One of the best meals we've had in Easter Idaho. Super excellent service too! My husband and I split a Spiderman roll and it was absolutely phenomenal. Seriously. I got the bibimbap with tofu instead of beef and it was very very delicious. Their homemade kimchi and daikon are super great sides and complemented the bibimbap perfectly. We finish the meal with green tea mochi. *le sigh of happiness*

I had the bibimbap in a rock pot. I highly recommend this. Absolutely delicious. It came with miso soup, and an assortment of Korean vegetable sides, including kimchi. More than filling, and so good that you keep eating even after you are full. Possible to be split between two people. The restaurant was nice, and service was prompt. My meal was well worth the price.

This place throws it down! We have visited a number of times. Always get something different and have never been disappointed. The miso soup is very tasty. Not bland at all. I thought it was a bit salty but, I don't have a high tolerance for salt at all. Husband loved it along with my younget. The kids menu is extremely limited. You can choose between Teriyaki Chicken or beef bento boxes. The portion is huge! We had the girls share it and we still got to nibble off of it. Each girl liked and disliked different things. I tried a sushi lunch special. The spicy California roll. I got two full rolls! Had to have the hubs help me finish it. For a restaurant far away from any fresh sea food it tasted surprisingly fresh. I would try any of their speciality rolls the next time I go. The placr is nice and clean and as I've said the food is good.

Stuck to the Korean food there in our first visit, and it was great. Very fresh, way more authentic than you'd expect (er, I'd expext) given the location. Service was friendly and informal, but the food would have fit right in any Korean restaurant in the nation. Recommend the galbi and the pajeon (er, seafood pancake, per the menu). Fair prices to boot.

Fantastic! Had some Japchae (pork) and dolsot bibimbap both were very good. For desert we had a banana sushi roll (can't find it in the online menu) it was great. Service was excellent and the miso soup was some of the best I've ever had. When we first saw the sign advertising sushi and Korean we thought best to stay away but a local gave a solid recommendation and I'm glad we listened.

In the midst of a 9-days road trip to tour the great national parks, this was a very welcome respite from the steady diet of steaks, chicken and burgers. SETTING: Charming I think this cozy place used to be a floor store. You can still see the hardwood samples under your feet with their names on them. They do not have grill tops at the table, but that was fine with us. FOOD: Awesome The ghalbi (short ribs), presented on a sizzling platter, was a good balance of fat and lean. Tender and well marinated, the slightly sweet flavor was a wonderful compliment to the spicy tofu stew that we also ordered. Bubbling like a happy volcano, the stew/soup was remarkably flavorful. In spite of being in the middle of Idaho (Nothing against this lovely state, but it's not exactly a hot bed of asian cuisine. Where do they even find tofu this fresh?), the quality of the food is on par with any good Korean restaurant in the San Francisco Bay Area. SERVICE: Awesome The daughter, who waited on us, made wonderful and sincere recommendations while Mom rocked the kitchen. Service was warm and friendly in this adorable family run establishment. I think they will do gang-buster business in the winter when the hearty menu will thaw tourists, as well as the locals.

Why did I wait so long to try Korean food? If this place is representative of all Korean restaurants, I have a new favorite cuisine. It's healthy, so tasty, and fresh. The staff at Seoul were very friendly & attentive. They made our lunch experience quite pleasant. We will return frequently!!!

Korean food in Eastern Idaho ... at last! The Seoul Restaurant fills a much needed niche in the regional food scene. Authentic dishes with distinctive flavors give this place its a unique dining experience. The bulgogi is great and I wonderful dish to get newbies started. The seasoned ribeye is marinated in a fantastic Asian BBQ sauce and served with a bowl of rice. The jombong is a delicious soup with an assortment of shrimp, shellfish, veggies, and rice noodles in a spicy broth (not too spicy). All meals come with an assortment of 4 tasty appetizers like kimchi and pickled radish. With so many great eateries in Driggs, the Seoul Restaurant is distinctive new option that is definitely worth a try.

Best Korean restaurant i've had so far in all of Idaho, hands down. chatted a bit with the manager lady and found out she's originally from in , which is a good sign because you don't want unauthentic places like those Japanese shops run by Chinese Mainlanders. her daughter, or so i believe it is, is very friendly, i was ordering take out and she offered us a drink anyway. we went for my celebration of passing my board exam and we ordered the and . only complain i had was that i wish they had cooked with more if any at all because i was craving the kick.

Went here on the way back to Jackson from Yellowstone. Good Korean food is fairly easy to find at home in Honolulu so, in that context, this place was nothing spectacular but considering it's located in Driggs, IDAHO (population 2000), it was totally AMAZING! I was told that this is 1 of only 2 Korean restaurants in all of Idaho. Having sushi on the menu kind of takes away from the authenticity of the restaurant but the Korean dishes were legit. We ordered the typical dishes - bibimbap, galbi, and bulgogi. They were all good and were supplemented by a variety of home made kimchi (the owner makes them herself, as opposed to bringing them in from elsewhere) which we ate almost all of. My family was stoked to have a real Asian meal with sticky white rice especially since it was so unexpected!

Great little Korean gem with sushi! We got take out but the inside was very nice and open. Much nicer than you would expect from the outside. I had the bibimbap and my husband had sushi. Both were very tasty and reasonably priced. Looking forward to trying this place again in the future!

We arrived there late at night around 9:15, not too much people there, but all the dishes we ordered are exceptional. Kimchi soup, dolsot bibimbap and stir fired squid are all good. I am a dolsot bibimbap lover, this one is definitely one of best I have tried.

Having heard from friends that the food was good at Seoul, four of us stopped by for dinner and we were all very happy that we did. The service was excellent as the waiter gave us some great suggestions for appetizers and entrees. The appetizers were excellent especially something they called Renee's Chips which were fried seaweed chips topped with tiny little shrimps and green onions, they were excellent. Everyone in our party agreed that Seoul was excellent and that it deserves five stars.

My first ever Korean food and I'm sold. Great flavors and spices. The Bibimbap rocks! The house made kimchi is wonderful. The owner is a very pleasant native Korean and was a delight to speak with. This is the real deal...Give Seoul a try.

Authentic Korean food just like in Los Angeles, California. Yum! The sides dishes were spicy with heat but not overly hot, except for the jalapeño dish. It was pretty spicy hot. ordered sizzling beef ribs and pork tofu egg stew in the hot stone bowl. Very happy my gf and I stopped by. The service was great and attentive! Awesome to find variety when traveling. Btw, I like the wood floors, it showcases a variety of hardwoods and names. Its probably because the prior space was a wood resaler or something, anyways it was interesting.

great service and great food. Live music during a meal was by far the best part you aren't able to see that much around a little town like driggs.

Went here for sushi because the sushi chef was previously at another restaurant (that served amazing sushi/sashimi. As soon as our food arrived I said, "looks like it's been frozen!" My husband and I popped a piece of yellowtail in our mouths and at the same time about gagged. The fish was STILL frozen. Ice crystals we unpleasant texture for sushi. I am sure they are trying to save money by freezing their sushi, but they should have at least defrosted before serving. They lost my business forever.
