First off, I love coffee & espresso. My favorite caffeinated drink to date is an Horchata Latte at a coffee shop in Los Angeles. BUT Java's Bowl of Soul might top it. It's so freaken good! My friend told me it's a mixture of espresso, coffee, and hot chocolate and alot of darn good spices. I said no to the whipped cream but don't do that!! Their homemade whipped cream is so thick & flavorful. It also doesn't melt in your drink right away. I'm only in town for a few days but I'm definitely going to go back at least two more times :)

Best coffee and customer service!!! Locations in Hailey and Ketchum, Sun Valley, ID area. Yummy muffins, steel cut oatmeal and more... Mexican Hot Chocolates and Bowl of Soul are our favorites!!! Must try!!! Awesome!!!!

Let's just start by saying that I LOVE coffee. I am from Dallas, Tx, but in Hailey visiting my in-laws. The caffeine deprived headache was setting in when they recommended Java. I was quickly on my way. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. Great atmosphere and very friendly barista. I spotted the HUGE cookies, banana bread, and zucchini bread immediately. They all looked AMAZING. Haven't tried them yet, but I am in town for a few more days... there is still time. I ordered an iced sugar free vanilla caramel skinny latte. YUM. Starbucks has nothing on this place. My husband, Jared, ordered the bowl of soul. OMMMGEE. SO good. It was the prefect mixture of cinnamon and chocolate and out of this world yumminess. I've never tasted anything like it. Can I take this place back to Dallas with me!?
