What is up with places charging so much for toppings?? A build your own sundae comes with two toppings but if you choose nuts as your topping they charge you an extra buck?? Five bucks for a sundae half the size as baskin robbins and custard almost feels warm, no thanks, not impressed. I've eaten here before, too, and I'm just not incredibly impressed. It's not AWFUL, but it's not something I would make a point to eat, unless someone else was paying and insisted on eating here.

The service I had on June 8th was beyond terrible. I waited 30 minutes for my food and made me late for lunch with no warning or apology from the manager about the 30 minute wait time. I loved Culvers and after this I will never go back. I used to visit this store about twice a week because they were so close to my job. The staff is friendly but the owner / manager is completely unacceptable and rude. You lost a customer

I'm already a Culver's fan. This location raises the bar. I'm a fan. I ordered a Butterburger with cheddar, which is fatteningly delicious. I skipped the fries to save room for a vanilla custard. Creamy and not too cold, just the way I like it! The staff is very friendly and helpful. A little too helpful. The new cashier apologized profusely for accidentally charging me for toppings. I repeatedly told him that it was fine, but he kept trying to make it right. Awkward. Coming back soon!

I love this location definitely one of the cleanest ones that I have been to. The local kids work there and they are always polite. I am a fan of the stuffed green peppers soup and chili. They also have a 2 pc chicken dinner where you can pick your sides. I was very happy to discover that after KFC closed over here. They have a pot roast dinner that's tasty too. Go beyond just the burger I love the Buffalo strips, they have a pulled pork sandwich that's real good too and a few fresh salads to choose from. I like the fact that the kids meals are not all burgers and chicken but they also have grilled cheese and corn dogs. NOW they offer apple slices instead of fries. Oh of course and you have to have the custard that's the best part of culvers!

I'd consider a three star review pretty top notch for a Culver's. I'm just not that big of a fan. I have no huge bone to pick with them, I would just never suggest to go eat at one. This one is clean, and had polite staff. What else can you ask for in a fast food restaurant? The food is the same at every store so...yeah, three stars.

Wow this place is even better than Steak N Shake......and I love Steak N Shake. The burger I got was a butter burger with only mayo, ketchup, and mustard....oh and onion. The bun was definitely buttered and it was delectable to say the least. I'm trying to cut back on fast food but Culvers was recommended by locals after I moved from Tampa. The Onion Rings- they were fried perfectly and weren't that cheap batter which is sometimes baked. These babies were piping hot and crispy. The Pepsi- well that can go another direction as I am a coke fan. If they got in some coke products and mountain dew I probably would have given 5 stars......yes, I dew:)

I really like this location. As far as the food goes, it's great. Seriously, you people shuffling over to Burger King or (gah) McDonald's? Give me a break. These burgers leave those places in the dust. This location is always very clean and has friendly workers. Really friendly! One time, I forgot my umbrella and just sucked it up that I was going to get wet getting to my car. Nope! Out of nowhere the manager showed up with an umbrella and walked me to my car! Talk about service. Only complaint is that, occasionally, the drive-through will forget things, so always check before you leave. Other than that, love it here, and the food is great. If you're going to eat fast food, do it here.

Wow, and it takes a bit to get a wow out of me. Having recently heard that the cod sandwich was terrific, I finally broke down and stopped over. With my dog in tow, I pulled up to the drive through and they had milk bones for my dog, wow!!! The girl at the window was super kind and friendly. When I told her it was my first time, she gave me a custard concrete mixer. Another WOW. Something for nothing? Really? Really!!!! The dog and I thought it was outstanding. The fish sandwich was all it was cracked up to be and then some. Fresh soft bread with a tender flaky fish filet. Not all batter like most places. Fast food done right, I'm impressed.

I don't eat fast food often, in fact I usually stay away from it, but on occasion I have visited this Culver's because it is so close to me I could literally walk there. And while I do not have a 'sweet tooth' (thankfully) or crave ice cream like I crave pizza....I will once in a blue moon have a taste for it, and they serve some excellent custard here! (I'd rather have gelato in Italy but I do not have a private jet at the moment). yes Culver's does have really yummy frozen custard.. A few weeks ago a friend mentioned peach ice cream...and I replied "gee, I don't think I've ever had peach ice cream before? but that sure does sound refreshing and tasty...lets get some!" Apparently some brands carry this at grocery stores, but every store I checked didn't have it. Yes, I was bummed....and when I have a taste for something, you better believe I'm on a mission to find it!! Decided to check Culver's flavor of the day & noticed they had Georgia Peach later that week! My eyeballs popped out of my head! I immediately told my friend!!! This had made my day!!! I marked my calendar and walked over to Culver's...super excited!!! (it's the little things in life that make me happy..) Bought a pint for my friend & I to share, got home - grabbed a scoop...and waa..waa...waa....just like that...my Georgia peach ice cream experience was shattered... no peach flavor at all!!!!! yes there were nice pieces of what appeared to be peach in the custard, but it didn't taste like peach!!!!!!! Nada, nothing...all I could taste was vanilla custard :( Shame on you Culver's! for not delivering on your 'flavor of the day' and hence ruining mine. Aside from their ice cream - I will say that I have tried their butter burger & it's O.K. I realize many peeps are a fan of this, I just felt gross after eating it..probably all the butter and sodium, its a better quality burger for a fast food joint for sure, but my taste buds weren't exploding or anything...(definitely a better choice than mcd or bk). Cheese curds are great too, especially if your a cheese freak like me. The fried chicken here on the other hand is WONDERFUL! If your in the mood for some light (not greasy), crispy, tender, super fresh, good quality chicken, and want it fast - don't go to KFC....(that stuff has given me migranes in the past - its loaded with tons of sodium - its true AND you may end up eating a rat instead...think about that for awhile.....). try the chicken at Culver's.....I was super duper impressed - its very meaty & was hot off the fryer - this was some damn good chicken!!!! In addition they offer some other 'more homey' food choices such as pot roast, prime rib & reuben sammies, soups, & salads to name a few (I have not tried these, but they look good!). They also have a yearly summer 'car show' featuring various 'car candy' for your eyes.. (I thoroughly enjoy attending this and checking out all the classics & hot rods). This place is really clean, the employees are always really friendly and helpful and you get that good customer service you don't normally find at fast food places. Stay classy Culvers...

Butter burgers.......enough said! Crinkled fries cooked nice and crispy. The vanilla custard is great too. All three of my recent visits they brewed a fresh pot of coffee for us too! They need to bring this chain to the east coast

Culvers, the home of the famous butter burger. This location is clean and open. Ordered the deluxe butter burger and onion rings. Burger tasted fresh and rings were also good. Will return when I need a quick burger fix.

This particular Culver's isn't like the other Culver's I've been to. The food tastes different, and the people working there are seemingly clueless about everything. One young woman who took my order overcharged me $2.23. Good thing I caught it and brought it up to her. However, when she was about to rectify this, she had no clue what was to blame, despite the fact I specifically pointed out the charges to her on the receipt. The manager was called and gave me the 2 bucks back. Will not come here again.

Personally I am a Culver's fan. This location has good customer service, fast and friendly. I do think some menu items are a bit steep for what it is (custard/sundaes). The quality of food is there, it's not greasy, chicken is real chicken and not pink slime you get at McD's, and there are options for everyone in your party. My other gripe is the coke always tastes weird, like a that's disgusting and disturbing way. I'll be back for my curds and turtle soon.

I go here maybe once a month and I always have the fried Walleye dinner or the North A Cod or the North Atlantic Cod. I actually like the dinners and the service is pretty good for a fas.t food place. This time I did once however that the price went up. The dinner was $12 and some change and that did not even include a drink for a 2 peice. WOW! For fast food that is expensive. They threw in the drink for free after I made that "are you serious?" look. If the prices stay that high, I might have to cut back on my visits here.

Yes, it's a Culver's. But understand that I hardly ever go to chain fast-food places. I mean, I haven't been inside a McDonald's or BK in at least 6 years. I like Culver's, though. They have a great selection of sandwiches beyond the ordinary, the butterburgers are tasty, they have actual dinners (like fish and meatloaf) and the custard... oh, the custard. On our most recent trip, I was hungry for some fish, so I went with the cod sandwich. Super tasty! Perfectly fried, soft bread-like bun with just enough tartar sauce and some pickles on the side. Really hit the spot, and a big step above pretty much every other fast food fish sandwich. And it's true -- the people working there are generally very friendly and happy and helpful. Yay Culver's.

I was never a huge fan of this place but we tried it last night and it was so good. Not to greasy and more then enough food. My only issue was the price is kinda high

I hardly eat out at fast food restaurants but the only two and last two times I've been here they didn't get my order right, in the drive thru, and I've had to drive back to get what was missing from the order. They've been good about it, but isn't that their job to check orders?! Just a word of advice check your order every time, especially if you've went through the drive thru. All said and done, I've had better!

Great food and hospitality but don't expect the teenage cashiers to get your order right. This just ruins the dining experience

Our family (4 y/o twin girls & 6 y/o daughter) love choosing this place over the other fast food chains. Meals are fresh, optional healthy sides, and a free scoopie ice cream with every kids meal!

I'd seen them talk about their butterburgers on commercials so I was curious to see if it was any good. I was a bit disappointed, there really wasn't anything special about it. I did like the frozen custard, which was really creamy and tasty. I would have given it 2 stars because of the so-so burger, but the service was amazing - they bring your food to the table and they have genuinely friendly and happy people bringing out the food.
