This is the only Auntie Anne's I've been to where I want to go back. The pretzles are always fresh and actually taste as good as they smell, unlike the mall locations. Yum! Great snack before you hop on the train.

Four stars for the great pretzels! Not five stars due to apathetic employees and the fact that they rarely seem to have fresh pretzels available when I visit - they're either out of pretzels completely or the ones available have been sitting around for a couple hours. I do like the special that's been offered at this location(Ogilvie Train Station) for as long as I can remember - buy one pretzel, get the second one for $1. What a deal! You can get 2 pretzels for just over $4. This isn't the best location, as it's off the beaten path upstairs away from the rest of the food court.

The original pretzel with cheese is my favorite snack ever. This location is convenient since its the Ogilvie Train Station. I like that they have frequent visitor cards - Buy 6 pretzels get 1 free! They are fast and I've always had fresh pretzels. They also have a special - buy one pretzel and get one pretzel for $1.

Did someone say pretzel dog? Slap on some mustard and it makes it a great treat waiting for the Metra train at Ogilvie or shopping at the mall wherever there is an Auntie Anne. Try their almond pretzel too!

While commuting through Ogilvie for the past 3 months, I've gone here at least 2-3x a week - it's great for a quick breakfast or as an after-work snack to eat on the Metra. Even though they open at 9am, sometimes the pretzels aren't ready until around 9:20 (it really depends on the day). My go-to order is the Almond Pretzel with Caramel Dip, but 50% of the time (usually around 5-6pm), this is the flavor that they're sold out of, so I have to wait around for 5-8 minutes while they make a new batch... not ideal when I have a train to catch! Sometimes when I'm in a rush & don't have time to wait, I'll try something else, like the pretzel dog and cinnamon pretzel (both average), but they just leave me dissatisfied. I would give Auntie Anne's 4 stars if they could just have all the flavors readily available when I want to order them. ***Their holiday specials (through 1/5/14) are 1 Free Signature Pretzel with the purchase of 2 Pretzel items, and 1 Free Signature Pretzel with the purchase of 1 Pretzel item & 1 Drink. You can ask for the coupons they have behind the counter.***

This is a train station food joint. Commuters are almost always in a hurry, yet the staff moves around like they have all the time in the world and don't care how many people walk away empty handed. They're super friendly but the evening rush is not a great time to chat! I guess I should be thankful for that because if I was able to get a pretzel every time I wanted one, I'd be about 10 lbs heavier. Still, management should be aware that they're only selling to a fraction of their willing customers.
