World class pizza it isn't but it's pretty decent for Silver Valley fare. The restaurant is pretty run down and filthy, service is decent. There was no salad bar when we were there. They did have ice cream but we're out of most favors. For the price we were satisfied with our pizzas and drinks. If you can take your food outside and sit by the street, better atmosphere.

So it's not the most friendly staff. They made us wait a most 5 minutes to order even though there were only 3 other people in the place. You order at the counter and then take a seat and they will bring food to you. They have coke products and a salad bar. The salad bar is very basic (nothing fancy) but it's nice crisp, cold lettuce. The pizza wasn't too shabby. Lots of good meat and goey cheese. I personally love thin crust and this was regular crust but still good. I don't think you can chooses crust type. The only thing that makes me sour is the staff leaves a lot to be desired with their attention to customers. Some of it is just common courtesy.

I thought the pizza was pretty ok for the place. Doesn't look like much, one staff member was awesome and friendly, the other not so much. We lucked out that they had the same pizza we ordered already made (from a previous order) so it didn't take long for our pizza to be ready. Another group that had arrived before us was still waiting for their pizza when we left.

Arrived at 6:30, it was fully staffed 5 people in the kitchen and got are order in right away. We got fountain drinks and sat down, and waited and waited and waited 40 min! For a x-large pizza. Most of the people in the kitchen were standing around. The pizza finally came nice and hot. The pizza was horrid, the cheese was rubbery and gross, the sauce had no seasoning, the dough was flat, crust also horrible. Worst pizza ever. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!

Super yummy calzone! A large was big enough to split between two hungry (just biked 30mi) adults!!! Guy working the front was AWESOME!! Great personality! The food was definitely fresh! We saw him making the dough! He listened! When I said extra mushroom, he delivered! :-)

we had a pizza delivered. first time doing this since moving to the area. not having a menu to go off of the person on the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. pizza arrived 30 min later. delivery driver found us easily. pizza was still hot and very delicious. my husband said "we'll be doing this again."

The hours on the door state that they are open until 8pm. We walked in at 7:08pm, and were promptly told that they were only doing "to-go" orders at that time. A pizza takes 10 minutes to bake, which would have left over 40 minutes for us to eat. Seems reasonable in my mind. We were just passing through, so we didn't have anywhere to "go" to. It was a blessing in disguise, as it was about 85 degrees inside their store. We walked down the street and ate at The Smoke House, which was 10 times better! A few minutes after we sat down a table of 3 sat next to us. I was airing my disbelief of the lousy business practices of Pizza Factory when one of the people at the table next to us told us that they too had been turned away. They had even called in advance and told closing time was 8pm, and were not advised that after 7pm only "to go" orders would be honored. They turned down the business of 7 people that night, plus any chance that I will ever go back to such a poorly run business.

This is the worst pizza I think I've ever had. The cheese is awful. IDK, but when you bite into a slice of pizza, the cheese behind where you bite should not come with it. It reminds me of high school pizza. My hangover now feels worse, not better. There must have been about 5mm of cheese. Disgusting. The only positive is that I'm using their wi-fi right now.

Wallace, Idaho. The land of ice and snow. We, the CleanMPG team, arrived here after 3 days of driving and no real meals aside from Subway and McDonald's. Ice had developed on the roads, so we decided to take a break for a hot meal. Pizza Factory was one of the few places that was open a few days before Thanksgiving. The restaurant was sparse, and the salad bar looked kind of sad. Justin, Wayne, and myself each ordered a pasta dish, then we grabbed a seat. I watched the staff make our food in the back, and while the sauce came out of a huge plastic jar, it wasn't that bad. I ordered the spaghetti with meat balls which was covered in mozzarella cheese. The sauce was tomato-y and very basic. Nothing spicy, nothing herby, just plain. I added about 1/2 a cup (no joke) of red pepper flakes to mine, and that turned it into something hot, spicy, and delicious. For something that came out of a jar and frozen meatballs, this wasn't bad. In fact, compared to all the junk we had been eating for several days, this was mighty awesome. This is terrible pizza and terrible service. The bathrooms are filthy, the staff is rude. We ordered ravioli as well, but it was never served, so we can't review it. The salad bar was full of packaged old junk.
