Culvers... hmmm what can I say about them. I love them. Have you tried their pot roast? I'd just love to work there one day just to get their recipe. Just thinking about is making me hungry. My son loves grilled cheese and ironically, the first time we were going to order it, they said it comes on a sour dough bread. That wouldn't fly, so we asked if they can make it on a hamburger bun instead. They did. My son wasn't thrilled, but it was far better than sour dough bread (you'd think they would know most kids don't like sour dough bread). Anyway, the next time I went, I ordered the pot roas meal (instead of the sandwich), my son, ordered the grilled cheese on hamburger bun again and much to my surprise, there was a regular piece of white bread that came with my meal. So, I'm not sure why we weren't told that he could have his grilled cheese made with white, but you can... I guess if you ask only. The ice cream is great and we've never had a problem with the staff at all. In fact, our guy (don't know his name) was very friendly. I'd recommend this Culvers to anyone who wants a good meal and some great icecream to end thier day.

Again like so many of these kind of places, the foods ok, its the staff thats the problem, teenagers who dont give a **** about customer service. To the manager, if you read this, why put people behind the counter who can't answer basic questions about the items on the menu! Almost every time we went there, they got the order wrong,

Culver's is named after their frozen custard desserts - which is not the same thing as ice cream. Each day they feature something new. The selection is always great, i.e. peanut butter crumble, blueberry cheesecake, chocolate chip cookie dough. What I love are the butter burgers. That's right, beef patties fried in butter! Watch out for that cholesterol!!!! The best.

My favorite fast food! The butter burgers are the bomb- just a million calories! The crinkle cut fries are always HOT and tasty! Once you go Culver's, you won't go back!

Awesome burgers and fries. Chicken strips were breaded oddly, and weren't quite fantastic. Chocolate custard shakes are to die for. At break between school, I used to get one every other day or so. They're SO smooth and creamy. But don't go too often or you'll gain 20 lbs. hah

I've got to say that my mom and I aren't big fast-food eaters but we actually had a great experience here about a week ago. It all started when one day out of the blue, my mother who always eats home cooked meals, was craving french fries! So, I knew right away that she had to try Culver's fries... they are undeniably one of the best. You know what I mean right? I'm talking about the kind of fries that are BIG and has potato goodness inside, where you take one bite and you think "mm.. that's a FRENCH FRY", not one of those puny sissy fry that is as thick as a toothpick. Anyways, I remember having some Culver fries months ago and they were memorable so I decided to take my mom out on a mission. Now since I'm a coupon fanatic (but not enough to be on the show for Extreme Coupons), I had handy in my purse a B1G1 for a Delux Butterball burger. It was a great deal. Normally, one burger was about $4 but we got the 2nd one for free. It was a double stack with cheese, mayo, veggies and all sorts of goodies inside. We then ordered a side of fries (small size) and it all came out to be about $6.50 after tax. The fries didn't fail to disappoint and my mom was impressed. Then, we had split one burger between us (since it was only 4pm so there goes spoiling our dinner) and it was good. They don't call it a Delux for nothing, there was definitely oil and bacon involved so don't tell your doctor. What I'm most impressed with this place is not about the food or the burger (or the fact that they had great coupons though that helps) but it was with the staff. They were pleasant and helpful. Granted, it wasn't a busy night for them but the person who took my order was Spencer, Associate Manager, and he was very kind to us. He came and check our table if we were alright and the young gentlemen who brought our order out kindly check on us 5 minutes later too. They made me feel like I was dining at a decent restaurant and not a fast-food place and I only spent $6. Now that is priceless. At one point, when asked if I needed anything I mentioned that I wanted a knife to cut my burger, the staff went to get it for me so I wouldn't have to get up. Then when I told the AM that it was my mom's 1st visit to Culvers, he gave us a complimentary custard. We were blown away by the service and friendliness at Culvers because it is something we haven't seen at fast-food places in, well, ever! So good job management, whatever you're doing, keep doing it! Good service differentiates!

I don't know what it is about the advertisements they run that make you want to stop in, but after one visit, you'll remember to avoid this location whenever possible. The burgers, which are hit-or-miss in taste and in how well they're put together, are consistently greasy! Look: if you're constipated, then by ALL MEANS, order yourself a deluxe double butter burger and wash that down with a big ol' frozen custard. Then, start running. Fast food? What's so fast about it? This particular location is SLOW - whether you're dining in or drive-thru. I waited 20 full minutes for one burger and a small order of fries. I'm not exaggerating, I timed this out. Six cars got their orders and drove around me by the time I got my order: 20 minutes. Oh, but I DID get an incentive for waiting there so long! Here's what I got: a snooty waitress who gave me no explanation whatsoever as to why it took so long! Just what I wanted! And can you believe how much they charge just for that simple, single burger and small fries? I think it goes without saying, but I will anyway: this place is NOT worth a cent of your money! Well, Mr. Culver, kiss the profit you'dve made from this customer - and, hopefully, several more - goodbye!

Wait, they have real food too??? I had no idea. Then again the couple of times I went there I only went thru the drive-thru and we were there for the custard...and i had newborn twins at home so i was probably sleep-deprived and just don't remember there being real food there. ANYways, when it first opened, people were lining up to go to this place. I couldn't believe how long the lines were! And it took like FOREVER to get our dessert! But it was good. Not my favorite but maybe that's because i just hate the word custard!!! alright now i feel like i gotta go there because i haven't tried their food.
