THE BEST PIZZA IN SOUTHWEST CHICAGO AREA ! I like to order pizza and take it home for the Family to share. We had a Personal Pizza to try it out, that filled 3 People ! Cheese was Excellent, Sausage was Great.. I am sorry I lived in Burbank for awhile, and never tried them sooner. Top Tasting in My Family's Opinion. John H.

Sweet sauce. Lots of cheese. Nice thin crust. In the old days Frank's Pizza was the place. I have not tried any of their other food items.

This is definitely the best pizza in Burbank but lately the delivery service has gone downhill because of the long wait times...I shouldn't have to wait two hours for pizza.

Salty...burned... and not worth the $40 we spent. We never have leftover pizza - tonight I have most of the pizza left over in my fridge. It's too bad because I recall when I ordered from here years ago, the pizza was good. I guess I will stick with Durbins from now on.

This is my favorite place on the Southside, and I have had them all. The pizza is always good and I only do carry out so I cannot speak for their delivery service. The best thin crust pizza in 100 miles

Best pizza in Burbank. I've tried all and Frank's is the best in regards to price, sausage to cheese ratio, and service. They always give coupons for a discount

This place has really gone downhill in the last year. I decided to order a pizza today after not ordering from them the last few months because of their previous service. I should have know better. After getting my pizza wrong they tried to give me someone else's pizza. So I waited for my pizza only to take it home and open it up to find an overlooked pizza. I felt like taking it back but decided to now mess with this poorly run business. The owner needs to get involved with their business. I do not see them being successful with the direction their headed in to.

I've been a customer since the 80's, albeit not weekly or monthly necessarily. They are consistent and that's a good thing. As someone mentioned, there's more than one type of pizza. Frank's FILLS you up. I can't even finish a small. The parts that fill you up are not cheap dough or soy protein sausage bits. It's ALL the ingredients. Hearty dough, gobs of great sausage and TONS of cheese. Nothing cheap here. And their sauce is very tasty. I could see it being great on pasta as well. Maybe for a first timer, it may be a shock. This ain't Nick and Vito's. I, too, am reviewing to counter-balance the negs. Try it and judge for yourself.

Good consistent product. We typically order from them at least once a month. I like the sauce, I like the fact that they use lots of cheese. I have had one problem order in years and they promptly fixed it. We will continue to order from them.

Ordered pizza and told them on the phone that I had a coupon. When I arrived they said the coupon was for dine in only and their print shop had made a mistake and would not honor coupon. They proceeded to tell me I had to pay almost double what the coupon was. They then told me take it or leave it. We walked next door to subway and ate there instead. Bad customer service.

This pizzeria is a small place right off 79th the service is decent and quick. The prices are slightly on the higher side but the quality of the food is good and the taste is good they're not shy to lay on the toppings of cheese sauce and whatever else you may crave on your pizza little franks is definitely worth a try.

The vigilante inside me feels compelled to stop the crime of Li'l Franks being rated one star. One of the (2) reviews is by someone who admittedly hasn't even eaten their pizza, and the second review seems to be someone who doesn't understand that there is more than one style of pizza out there in the world. Li'l Franks isn't quite thin crust, and it's definitely not "thick" or deep dish. They've got a great crispy thin crust, but then the sauce, toppings, and cheese are more like that of a thicker pizza. It's pretty delicious, if you ask me. People at my plant down the street as for this place by name after we tried it for the first time, and they prefer it to all of the other local delivery options. Their sauce is sweet and well balanced with the cheese, and the toppings are great! I've had sausage, ham, and pepperoni... the ham was perfect, and the sausage and pepperoni had just the right amount of spice. Really their sauce is my favorite part though... good recipe, whatever they're doing. They do use a lot of cheese for a thin crust, which means the pieces can fill you up quicker than you'd expect. So maybe step a size down (large to medium, e.g.) from whatever you were thinking you'd eat. The delivery guy was really friend (despite having to deliver the pizza to an industrial plant and having to deal with our security process). He even threw in some one-liters with our order, which was a pleasant surprise. If you want delivery in the area, this is definitely my suggestion. I'd say 4 stars, but I'm actually giving this place 5 stars, just to counterbalance those jabroneys. Yes, I called them jabroneys.

I grew up on this street. Perhaps you have read my tales of dumpster diving for matches as a fledgling arsonist, my yarns of being beaten by female bartenders while sporting a mullet. This is the adjoining Pizza joint to that establishment. It wasn't always, but it is now. The original owner Frank, was about an inch taller than a howler monkey, he drove a Ford Fairmont down my street everyday after his shift. My friends and I would pelt him with snowballs and whatever else we could get our hands on. He was an easy target, usually driving 15 miles per hour down our side street, I imagined him living far away, and driving side streets all the way home. The pizza is hallowed by the Burbank gentry. I have found it heavy, cloying and salty. A desperate attempt to be all things to a narrow band of people, cheap, filling, and warm. It had been quite a few years since this pizza was in front of me, then the sisters ordered it while I was re-roofing the house, I had one piece, and knew I could not risk another bite of this monstrosity, for fear my valve may close (Ignatius Riley reference for the nerds out there). Nearly 2 inches thick, balanced a top a dusty thin crust that just gets absorbed by the mountains of cheese, it is a wonder the other toppings don't run for their lives. Eating pizza in the Chicago area should not be such risky business.
