I found BarTucci via Groupon and have been here twice so far. The decor is elegant and I like the fact that it's a BYOB. Service is excellent. The first time I came here was on a very slow weekday night. I ordered Pappardelle ai Funghi Misti and it was amazing. Very flavorful, fresh and portion size was not overwhelming. Neal was our server and he was very professional and courteous. I liked the ambiance, service and food so much that I made reservations for Father's Day. The restaurant was packed and quite noisy, but our server, Tyler, was very attentive. I ordered Tortelli di Zucca and it was absolutely delicious. Again, fresh and flavorful. My parents really enjoyed their food, too- even my dad, who is a very picky eater. The pannacotta is amazing. I also tried the focaccia and calamari - both very good. Overall, excellent addition to the neighborhood. Nice place to have dinner or to just sit on the patio with coffee and dessert. Will be back.

This is a tough one because the food and service were great, but it took a really long time for our food to come out. My wife and I were there with our 1 and 3 years olds (who were thankfully in patient moods that day) and arrived at 5:20. We were the only people there and were waited on right away. After having the octopus to start, we waited an hour for three pasta dishes to arrive at the table. This would have seemed like a really long time even if it were just my wife and I at dinner! Hopefully they were having a slow day in the kitchen because all three pasta dishes were excellent as was our server. And based on the other reviews this must not be a common occurrence so I'd give it another try. Plus it was nicely decorated and would be nice for a date or a group outing with friends.

I have only been here once since they opened and I had a good first impression. The ambiance is very warm and comfortable . Their decor is cute! Now, to the food. We had the calamari to start off and it was disappointment. The ensalata de pera was very tasty and the Entrees were decent (sorry I can't remember the actual names of the plates ). NOW DESSERT WAS AMAZING! Best tiramisu I ever had!!

This place is great! The food is magnificent!! The wait staff is sweet and helpful. The ambience Romantic. My husband and I shared 2 bottles of wine over a lengthy 3 course meal (and I mean that in the best way); it felt like we were on vacation. While we were hear we heard several people speaking Italian- a sure sign of a good authentic Resturant. Beautiful!! We will definitely be back!

Loved every bit of it, from the seafood appetizers to the awesome desert. Wish it was alittle quieter, but such good food at such prices this is a small price to pay. Personalized service, even great mashed potatoes... Love it! and BYOB - wow!

Dinner and atomosphere at Barctucci was FANTASTIC last night! Highly recommend this gem of an Italian restaurant! The food is out of this world tasty and fresh with generous portions. Our server was the best and the restaurant is so charming. Went with three girlfriends (brought our own wine for $5 corkage fee) and we will be coming back for sure!

The restaurant lives up to the praise it has received both on Yelp and in the DNA Info article. Depending on where you live in the city, it can be a pain to get here, but it is well worth the trip. If going from the city, I suggest taking 90/94 to Belmont rather than taking LSD up. The service was incredible. Neal was accommodating and ensured we had a great experience. The food was delivered quickly, but not too quick. I'm excited for the summer when the seating at the restaurant will nearly double. We ordered the bruschetta, minestrone soup, fusilli with shrimp, pappardele con funghi and panna cotta. As others have mentioned, the meal was surprisingly light - a result of using homemade pasta and fresh ingredients. One thing worth noting that was unexpected was the $5/pp corkage charge. Not a big deal because you're still ahead when compared to buying wine from a restaurant, but it was a bit unexpected. I haven't seen this at my other favorite BYOB spots in town. Definitely worth the 5 stars and worth a special trip to visit this spot.

The food was a little pricey for the venue it was in but it was good food and they give good service. Some advice: It's BYOB!!!!

It is treat to have such a fabulous Italian restaurant so close to home! No need to drive all the way into the city for delicious Italian food. We will definitely return, and highly recommend it to all!!

Service was good and food was delicious. The only real complaint I had was the salt factor. Food was a little salty, but I can get past that. It is BYOB which is great. Nice cozy place for a date. Would definitely dine here again!

A hidden gem! My meal was phenomenal. Where do I start? The Affettati Misti is incredible, and the pasta is made fresh daily. My husband and I throughly enjoyed our dinner. We will be regulars.

So we went here with friends on their recommendation, because they had heard good things. You could drive by it many times and not notice it because of where it's located, but being familiar with the area there are a lot of Italian places around so that's a good start. It's not a huge place, but has a very intimate and cafe kinda feel to it. The staff was very attentive, but unfortunately the day we were there they were out of several things due to problems with their fish supplier. But they were very eager to make substitutions to correct that. The menu isn't huge, but what they do gets done very well. My wife had a pumpkin ravioli that was amazing. I had the braciole with cavatelli which melts in your mouth. Everything is homemade and just done with extra care. It's BYOB, which is fine by me. They don't have specials, but there is enough on the menu to change it up. Can't wait to go again.

Coming from an Italian family, I grew up having the best home cooked meals daily. This charming restaurant is as good as it gets. In every way. I created a Yelp account only to share my thoughts on this wonderful experience with anyone I possibly can. The design is not only appealing, stylish and modern, but comfortable and vintage. The atmosphere is homey, yet elegant. The parking is limited but easily accessible, even if the connected lot is full. There are great places all around to park for free. The manager greeted us immediately at the door and continued to make us feel like we'd known him for years. The hospitality and genuine kindness of the waiter and, really anyone we encountered, were beyond our expectations (which were very high, I might add). My group could feel that they honestly CARED about us and our evening. It was incredibly refreshing to experience. I don't even know where to start with the food. My description will not at all justify the astounding meal we had. Every single ingredient and element was so fresh you can taste it. The only way I can begin to explain the freshness that I tasted the moment I took my first bite of the bruschette, can only parallel the feeling of taking your first sip of water after running 4 miles in 80 degree weather. I ordered the rigatoni amatriciana as my entree, which was absolutely wonderful. Usually when I order a dish with pancetta somewhere, the spices overpower the entire meal, leaving it too spicy and in the end unenjoyable. There is nothing else to say other than this entree was perfectly constructed, from the ingredient ratio to the presentation. And still, I could tell the elements to the meal were 100% fresh. The manager continued to tell us about the pasta being fresh-made next door to the restaurant. Can you say WOW. At this point, I feel like I'm rambling about the insanely delicious food and service of this newly established restaurant. JUST KNOW, this is really one of those hidden gems in Chicago. For being a small place outside of the city, it really doesn't get any better. BarTucci is the place you need to tell everyone about. No, REALLY.

  • Becky A.

Service was excellent, decor was cozy....a little too cozy. In order to service more people they packed the place a little too tight for my liking. I could have reached over with my fork and grabbed food from the neighboring table. Food was average, had potential to be great if they can work out some issues. I had the pork chop, great flavor but over cooked. The other person I ate with had the Frutti Di Mare, again flavors were there, but it was dry, the pasta soaked up all the sauce and became a little gummy. The greatest disappointment was the charge for a glass to drink wine. They advertise BYOB, but watch out $5 per glass is crazy! It is not advertised on the web-site or the menu and the server doesn't tell you either. What could be a great experience is ruined by unnecessary over charging for a glass to drink wine, over stuffing the space and over cooking the food.

Living in the neighborhood, we are huge fans of non-chain restaurants and like to support them whenever possible. We were absolutely devastated when Fiorenza's closed a couple of years ago. When the sign went up for Bar Tucci, we were eagerly waiting to try it out. Imagine our surprise when we found out our beloved Fiorenza is back in the kitchen!!! The menu is incredible-truly amazing. You will not have a bad meal here. We loved the updated and fresh decor. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. It is currently BYOB and honestly, we hope it stays that way. I would prefer to bring my own wine. Run don't walk to try this place out. You will not be disappointed!

The appetizers and dessert were my favorite part of the meal. The main courses however were a disaster. Everything was way too over salted which made it hard to enjoy. My friends veal tasted rotten and the mussels smelled like a horse. Not the best first experience.

As soon as I walked into this restaurant I had a great vibe. It felt cozy and quaint but yet elegant. I was greeted by Tyler and later by Gino who were both very pleasant. Tyler went out of his way to provide excellent recommendations for us two very hungry girls! We started with the grilled octopus. It was made with red wine, carrots, and red onion. If you are an octopus lover you will not be disappointed. It was cooked to perfection, not chewy at all. The portion was a large size for an appetizer. We also had the Minestrone soup which was delicious and definitely tasted homemade. For the entre I had the most amazing Linguine Frutti di Mare. If you like seafood, this is the dish for you -calamari, prince edward island mussels, shrimp, manila clams, and tomato sauce. TO DIE FOR. For dessert we shared tiramisu that was made with Captain Morgan rum. Again, to die for. Seriously, I asked to hug the Chef and we did! I always go to downtown Chicago for dining. How wonderful to know that I can drive 10 minutes and enjoy the same quality food and atmosphere. Easy parking and when I got the bill, I was pleasantly surprised at how incredibly priced everything was taking into consideration the exceptional quality of the food. If you are a foodie...you must come here!

An authentic taste of Italy right here in Chicago! We started off with the Rosemary & tomato focaccia. From the meat and cheese plate to the chicken Gorgonzola, this place was top notch. The pasta was fresh and cooked to a perfect al dente. The server was knowledgeable and attentive. Will definitely return for more!

I visited BarTucci on January 9th and loved everything from the small, intimate atmosphere to the fact that it is a BYOB establishment. The restaurant is very serious when they say that everything is homemade...this includes the pasta made fresh each day next door (at Pasta Fresh) and every sauce and part of each dish. When I think of Italian food in the United States, I am used to heavy food that leaves you stuffed after the meal. When I lived in Italy, the food was lighter and left you feeling satisfied, never heavy. Such is the case with BarTucci. The food is satisfying and the portions are appropriate. We ordered a lot but did not feel like we overindulged. Our appetizers included the Polpo Ubriaco (drunken octopus). The flavor was complex and balanced, rare for a dish that uses red wine as a main ingredient of its preparation. There was no bitter aftertaste and the baby octopus was tender. The Polpettine di Melanzane was something out of the ordinary! The ground eggplant made into small balls resembled the consistency of small meatballs and were just as satisfying (without any meat). The outside was slightly crunchy while the inside was tender and not mushy at all. The delicate red marinara sauce was buoyant rather than heavy and tasted as fresh as if you had grown the tomatoes in the garden. The homemade Focacce (breads) is a must as an accompaniment to any appetizer. Like everything else, this is made in-house and its lightness is almost surreal. There were two choices that night (rosemary and cherry tomato) and we chose the cherry tomato. The cherry tomatoes were sweet and the outside crust was slightly crispy. The inside was very light, unlike most breads you would think go well with dinner. For our main course, we had the Brasciole alla Barese, an angus beef steak rolled with pancetta and served with homemade cavatelli, a tomato sauce, romano cheese and parsley. The meat is sort of made into a "sausage" with the pancetta on the outside and the soft beef on the inside. The flavor slightly smoky and everything melds together tastefully. Our other entrée was the Linguine Frutti di Mare. A typical restaurant uses a mixture of canned and fresh ingredients. Not only did BarTucci use 100% fresh ingredients, they used a lot of it. I'm not kidding when I say there were about 8-10 calamari pieces, 5 mussels, 5, shrimp, 5, manila clams, two squid, and a lot of cuddlefish. The portions at BarTucci are very appropriately sized but this dish was quite large. In every case, you get more food (and much better quality) that the prices they charge. I think that given that 100% of everything is homemade, the prices are cheap. For dessert, we had their two desserts they offered that evening. The first was a tiramisu. Most tiramisu I have either has too much cocoa or the cream is too heavy or there is way too much liquor in it. Balance...this is the consistent theme over at BarTucci. The liquor they use is actually spiced rum and no one flavor overwhelms another. You can actually taste the vanilla in the cream of the tiramisu. I am not usually a tiramisu fan. I am now after having it here. The last dessert was a panna cotta, one of my favorite desserts. It was good though I think that instead of having a caramelized/burnt sugar sauce, the sauce should be fruit based. The caramelized sugar has a tendency to overwhelm all other flavors. Panna cotta is delicate and needs to be complimented, not overwhelmed. That is the only thing I would change about the food I had but aside from that, I can see this place becoming VERY popular in the very near future. I can say with certainty that I will be a frequent diner here and let other know about this great experience.

I'm a Yelp lurker. I've only written one review, and that was several years ago, and only because I had such a horrendous experience. So after several years of self-imposed exile, I emerge from the shadows to trumpet the glory of Bartucci. The decor is understated and very warm and comfortable in its simplicity. The restaurant is not very big, so the few tables they have are a little closer to each other than I prefer, but I never feel overly cramped and the noise levels never get obnoxious. The service has been outstanding both times my fiance and I have visited. The servers have been very welcoming upon our arrival and have seated us promptly, even without having made reservations. They're knowledgeable about the menu and have made excellent recommendations for us. Throughout dinner, they've been subtly attentive, allowing us to enjoy our meals without being overbearing, yet still checking up on us and making sure our needs are met. On our first visit, Tyler, our server, comped us our dessert, maybe because they had so recently opened, or because it was our first visit, or because we're so damn good looking. I'm not sure. The one slight ding against them is that we were surprised by a $5/person corkage fee on our second visit after not being charged one on our first visit and not seeing anything about a fee on their website. Not a huge deal, but they should post it somewhere and apply their policy consistently (or let the customer know that they're getting comped, which would of course be greatly appreciated.). The food has been wonderful. Our first visit we ordered two foccacias, polpo umbriaco, linguine frutta di mare, pappardelle ai funghi misti, and tiramisu. The foccacia was pleasantly nutty tasting for some reason. The octopus was very tender and took on some rich flavors from the wine. Very good, but if you like your octopus with more bite, you might prefer to order something else. Both pasta dishes were fantastic. The frutta di mare features a red sauce, which is very familiar to me, growing up in a family with roots in Southern Italy, but some might expect more of a white sauce. If you like red sauce with your fish, you'll be very happy. The fish was all perfectly cooked and infuses the sauce with deliciousness. The pasta was fresh and light. The pappardelle was equally wonderful, and maybe even edged out the linguine by a nose. The earthy mushrooms and garlic were pop, pop, poppin. The tiramisu, which, again, our server comped, was delicious and not overly sweet. Our second visit, a week later, guaranteed that we're going to become semi-permanent fixtures in this place. We ordered the grilled calamari, which were huge and delightfully charred. Very nice. But holy Jesus and baby Jesus, we may never go a visit without ordering both the beet salad and the tortelli di zucca. Roasted beets with some kind of delicious onion puree, goat cheese, and balsamic. Whoa. We expected it to be outstanding, and it exceeded our expectations. And then there was the tortelli. Try it. It'll change your religion. We'll order it as an appetizer from now on (even though it's a primo), just because we can't possibly go a visit without out it now. Our other entree was a chicken special with a Gorgonzola sauce. Initially the sauce was a bit overpowering, but it's Gorgonzola, right? It mellowed out as we continued to eat it. We enjoyed it, but wouldn't necessarily order it again. We finished with the pannacotta. Very good, but we preferred the tiramisu. Go there with a bottle of wine and prepare to be wowed by friendly, professional service and a wide variety of expertly executed traditional Italian dishes with enough creative twists to keep you interested.

Bought a Groupon to try the place. Best Groupon I ever bought! Had the eggplant appetizer, it was great! We had the linguine frutti di mare and the fusilli with shrimp and leeks. The pasta was made fresh and cooked perfectly. The decor was very relaxing and cute. We felt like we were on vacation. Our waiter, Tyler was the best, very attentive and knowledgeable. I'm so glad we found this gem of a restaurant in our neighborhood.

We went here on Valentine's day, one of the few places that you could still get a reservation. I was told they're new to the neighborhood so maybe that's why. The food is delicious, I didn't even take home any leftovers. They are BYOB with a small fee, but it's totally worth bringing your own. The calamari was unlike any other I've had before. The waiter was one of the most polite and helpful I've ever had. There's a groupon out there right now so we'll probably snatch that up and come back again, a real gem!

Food was ok, very salty.I didn't like the ambiance, service was good but not family style friendly,I was here last year was under different ownership,I had great night with wife and kids, Reason we came here, besides having great food lat year, my kids were looking for the owner who had brought them special dessert for them from the back. Anyone knows if the owner opened somewhere else?

I came here with a large group of 22 people and they were very accommodating with everything. Food was great, service was awesome, and byob was a huge plus. They gave us the private room which worked out great for our group. Will definitely be back!!!

I went here with my wife for her birthday. Tyler served us and was very attentive. He was very knowledgable and did a great job. We had the "eggplant ball" appetizer. It was delicious. For dinner, we had the linguini fruiti di mare and and a rolled up steak dish on a doughy pasta. We loved our food. The service was great. A couple of things that could make the experience improved. 1) get that liquor license. Eight dollars per person is a very steep corking fee. 2) use less salt in the food. The food was flavorful, and if there was less salt, it would taste way better and I'd give this place five stars.

A quaint intimate Italian restaurant with homemade pasta. It has so much charm and ambience and the food is authentic and delicious. My husband and I came late on Monday night after a business meeting. What a surprise. Cute patio and off street parking. The host Tyler Pape was attentive and very helpful. I had the Vodka Rigatoni which was amazing. Sauce wasn't too heavy and the Italian sausage and peas were perfect. My husband had the Linguine Frutti Di Mare which he loved. The portions were generous and not skimpy. The pasta actually tasted better than most Italian restaurants we go to. Lastly there is 1 large TV in the corner with a slideshow of Italian locales. Oh my gosh. I have to go there!! We will definitely be back here and tell all our friends. I forgot to mention that it is a BYOB too.

Spectacular service. Phenomenal food. Decor is cozy and old yet modern. The atmosphere is adorable. Be sure to try the Beet pasta dish, it's heavenly I just have too many words to describe this experience. Can't wait to come again! We had: Polpettine di Melanzane - Delicious flavors & the gravy is sweet but just right! Casarecce alla Barbabietola - Again, whoever thought of beets with goat cheese and pasta... Brilliantly delicious. Brasciole alla Barese - All these homemade pastas just make everything on point, the gravy is sweet, full of your gardens tomatoes, and your grandmas love. The Pancetta & Angus beef steak are in just portions for this dish making it perfect to the tongue.

This place is absolutely amazing! Some of the best home cooked Italian you'll have. We started off w/ Polpo Ubriaco- the combination was very flavorful and some of the best octopus I've had and cooked just right. Where most places over cook the octopus. The Minestrone was some of the best I've had in a while, bursting w/ flavor in every bite. For the entree I had the Pappardelle ai Funghi Misti- if you are a fan of mushrooms this is the dish for you. I completely loved it to the point of no left overs. The ingredients are just right to the ratio of pasta. Other places it'll usually be too much pasta w/ not much flavor or other ingredients. You most definitely have to save room for dessert. We had the tiramisu- it was so fluffy and light w/ fresh strawberry on top. Perfect w/ tea and a cappuccino. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to.

Over two years ago, when my favorite Italian Restaurant closed, I not-so-happily resigned myself to living out the rest of my days without ever savoring Fiorenza Tasinato's exquisite cooking again. Coincidentally, I also "retired" from Yelp around the same time. But....... WE'RE BACK! Yes, folks, and in the same location where I spent some very happy hours with my friends: eggplant polpettine, pear salad, chicken agnolotti, et al. The name and ownership has changed, the decor has been pared down, and it's now BYOB, but thankfully, the food is even better than I remembered and at the same reasonable prices. So.......let's not lose her again, folks. Bring your friends, family and anyone else you can think of up here for a meal you can't forget! (P.S. A special shout-out to Tyler for his great service at my friend's birthday dinner.)

After reading the reviews, I was really looking forward to trying Bar Tucci - I lived in Italy for 7 years - so I am very particular when it comes to great italian food. Well......I was NOT impressed at all! Ordered the grilled octopus and calamari as an appetizer - calamari was good -- the octopus -- over cooked and burned - I mentioned it to the waiter and was told " thanks for the feedback" We then ordered 2 pasta dishes - the gnocchi which were a bit overlooked / nothing special and the pappardelle with mushrooms - which were not seasoned at all!! Super BLAND!! Basically just some pasta and mushrooms. After all this, didn't even want to make an attempt at dessert. When we got the bill - WAYYYYYYY OVERPRICED for what we ordered - mind you its BYOB - and to My surprise a $5.00 wine charge (?????) I questioned our waiter (only 2) who explained it's a service charge and for the table reservation - some restaurants charge and some don't - SERIOUSLY??? There were only 2 other occupied tables in the place - and the service was truly mediocre - for the price I paid - I could have had a beyond better meal at a lot of other italian restaurants in Chicago- He removed the charge (thankfully) I enjoy great food - but nothing is more disappointing than spending good money on bad food! Sorry folks - but this was not impressive and not very good at all -

This place is great! Everything I ate was amazing, definitely try the fusilli with beets & goat cheese! The ambiance and design is a perfect spot for a quaint little date with someone special or even a big group of friends and family. Can't wait to try it again. Oh and BYOB! Cheers.

What a fantastic addition to the neighborhood! The ambiance is on the level you'd find find dining in River North. Really great job. Candlelight and creative artwork. From the moment we walked in we felt the warm welcome. The staff is very professional yet personal. With that, along with the ambiance they've created, we knew we made the right choice for our valentines dinner. Very attentive without being intrusive. Now, the best part - the food. The menu is not very extensive, but it's solid and creative. The eggplant appetizer is a must. If we had only had that dish, I would've been happy. (They are that good). The roasted beet salad was just perfect. They had a couple of vegetarian entree choices (kudos!). Everyone raved about their meals (mushroom farfalle, pork chop & Gorgonzola chicken). Excellent presentation and excellent execution. Seasoning was spot on. Not the overly salty dishes like you'd get at a lesser restaurant. The pasta - SO FRESH!!!!Our group was so very pleased! Dessert - tiramisu. So yummy. We shared, it was a large serving. You have to get it! They've only been open a couple of months, but you wouldn't know it as they are rock solid in every aspect. Can't wait to visit in the summer when they will have quaint patio seating. So happy to have this gem in the neighborhood. Ok, one last note - this is a byob. byob's!!! Other reviewers have misstated the corkage fees. It's $5 per bottle (NOT per person). Very reasonable. (You do need to consider the glassware they are cleaning for you after all) We really love this place, if you can't tell. Give it a try, you'll thank me! (Side note - visit Pasta Fresh next door for some amazing Italian meals to take home and bake in your own home)

Great authentic, homemade Italian food in a cozy environment. It's a BYOB restaurant and we brought a bottle of red and white wine, which went paired perfectly with our meals. Highly recommend grilled calamari and baby octopus for starters followed by the pasta with goat cheese and red beets. We also got the fish of the day which was a white fish and was very delicious. Post dinner coffees and tiramisu was a perfect way to end the night. After traveling throughout Italy for a month this past summer, I have to say this is the best authentic Italian food around. I highly recommend you make a visit to BarTucci.

It's a rare occurence to find a restaurant that can truly replicate not only dishes that have been a staple throughout your heritage, but also the level of comfort & intimacy that you would feel at home amongst your closet family & friends. I can honestly say, Bartucci's has accomplished this feat, and much more. From the authentic homemade Italian dishes that will knock you off your seat, to the friendly waitstaff & cozy atmosphere, you will feel right at home in this family owned neighborhood restaurant.

We were rushing by to grab some fresh pasta next door, and I recognized the logo and looked in the window. It was 4:15, earlier than opening, when an elderly Italain man waved us over; yes, they'll make something! We still got food to go and oh boy, excellent fare! THIS is real Italian food in a great little hideaway. Yes, you can really fall for BarTucci!

Everything is perfect. Food is hand crafted and opulent. Beautiful & cozy atmosphere, crisp tailored look & attention to all details. Service is attentive, loving and professional. A real Neighborhood Gem. One of our favorite family places! I had the pasta creamy leek shrimp dish (holy crap GOOD). Make a reservation & BYOB! (PS - Saw the whining comments about becoming non-BYOB, & that would be a sin!)

This is my new favorite restaurant. BYOB and amazing food - if it weren't for the fear of outgrowing my clothes I'd be here weekly. They are wonderful about putting together whatever pasta my kids are currently requesting, the chicken ravioli (I forget the exact name ) and the meat and cheese plate appetizer are delicious.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
