Great little place tucked away just off the Hwy. Food was authentic and service superb. My husband ordered Fajitas minus the tomato. When they brought our dinner his Fajitas had tomatoes in it. Authentic Mexican Fajitas can be bland and he noticed that's what they looked like. Our server came, saw tomatoes, and tried to take the dinner back. We said we would keep it to go and my husband ordered Carne Asada (which he said had a great flavor!). They use a leaf lettuce instead of iceberg also which is a fantastic touch. Our bill came and they took the Fajitas OFF even though we took that dinner home. We would definitely return.

With a name like "La Fiesta" restaurant, I expected a lot more... The salsa tasted like straight tomato sauce...zero flavor. My chimichanga with steak was chewy and had no taste...the chicken lacked spice...blah. Very disappointing...will not be going back there. Ever.

Came here a few years ago and the food was really good, on this visit it was pretty bland, the chicken tasted boiled, and had no real flavor, even the side items lacked a lot. Service was quick and attentive but that was about the best part of the visit, probably won't be coming back!!!

We have been looking for our favorite Mexican place for over a year & we just found this place & have eaten here 4x now & it is definitely by far the favorite! Excellent salsa & great food! Love Sundays when you get a free kids meal! Highly recommend it!

Going down there on a fishing trip from Chicago, I did not expect this place to be as good as some of the Mexican food here in Chicago. Man, was I surprised. The Steak tacos and enchiladas supremas were very good. Place has a lot of room and a pretty good staff.
