Not the best Wendy's location, but definitely not the worst I've visited. My orders have been correct, and delivered by a friendly staff.

If you are looking for the world's slowest drive through service, then look no further. Everything I give this place the benefit of the doubt, it continues to disappoint. I could actually Get off exit 322 drive past the Wendy's on my way to Arctic Circle get my food and come back to pass Wendy's and get back on the freeway faster than to sit through Wendy's drive-through line. So disappointing!

Went to Wendys to get a baked potato, one of the few fast food joints you can get one....except no, they said they were out of them. I said this is Idaho how can you be out of potatoes, they offered me a raw one. Can you believe it. Blah.

This places customer service is terrible!!!! Manager Caleb should be fired! We waited in line for 10 minutes as he would just walk by and not take any orders to help his busy workers!

We have eaten here many times, but recently we ate here and again this weekend. The last two times have been anything but positive. The employees were poorly trained and disorganized. The manager was customer-friendly and trying to run a tight ship, but the employees did not match his enthusiasm. We got three chicken sandwiches, rather than 3 wraps. We noted the error and the employees were not quick to suggest a solution (replacing them) and we were in a hurry and thus were not willing to wait around to push the issue. The fries were VERY greasy and salted to the point that we had to wipe them off to eat them. We asked for extra mayonnaise and the was one little bit placed on part of the bun (not even the whole bun had mayonnaise on it. The clerk did not greet us, nor seem attentive to our needs. We had to repeat ourselves more than once and correct her twice as they put things together for us. They need to re-look at their employees and train them before I will go again. I am always willing to give someone a second chance, but this was twice in a row.
