For a restaurant in this price range Knotty Pine is an excellent choice. When we are in town we usually get to Knotty Pine once a week. Most entrees are under $15. For an appetizer you really need to try the smoked buffalo wings. That is right they smoke their wings and then they "Buffalo Them" and they are the best. Entrees, the Meatloaf, Fried Chicken and Baby Back Ribs are all excellent choices. The burgers both beef and bison are also really good. One of our favorite restaurants in the Teton Valley.

We stopped in after a beautiful day riding on the bike. Was a rather dark and dated old supper club like in the old days...we shared a large meat combo plate with ribs, brisket and burnt ends, Mac and cheese and onion rings. We were warned of the hot BBQ sauce, it was not hot by any means but it did add some flavor to the blah meat. The 'wonderful' Mac and cheese was just a watered down mess....We'll try one more time but won't be in too big of a hurry to go back.

We held a 30 person event here and the food and staff were awesome! Great ribs, pulled pork, chicken, berry pie! Everything was perfect. Hope to come again.

Great drinks and service. The food was excellent especially after a long day of fishing. The atmosphere is inviting and a bit nicer than some of the other restaurants we visited around Victor. The menu includes specialty salads, steaks, BBQ, and burgers. The waitress worked with me to accommodate my gluten free diet.

As a tour manager for a nationally touring band, I have to say that this is one of the most welcoming places in the country. The staff is professional and helpful beyond their job description, the food is AMAZING (we had the rack of ribs, meatloaf, steak, potatoes, veggies...and mojitos) and Brice is one of the most top notch guys around. We're grateful for this beautiful town full of awesome folks and are always happy when we are able to come up. Thanks, KP!

Fried chicken and Bloody Mary was spot on. Ladies room was discussing! When I mentioned this to my waitress she said it has been like that a couple of years and should maybe be addressed.

Amazing service. My burger was cooked to perfection, bacon was seriously an inch thick and their home made fries are wonderful dipped in their ranch dressing.

A recent trip to fish the Henry's Fork landed us at the Knotty several times that week. Great friendly staff, funny locals, and outstanding food. Get the meatloaf and tell Steph and Squirrel I said hello!

This turned out to be a good place to hang out, get beer and pretty good food, and get good backcountry beta from the locals. I agree with other comments that the kitchen puts out better food than you'd expect from the place's appearance.

So we come out to ski Targhee a couple of times a year - and the first place we always hit is the Knotty Pine - The food is great and it has a "real" feel that makes me feel welcome whether I'm with the kids or on the guys trip. The large meat plate is my fav with burnt ends and the baked beans and fries....not as healthy as a should eat but hey I'm always on vacation. I think we've had about everything on the menu and you really can't go wrong - The food seems to be all homemade with more care than you would think in a place that looks like a bar at first glance. Listen to the specials because they are usually great! Enjoy NEW REVIEW... OK - so not sure what happened but tried it twice this year and both times I was so disappointed that I needed to add on to this. Not sure if ownership changed or what happened, but the food has gone down hill....won't be going back - too bad it was a great place once.

First off I live around the corner. I understand I look young but I'm 25. I went there and showed them my iD and they let me in. However when I went outside and tried to get back in I had left my ID at the bar. The bouncer followed me to the bar to show him it. That was fine. It was the thinking my ID was a fake and how he treated me like a criminal that I did not appreciate. To think I live on the same block and this place will employ people who treat me like less then a human being is ridiculous. I was appalled. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Food is pretty good. Variety of BBQ fare. I might rate it higher, and go more often, but food can be inconsistent. One day it's mouth watering, the next, just protein. It's a local dive spot with bands occasionally. Can be very busy, when it is, service suffers. Worth checking out though.

Meh. Pretty reasonably priced. Pulled pork or brisket sandwhich is 9 bucks and you get a mountain of fries. The sandwhiches had a bit of fat and not a ton of flavor. Alice's meatloaf was 4 star worthy.

Great dive place to stop and grab a beer in a laid back environment and have pretty ok food. Servings are large and you won't leave hungry. I recommend the BBQ dishes. After a long day fishing on the lake this was a perfect end to a great day.

Excellent selection of BBQ and comfort food at the Knotty Pine, and usually some good entertainment and conversation too! The service was great, and the food was just what we were looking for, a hearty meal that would stick to your ribs. They often have live music on weekends and holidays which is usually pretty good, and in the summer they put on concerts outside for free. The beer selection is pretty good, with a couple of local brews on tap last time we went and most of the usual suspects. Will be returning for sure.

so the deal is you wont find a better bar b Q for miles and miles.. the beans is how i rate a barbq and this place rocks!! the bar mixes great cocktails with fresh squeezed juice
