Butter burgers, cheese curds, and concrete mixers are all "must haves" when ordering at Culvers. Great food and great service. I wish they had more locations across the country.

I always seem to get the same thing when I go here. The Butter Burgers are phenomenal! I know "Culvers is Culver's" but you can tell that the management staff really appreciates their clientele. I'm not sure what her name is but there is a blonde lady that works at this location and she is ALWAYS smiling and super friendly.

Culver's is Culver's, its slower and greasy 'fast' food, but BOY is it good. This location is typically clean and the staff is courteous, the speed at this location is about norm compared to others. If you are thinking that you are going to hit the drive through to save time, you are better off going inside. Every time, and I mean EVERY time the drive through has been a Charlie Foxtrot, but that is a Culver's standard that does not only effect this location but many, usually it has nothing to do with the staff at all, its the way they have you pull up and park to wait for your order with people not seeing the little signs or the parking lot markings and parking any and every which way that always gets the drive through gridlocked. Get the Cheese Curds, your tummy will thank you!

Culver's is one of the three restaurant chains that I always try to visit when I'm back home in the midwest for a little while. The other two are Steak N' Shake and Portillo's. Best things to come out of Wisconsin, Central IL, and Chicago, respectively. Ever. So, during a brief and unexpected trip home last week I rounded up my sister and some cousins and we hit the Kankakee-town Culver's for some late evening scarfing. I accidentally made an unfortunate scene (bad habit of mine) by shouting "I'm Rick James!" just as we entered, but the staff didn't bat an eye, a sure sign of professionalism (and probably, frequent interaction with college students). The place was clean and bright, as usual - I've never seen a dirty one yet. Great customer experience, all told. As for the food, I've tried other menu items and enjoyed them, but my one true love is the CheddarButterBurger with Bacon, a side of Cheese Curds, and a Root Beer. This is Dairyland eating at its best, folks. Decadent but not /too/ artery-clogging, savory without the MSG, sweet and frothy without causing instant diabetes, and SO MUCH CHEESE. If you've never been, get some now.

I like Culvers. If you look at the pictures in ads for fast food places, the food will look perfect and tasty. The actual product you get is smashed bun limp lettuce that looks nothing like the pictures. Not so for culvers. Totally nice presentation. Funny story....when my bosses come out here to the suburbs from fancy fancy Chicago...all they want are tenderloins and butterburgers from Culvers.

The food is exactly what you expect from Culvers. Greasy and good. The food was fresh and hot. However, every few minutes the most horrendous sound ever came from the ice machine. My kids had to hold their ears. It sounded like feedback from a speaker and each time it started, it would go on for 2 or 3 minutes. The staff weren't even bothered by it because they were "used to it." Most of the service was alright - one young man was on the rude side and when I finally called him out he did make it a point to apologize. Just get the ice machine fixed! Sooo annoying and painful! Lemon ice with strawberry - amazing!

A very efficient and friendly staff! The burgers are greasy and everything that you probably shouldn't have - but go ahead. They are good!! The dessert combinations are funny and tasty. And yes the sweet tea is fresh and sweet!
