I don't know why I can never resist taking a Auntie Anne's Soft Pretzels with me whenever I have a layover in various airport. Affordable treats and way better than any of what the airline would have offer. I love to chow down my Pepperoni Pretzel ($4) while other around me eating the bags of salted nuts or paid for those rock hard cold sandwich. This location of Auntie Anne's is located near Gate C in Terminal 2. Just remember to get one before you get on your flight!!

About a 2-2.5: Located in the main hubbub of Terminals B and C, this Auntie Anne's location has a limited selection of pretzels and pretzel dogs. After going through the security checkpoint, I wanted to pick up a little snack for the plane. Instead of the Mini Pretzel Dogs that I ordered, I instead received their Cheddar Stuffed Pretzel Nuggets T___T While the latter was fine (who would mind cheese-stuffed pretzels? :P), it was pretty disappointing that such a swap was made - I think it would have really helped if the items were labelled so such confusion/mistakes are lessened T___T The staff were friendly, though, and the line moved quickly. I highly recommend in checking your order after you pay, just in case! +inaccurate order T___T +located at Terminals B&C intersection

I like me a damn hot pretzel. I love me a good one. This one was just alright. Not as fresh as it could have been but they did have Coke Zero in the fridge and the convenience was a good spot. Staff was also very friendly and had that pretzel been a bit more over on the tastier side, that would have been enough to get the bump. It wasn't though, so it didn't.

I don't know why. I should know better. But it smells good. Maybe I'm hungry. Maybe I'm just not all that bright. But I get a pretzel from Auntie Anne's and then, it's like, well, bleh. Not bad, just bleh. The pretzel is, inevitably, not fresh, not super soft and greasy. Not greasy and delicious in a good way, greasy and messy and I don't want to be bothered with it in an airport way. I think I've learned my lesson.

I'd landed at ORD at about 10:15 a.m. and wanted to grab something for breakfast. I passed by the Auntie Anne's in concourse G in terminal 3 and saw that they had bacon, egg and cheese between a bun made of salted pretzel dough! Yum!! The reasons for only 3 stars are because 1) I got to this Auntie Anne's location at just before 10:30, well before most places stop serving breakfast, and I literally got the last bacon, egg and cheese they had. They weren't preparing to make more, so I guess they don't have a specific cut off time for breakfast - It appears they prepare a certain number of breakfast sandwiches and when they're gone, they're gone. Also, 2) the breakfast sandwich was only $4.79, but they gouge on the price of drinks, as the bottle of OJ I got was another $4.29.

Just watched the employees steal food and hand it across the glass wall, to another airport worker for no payment. These people steal product. They steal your brand. I you look at your security camera's around 4:15 p.m., you'll see it happen. Thieves.

The Auntie Anne's in Terminal G by gate 8 is very unprofessional. The two women that work in there talk very loudly that they are heard across the hall and they talk loudly about other airport employees. Also their pretzels are not even close to being fresh. The only item I ordered there that was pleasant was the was the juice. ( I also asked the cashier what flavor mixers they had and with a very bad attitude she answered then questioned if I could find it on that blue ass board... When she knew I saw it. ) I will not be returning or recommending anyone to go there. *** Excuse my language.

Growing up in Pennsylvania, I'm a pretzel snob. Truth be told, it's one of the few things about Pennsylvania that isn't regressive and icky, in my experience, so the endorsement is a powerful one. Auntie Anne's are consistently delicious. The biggest variable, I've found, it how drowned in butter they are. Five-stars when they're buttery, four-stars when they're borderline greasy. These were slightly over-buttery, though still delicious. Anyway, I was ravenous at this point, it was heaven.

Just want to say thank you to the young man who took pity on me during a layover this weekend. I made a dumb mistake and dropped all of my mini pretzel dogs on the ground. With the damaged goods in hand, I walked back up to the counter, prepared to buy another batch but the man at the counter simply replaced the pretzels and said, "Don't worry about it." Just a small act of kindness that really stood out. Thank you to that young man. *If management wants to identify this good samaritan, he has dark curly hair and about 5' 8" (?). Thanks Auntie Anne's!

Rudest employees ever. But the pretzels are still decent.

Yum.. I love pretzels! Especially original with the cheese dip. Although prices are steeper than a regular Auntie Anne's, it's within 800 steps of your gate, so just fork up the extra dimes. Staff is capable, food is the same quality as the locations you would visit outside an airport.

So I really like all the different pretzels and the pretzel dogs at Auntie Anne's; had the cinnamon sugar nuggets or bites which were really sweet and savory and probably way too many calories.

Omg I love Auntie Anne's so much!!! This was such an awesome treat while waiting in the airport. I know I'm probably going to date myself here but I remember when these pretzels were like less that $2 with a dipping sauce. Times they are a changin'. Plus this is in an airport so everything is expensive anyway. They do have a lot of new choices though and not just pretzels. They have pretzel nuggets and pretzel dogs and different flavors than just original and sugar/cinnamon. Honestly, I would probabl pay whatever it takes to get an Auntie Anne's. I know it's just a pretzel but it's so darn good. The service was okay as well. I know the lady that was in front off me got served so major 'tude, but that was appropriate since she was serving the same level of 'tude after being told she had to wait for fresh pretzel bites to be made. I mean why complain for fresh merchandise. Ai Ya!

To me, pretzels make a pretty good pre-flight meal and are easy to eat. This stand has several selections of pretzels as well as pretzel dogs. The staff is pretty friendly. My only gripe is the prices, but then again, it is at the airport so I really cannot complain about that. I definitely will be stopping by this place again to grab a bite before a flight.

The staff was VERY courteous and friendly. Great customer service...so if you like pretzels, as unhealthy as they are, this is the place to be.
