in to pick up a large double pepperoni pizza. I tipped the cashier straight away in anticipation of a great product. After a reasonable wait we received a -NO- pepperoni pizza (AKA cheese pizza). Of course I presented my complaint and the cashier jumped at the opportunity to make it right. We continued to wait for a second tour... Then what came out was a large pepperoni pizza that wouldn't have qualified for a basic pepperoni much less a double pepperoni pizza. sigh.... Aside from the original "cheese" pizza that I never ordered that they were kind enough to comp us (the only highlight of the visit) a few things come to mind to support my paltry one star review. 1- No management took responsibility for the errors. In fact the cashier informed me that there were several managers in store at that time. I can't imagine why there would be multiple managers on site and non were there to represent the interests of the store in light of the double error. 2- A pizza of any kind should come off the line and be a shinning example of people who care about what they do. This store's employees clearly do not care. Overall the experience was a bust. I had to wait twice to get what I didn't order.

This location is small but good. I lived right around the corner and have called in a Pick-up order from here probably 10-15 times and they have always prepared my order in less than 15 minutes. They are reliable and tasty!

Never have I ordered pizza and it never came, until now. This Domino's doesn't keep its hour or it's orders after 2 am. Why keep open past then if you cannot keep your orders? The door says 3 am but they pack up at 2 am. I don't think I am in the minority showing up at the store at 2 am looking for pizza when the door is locked and the employees are ready to leave. Only to find them disgruntled and aggravated at our request for a pizza when the sign at the door says 3 am. I cannot say I have had a positive experience at this Domino's store since I've ordered from there (3 times now) and I question whether or not I will order from there again. I feel as if I cannot trust if my order will be fulfilled or not, this should not be a question.

For a company that has two jobs -- to MAKE FOOD and DELIVER IT -- Domino's on North Clark Street fails miserably every time. To recap today's experience... I placed an order at 3:00PM. At 4:30PM I called because I still hadn't received my delivery. The person who answered said they had two drivers call off, so they only had one driver on the road and all orders were running late. She suggested I could either pick up my pizza at the store, or they would bring it out when a driver is available. I told her I would prefer delivery, and she confirmed I was the next delivery on the list. She also said my order would be free of charge because of the delay. A driver arrived at 5:05PM. He said I owed $15.97 and there was no indication my order was free of charge. So I paid the driver the $15.97 + tip (after all, it's not his fault his manager is incompetent) and told him I would call the manager. Then I realized that he didn't give me my beverage, so I asked if he could bring my my drink. He said he would grab it from his car and bring it back in just a moment. Five minutes later he still didn't come back, so I called the manager again. I told them I paid for the order but never received a beverage or reimbursement that they said I would receive. The manager blamed it on the driver and said she was "sorry the driver treated me that way" (again, I don't feel like it's the driver's fault), and she said she was going to "take the driver off the road" and send someone else back to my house to bring my my drink and my $15.97. All of this is strange, because on my original call they said they only had one driver. Now all of a sudden there were multiple drivers right in my neighborhood. Anyway, at 5:30PM a second driver came to my house with my drink and my $15.97. So at least they followed through on that... I hadn't complained about my past experience with Domino's because it wasn't really as bad, but just for reference... The last time I ordered from Domino's, the driver was almost an hour late, the pizza was cold, and the driver refused to bring the pizza to my door. I live in a condo building and had to come downstairs in my pajamas to pick up the order when I was actually really sick and just wanted to stay in and order pizza! I will never order from this place again. They are the absolute worst.

Online ordering is so easy. Everything is made correctly and it comes hot! I love the fact they have your previous orders on file so you don't have to type everything all over again!
