Rosati's is my favorite pizza place in town. The food is phenomenal. My ultimate favorite is Italian beef with jardiniere peppers, green peppers, and onions. On the upside the plain cheese pizza is always delicious and it is great for large groups of people The pizza is always perfectly seasoned and cooked just the way I want it. In addition, the workers never skimp on toppings and everything tastes amazing. I also crave their burgers all the time. it is not something that most people would think to order, but it is just delicious. The meat is always perfectly cooked without the extra grease making the bun soggy. And I always get all of the toppings that I ask for. I have found that other places add too much salt, but I have never had that problem here. My food is always warm when it arrives. If I do have an issue the manager is very responsive and they make sure to take very good care of all of their customers. In terms of service, the staff is very accommodating and they have never had a problem making changes for me. Everyone is very kind and professional when taking my order. I have never had a problem with customer service. When I have had questions or concerns that they have always responded in a timely manner and I have never been disappointed. Finally, I have ordered catering from this location multiple times and the manager always informs me of all of my options and he works with me until I am satisfied. The food is always delicious. and not just the pizza, but the chicken and salad as well. Kids love the food and it is great to have such a wonderful, reliable, and responsible business in the community

I live in Aurora, and we have two rosati's locations of our own. The one on Indian Trail will deliver but their pizza is awful we had to send ours back twice in the same night. The other location on Ogden avenue has good pizza but they will not come down to this part of Aurora. My family and I have ordered from this location in Batavia a number of times. I want to praise the staff for their friendly service, on-time delivery, and awesome food! The pizza is always cooked to our specifications (we like it well done around here), and tonight I decided to try their Italian beef on the pizza. While the Ogden ave. restaurant's Italian beef is good, this rosati's has it right on point. It isn't too salty and compliments the other elements well - if you haven't tried it I recommend it. All in all I will always order from this location because of their high-quality pizza and AWESOME service!!!

In addition to typical uninspired pizza this place fails miserably in customer service. Called to order a pie for carry out and the kid spent the first two minutes correcting me saying it was called 'pick-up' not 'carry out'. Once he finally wrapped his mind around the fact that I was coming to get the pizza things kept going south. The entire tone of his voice and his responses basically suggested that our phone call was terribly inconvenient for him and that he had better things to do. It was clear he lacked the mental fortitude and focus needed to complete a five minute meal order. He hung up without telling me how long it would take or the total. I was so turned off by the conversation and ordering process that 5 minutes later I called back and cancelled the whole order. A much more pleasant young lady answered the phone and asked why I was cancelling the order, I simply replied "because whoever I just ordered from on the phone was an a$$hole". Do yourself a favor and go get a frozen pizza from the grocery store, it will be better quality and a much better experience.

Worst customer serverice ever! The manager overcharged me by using the wrong prices and by using the wrong coupon discount. Then she got snotty about it and acted like I was wrong for questioning her padding the bill up. Absolutely ridiculous. I have never dealt with customer service this bad in my life. Her own employees sheepishly admit that everyone complains about her, but that's just the way she is. To top it off, she is scared to let the owner find out about her little power trip, she knows she'll look like an idiot. Check your bill to make sure you're not being overcharged, and good luck trying to get some customer service if the phone gets handed to this moron of a manager.

In the past, the food we've gotten from this location has always been decent but the last 2 times we've ordered they skimped on ingredients and forgotten items on our ticket. this time, the pizza was just BAD. something was definitely spoiled or compromised in some way. to make things worse, the people they've had on the phones lately have been uninformative, unhelpful and even unfriendly. never ordering from here again.

Rosati's is a great pizza place to get pizza takeout. Idea for NFL Sunday or any big sporting event gathering. Also has a great variety of pizzas. Good stuff;-)

We were on a pizza kick when we were in Chicago. We tried the deep dish so we thought it only fair to try the thin crust. Again, we loved it! We got the pepperoni and cheese pizza. The sauce didn't taste store bought. It was sweet and garlic. WOW!!! Customer service on phone could have been better, but pizza was tasty even cold the next morning.

Pizza is good not great but close to our house so it's convenient. We have ordered a few times in the past with no issues, but this last time was terrible. They made a mistake on our pizza, wrong crust and wrong ingredients. I called to complain, spoke to a manager Christa who was really rude and I received no apology; no customer service skills at all. At one point she told me to just pick off the ingredients I didn't want and just eat the pizza. Ultimately she the told me the only thing she could do was to replace the pizza but it would be 45 mins. Also said that we couldn't eat any of the pizza otherwise she would not give us a new one. I asked for the owners name and was told he would have done the same. I finally decided to just have the pizza redelivered. We waited over an hour for the replacement pizza but one never arrived. I called back after waiting 1 hour and 15 mins and was told Christa was gone for the day and they didn't show a reorder was ever placed. I was so mad! It had now been 1 hr and 30 mins since I originally called. Luckily a nice employee named Brandy agreed to help because she felt bad that it was now after 10pm at night. After she made some phone calls, I guess they decided I had been through enough because we now have a credit for two free pizzas on our account. Not sure we will actually use the credits and order again after this ordeal but at least she tried. Caution to future customers! Order at your own risk and hope nothing goes wrong otherwise you will basically be told to deal with it. Clearly this owner doesn't care about repeat business.

I never thought I'd be writing a review about a chain pizza restaurant, and especially when I am not even writing about their pizza. But that's where I find myself. Please do not order any of their pastas. My wife and I ordered the chicken parmesan and the lasagna for delivery and we were supremely disappointed by the end product. The chicken parm consisted of two chicken fingers (thin slices of chicken, breaded and fried), smothered in a heaping pile of sub-par spaghetti and then covered in a greasy blanket of melted mozzarella. I can't explain my disappointment of seeing just over 3 oz of chicken, chicken strips(!!) none-the-less!!! Appalling!!!! It was a glorified plate of spaghetti with two tiny pieces of fried chicken. The "chef" should bury his head in the sand and the owner should close up shop just for that. Not to mention the pathetic attempt at lasagna. Another greasy mound over (obviously) week old lasagna, in a the worst tomato sauce I've ever tasted it was just tomatoes and maybe some sugar, with no spices or herbs. I've always ordered my pizza from Taylor Street because their Cheesy Beef pizza [like an italian beef and gardiniara sandwich on a pizza] is the best, but we thought we'd spread it around and try Rosatti's, and it was for the absolute last time ever. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This pizza is DELICIOUS. You have to try the Cheef also, it is an italian beef with mozzarella cheese on it and it is FIRE. Anyone who isn't down with Rosati's is CRAZY because any of the other pizza chains in the area cannot compare. I see the guy from Aurora is complaining, he probably lives in the hood where they don''t deliver for fear of being robbed so his opinion is moot lol. I also see the fine whiner two spaces down, pasta is not their strong point as they are a PIZZA place. Yeah, you are an idiot for buying the pasta as it is the same stuff that comes in cans and bags for alot cheaper than you paid. Everything except pasta is good, even that is not so bad.

Enjoyed their pizzas on a few occaisons. In the tier of pizza, they are above pizza hut and domino's (just my opinion). Recently though, they catered our holiday luncheon. Mmmazing! I tried a few things I never had ordered before, like their Italian beef. GREAT! I will definitely deviate from the pizza order to try something new.

Ordered a pepperoni and GREEN OLIVE pizza, was delivered a pepperoni and GREEN PEPPER pizza. Called to have the correct pizza sent out only to be argued with and told if we wanted a replacement pizza we would have to pay for it. Pressed that it was their mistake and was told essentially "too bad, that it was out mistake" and we had to pay if we wanted the replacement. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Even told them if they refused we would NEVER order from Rosatis again, guess their business is so good they don't care. Last time I ever order from this place.

I used to love this place, but the last couple times will be the last times if this is the way things are now. The "wrap" was actually 3 small pieces of chicken with some lettuce and tomatoes stuffed inside a giant pizza dough, resulting in about 3 edible bites of the one half I did eat after I took about a pound of pizza dough off because I was starving. The $22 deep dish pizza was again all dough with a couple pieces of pepperoni amd sausage scattered on it. Nancy's it is for me from now on, too bad.

Well very blah pizza. What do you expect from a franchise? Well the salad was ok but the dressing comes in a package.....yuck. Kind of lazy for an Italian restaurant to not make a vinaigrette but they give you packages of Ken's. Also ordered a pizza half sausage half pepperoni. Easy enough right? Why do I have pieces with both sausage and pepperoni on them?

This place should get 5 stars by everyone just based on their effing delicous pizza lol but i must give them a 4 due to the fact that i normally order from the saint charles one off kirk and their mozz beef is delicious and cheese fries even more so. But when i ordered from this batavia location (since i was at work) i ordered the same thing mozz beef with cheese fries. And the beef was average. Definetly not bad. But the stc location has a better beef. Also... The fries were ok. BUT the cheese sauce tasted more like chemicals than cheese. To be honest it tastes like the same cheese sauce "beef shack" uses and its definetly not something i would order again. But besides that, the best pizza around and great delivery times just watch out for the alien cheese sauce! Lol

They delivered the wrong pizza. When we called to inform them, manager was very rude and stated it was our mistake. Needless to say we will never order from them again after being treated like that.

Ordered a pizza and there was a chewed piece of gum stuck on the top of the pizza box. Called and we told them and was told "I will talk to the girls." I will never order again even though they are walking distance.

My husband LOVES Rosati's. Everytime we visit IL we make a trip here. Before becoming a vegan we would get their italian beef pizza with black olives. Real cheesy, real good. They make a great thin crust pizza too!

It's too bad I don't live near this Rosati's anymore. This Rosati's delivered fast and never messed up an order. I know the guys who work here and that is not why I'm giving it a 5 star review. They take care of everybody even with special request that could seam complicated. If you live in this area I highly suggest ordering from here.
