This location has some crappy managers... So we ordered from this place a few months ago and when they delivered they forgot to give us an item we had ordered. I called the place and spoke to the manager who said the driver would be back around to drop it off. About 30 mins. Later and nothing.... By this time the pizza was cold so I called again and again he said he'd send the item to us, keep in mind this is the manager... Another 30 mins. Passed and nothing...by this time we were all hungry so we just started to eat. After I was done I called them again and by this time the other joke of a manager had left and now it was a different one. He was nicer and apologized and offered us a 40% off our next order. I was a little more happy since he was more understanding than the other moron manager who just straight up lied to us and was so unprofessional. Well this past week we decided to give them another try and take advantage of my 40% off. I called and the girl who answered the phone said there was no note of the discount. Oh geez! I told her the managers name and she said "oh hold on let me ask he's right here" she said it was fine she'd give me the 40%. I proceeded to order and for 3 medium 2 topping pizzas my total was going to be about $27. It's not bad but keep in mind she had "applied" my 40% off already and these pizzas are suppose to be 5.99...so why is my total $27? She said the pizzas are $5.99 only with a coupon code that she wouldn't be able to apply because of the already 40% off...So you mean to tell me that stupid 40% off they offered their customer to redeem themselves of their mistakes was a joke. I could pay less with the other dumb code..... Seriously? By now she said "the manager had left." Lol! Yea ok! He was just there 3 minutes ago when she told me herself. I cancelled my order. Never again will I order from here and I'll make sure to spread the word. They are unprofessional and you can't count on these managers to resolve problems. The pizza itself is nothing special, but if you are on a budget sometimes you'll resort to these places. For about $25 (on Mondays 50% off) you can go down to AL's pizza in Cicero (by cermak passed Austin) and get a football size pizza. You'll absolutely love this pizza! So do yourself a favor and ditch this place!

Little Village's Dominos Pizza serves up a cost effective pizza when you are on a budget. I ordered online and it arrived in about 30 minutes. There is even a "PIZZA TRACKER" application online that gives you bit by bit updates on your food order....how neat is that. I take my pepperoni well done, because I like a crunchy topping. We also got both the BBQ and Hot wings...which was plenty just in time for the Bears game.
