Awesome! I have loved this restaurant since the days when it were still a small order only. With the buffet now it's even better. The lunch buffet is a really good value, probably the best in the city. For under 8 bucks there are so many choices for lunch, plus dessert and ice-cream! I've been to some of the other lunch buffets around town and they charge about $1-3 more than Canton and has 1/3 of the selection so I'd say this is the real bang for your buck. There are still lunch specials too for those who don't each much or just want something cheaper. Not to mention they still have the original menu as well which hasn't changed one bit! The dinner buffet has seafood like shrimp, clams, and the best crab legs in the valley every night! Everything is always fresh and delicious. They have come a long ways from their old location but have stuck to the authentic and original taste and menu thanks to the awesome owners! I whole-heartedly recommend this place to everyone who wants a quality buffet with lots to choose from, and of course for those who just want to eat from the menu or do take-out, this is the place for you. You can't go wrong with the Canton. :)

Brit hubby is over the moon about the sweet & sour pork here. We had delivery at our hotel last week on the way to Boise and now had to stop once more before returning to Arkansas. I usually avoid buffets but here I have found a nice selection to choose from. Ok, yes, there is pudding from a can and jelly cubes - eyeing those for my dessert run. But even at 3 in the afternoon there are fresh authentic dishes to sample. The steamed rice is nice and fresh. Bring the kids - there are plenty of other types of food for picky eaters. And check my pix for a surprise!

This place was better when it was a small order only place. I think the buffet has kinda killed the quality of the food. Not saying that the food is bad but it's just kinda all the same nothing special. All the food tastes the same. Not a bad place but not horrible either.

I really miss the old Canton. I used to eat there at least 3-4 times a month when they were in their old location. I'm sure they're doing better business with the buffet, but it just isn't the same...and as a result I don't eat there all that often. Not that there's anything wrong with it. It's functional buffet Chinese. But that's all it is. Whereas before it was by far the best Chinese in the area. The major loss is the handmade spring rolls that used to come with the lunch specials. Now they have pre-made. Actually I haven't ordered off menu in quite a while. I'll try it again soon and see if that's better. As for the buffet. Ehhh...it is what it is. But unfortunately...it ain't what it used to be.

The staff is amazing and very friendly. Their buffet was fresh and was delicious with a variety of options. I would recommend this place to anyone.

So it wasn't the best Chinese food I ever have had, but it surely wasn't the worst. It's not a very big place, and when we arrived, there was just one other group of people besides us. It did get very busy as we finished our meal. I can't speak for the other places in town serving the same cuisine, but you will at least get a decent meal here if you decide to try it. If you order take-out, you actually pick it up through a drive-thru window. This building used to be some other fast food business in it's former life.
