I place my order online for a carryout. My item of choice was the chicken haberno sandwich. Which it is one of my favs. The pizzas are okay if you are on a budget. During certain particular times you may find a manager special for a medium pizza for $3.99. Although I prefer any sandwich on the menu than eating their pizza. Every time I have entered this establishment someone has welcome me. I have not had any problems with an order thus far. The restaurant is always clean. The only tiny issue is lack of personality from the employees behind the counter.

These were the "hot wings" I received. This location is very careless with how they handle people's food. This is my 2nd time I've tried this location both times the food has been horrible. I will not be returning.

I placed an order on-line through their website shortly after 6pm. Got the confirmation and it stated it would be ready within 26-36 minutes; which is fine. Waited till about 40 minutes (giving them some benefit of the doubt) , still no order and then called them once it has been almost an hour since that order was placed on-line with a email confirmation. They told me it would be 15-20 minutes before my food is delivered. Not exactly the best wait time for 1 order of 14 piece BBQ wings and 1 order of 14 piece hot wings... guess I am going somewhere else to get those wings next time.

I told myself the last time this happened I would not be ordering from this location anymore but I did once again. I ordered two pizzas and Parmesan Bites. My pizzas came not done, it seems as if they put it in the oven for 5 minutes and sent my order out. I am continually disgusted with this Dominos and I will be sure to contact corporate about them. I called the store and the manager got an attitude at first saying they don't send out undone pizza. Then she said she would remake and send them out but then I run the risk of them doing something unsanitary to my order. Secondly they didn't delivery any sauce for the bites after we had to pay extra for the sauce. I called in again about it and she refunded me money but wasn't happy. The inconsistency here at this location is the reason I will not be ordering from them ever again.

Zero stars. Location sux. I live five min if that from this location and it took an hr for delivery when it told me fifteen min . Would never order from her again or even eat here again.

Worst experience ... the manager was rude and unprofessional once I question why my food was not delivered. You will think a big corporation will take action on hiring better qualifying people to handle situations like these.

I recently visited this location and all of the one star reviews are much too generous. The cashier had sagging pants and looked totally unsanitary from head to toe. Firstly, the boom box was so loud playing rap music that he could hardly hear my order. The customer ahead of me was told after he charged his Artesian Pizza that they no longer sell them. The Artesian Pizza is still prominently displayed on the overhead menu. Nevertheless, I was never thanked for my order and waited for 40 minutes. The pizza was very sloppy which showed zero skill. This location has always been bad news.

Only gave it 1 star because no stars is not an option. Ordered my pizzas at 9:20pm. It's 10:40 at the time of this review and I still have not received my food. Called twice, spoke to manager once. No one has any answers nor does anyone want to take ownership of why it's late. If you're in the Kenwood/Bronzeville area and feel like ordering pizza from here, I'd suggest just ordering Chinese or making yourself a bowl of cereal.

I ordered some pizza and waited the half hour until I received a call from them stating that "we ain't got no delivery driver,so it gonna be a 2 hour wait." I waited the two hours and then called back and they told me to wait another two hours and they stated "It's yo fault fo not picking yo pizza up, it ain't our fault that we ain't got no driver." First off they are very rude and ghetto, and are very inefficient when delivering. I will not be ordering from this dominos anymore.

This is the worst Domino's location, don't go there. I ordered from this Domino's location because it was newly built in the area. I ordered my pizza online. When I went to pick it up the delivery driver took my pizza. Now mind you, my husband was due to leave for work in 20 minutes and had no dinner and had to leave hungry! They had no apologies, no supervisor, and no compensation for my inconvenience (coupon, % off, anything). I tried to contact the supervisor Beret via the phone number the worker gave me and I got a general vm message just stating the number. What manager doesn't have a greeting on their vm stating their title and name. Then I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered from them again, online. My husband went to pick up the pizza and they told him that they couldn't find it and that he would have to wait 45 minutes for another pizza. No explanation whatsoever. Mind you if you order online it shows you the progress of the pizza (prepared, cooking, ready for pick up) and it said that it was ready for pick up online yet they claimed to not even find it in the system. Everyone that works here (including the manager) are unprofessional and careless. I will not ever order from there again!
