I go through the drive through and it's very slow, but the food is always hot and fresh, so no complaints there. I had a fried chicken sandwich combo. The fried chicken sandwich was ok. I figured it would be pretty good since this is a chicken place, but not so. You can tell very easily that the fried chicken sandwich doesn't use the same breading or process as their fried chicken. I've had hot dogs and italian beef here and it always tastes ok. It's always hot, but there seems to be a lack of sophistication. Either most things here are prepackaged or they don't know much about flavoring every level of the cooking process. Although I wouldn't be surprised if it were both. Unfortunately for them, but fortunately for you, Portillo's is located about 1/4 mile down the road and offers a much better selection (minus the chicken and pasta) and the flavor is undeniably better.

My husband and I really enjoyed our dining experience here. The food was hot and fresh and the staff were very pleasant and kind to us. They also have jamaican food which is definitely a plus in my book. My husband and I will be returning.

I've only had Brown's Chicken twice...ever. Today's visit: I received an email 'Friday Fish Fry' special for $4.99 Shrimp or Fish Basket. I ordered one of each. You would think that it would be fish or fish nuggets or something like that. NOPE! I received a fried previously frozen fish stick like patty. The fried shrimp was the same frozen grocery store shrimp. Popeye's offers real and better shrimp than this frozen stuff! The email was completely deceiving. Then, my order was incomplete. No fries! Was told twice that the fries were in the bag. They weren't there. I should've checked anyway so that's on me. Service: ridiculously slow. Cleanliness: this place is filthy. I won't be back. My previous & first visit: I, along with two other people, had to wait 25 minutes for our food. There wasn't any chicken cooked! It was early Sunday evening. Then, They put 8 fries in the bag with the two piece. I gave two stars because the food, on my first visit, was good. Service: again...very slow! Advice for the franchisees here: if you cannot deliver good food and service every day and for every customer, give it up or hire people who take pride in their work...no matter what their job is.

Worst browns chicken I have ever had. Poorly cooked chicken and poor hygiene. French fries were very bad seemed like they were re fried and hard. Drinks were tasteless crap, flat like water. I would not recommend anyone to waste their money on this crappy food. McDonald's dollar chicken sandwich is better than theirs.

A friend suggested that I visit Brown's Chicken & Pasta which I did about a month ago. I used their drive thru service and the attendant was very kind and courteous. I received my order and checked my bag and the order was complete and exactly what I asked for. I was impressed. When I got back to the office I was so excited about trying the chicken.... The meat was juicy and tender and the sides were great but the taste of the breading of the chicken was not good. I am most sure it was because of the grease they cooked it in.... I will definitely give this place a second chance and really hope their chicken is better.

OK. You got my whole order right. You made the corn fritters that I love so much in minutes flat. My chicken and cole slaw are in the bag and ready to come home with me. Everything is piping hot. But, Oh, wait a second, you didn't get me my Coke. I ask the guy behind the counter, and he gets this look on his face like I just told him I was going to beat him up. He gets all jittery, goes in the back room, and comes out with the manager. (Or someone I take might be in charge.) I tell that person "I just want my Coke." He begins to fill a cup with ice. His phone rings. He forgets about my Coke, and walks away talking on his phone. Screw this shit. I walk out, figuring I might have a Coke laying around at home. I get to the car, and someone comes flying out of the restaurant screaming "Wait, you forgot your Coke!"
