Overpriced as usual so we seldom go there. The location is a good one, but the access to it is NOT a good one. It's a small shop, but then it is Belvidere, IL.

Being that I am all about customer service this starbucks off of Genoa road near Walmart was very impressive this evening. The lady taking ordering at the window was extremely funny and more than willing to answer questions regarding their food options. Like many Starbucks offer she remained near the window and made small talk that wasn't appearing to be forced conversation which truly makes somebody feel welcome. The food and drinks are like any other starbucks so you know what you're expecting you come here. :) I only wish that I had grabbed a receipt to personally thank the young lady, I asked her to toss it for me. Thanks!

The coffee may be bitter and horrible but at least it's too expensive. Blech! Wifi is only thing they have going for them unless you like the fancy coffees. The food is good, sarnies and cookies and such but again, over priced unless you consider the value of the free wifi.

I tend to stick to my usual Starbucks on E. State and Bell School Rd., but had to pick up a friend and needed something to keep me awake on the long drive. Ordered an grande ice coffee with whole milk and carmel syrup. Got it, but was in too big of a rush to inspect the cup. So I'm driving and taking sips from it. After my 4-5 sips I was out. Sucking, but only got air and ice. I understand I ordered an ice coffee but the amount of ice I got was pack to the top. I'll stick to my side of town from now on.

Good Starbucks location. I like that it's not too far off Highway 20 so I can swing in and continue on my merry way back to Iowa. I did feel like I had to drive all the way around the building to get to the parking lot and entrance but I just really had to go to the bathroom so maybe that's why it seemed like it was taking forever. The inside wasn't very large but it was very clean. The bathroom was very clean as well which was appreciated. The staff did a great job taking my order and preparing it quickly.

Nice Starbucks. It's located in a strip mall, so there are close quarters, but it is warm and inviting! My husband and I were looking for a time-waster in between a wedding and its reception, and Starbucks won our vote. I ordered the caramel apple cider, and my husband got a straight black coffee. He definitely had "order envy" because my awesome apple cider is infused with cinnamon syrup. Don't worry, I shared ;) The staff was very friendly and said we were probably the best dressed people we have ever had in there! :)

Great layout, great staff. It is surprisingly roomy with great seating. Just great. Super great, even. Nice place to start my day-long sip-fest of the deliciousity that is the Soy Pumpkin Latte. Ah, fall in a cup. Don't, like, actually go fall IN a cup. That isn't a Starbuckian insult, or anything. Just sayin'.

For me, service was slow, then they messed up my order but fixed it. It happens. But Starbucks coffee is way too bitter. It's bad when you order a hot chocolate and it tastes bitter even though it has no coffee in it.
