OMG what a fun spot! Of course the burgers are wonderful but the Reuben, salads, walleye Friday, the beer, and the great attitude add up to my favorite spot in the Wood River Valley.

Best place in town for a burger and brew. Other menu items are also very good, even the salads, which is not what one expects from Pub food. The chicken wings I might add are excellent! I take an annual fly fishing holiday to the Wood River valley and when I get off the river, usually quite late, I know there is a brew and some excellent food waiting for me here. The owners are great people and the service is immediate and friendly. One last thing, the non indoor smoking makes it enjoyable for all!

We've been going to Mahoney's for years because it's convenient, and the burgers are decent. We went for dinner a couple of nights ago with our daughter, and another couple. The manager (?owner) saw my daughter taking a sip of beer, and rushed over demanding to see her ID, which I had no problem with. My problem was with how incredibly rude he was to her when we realized that she had left it at home. She produced a picture of it on her phone, not because she wanted a drink, but because she wanted him to know that she really is 21 and wasn't trying to cheat. He was again EXTREMELY rude to both my daughter and our friend. When my daughters left he went out of his way to yell "Good Night" in a sarcastic way. My daughter was mortified, and we will never go back. What ever happened to treating customers nicely???? p.s. except for the burgers, the food is sub-mediocre

I've been to Mahoney's for years and tonight was the worst night that I'll never go back. I just couldnt' believe what I was seeing. First of all I order an sandwiches with chips. I ate almost all of the sandwiches but the chips. There were four of us eating there and four of us were playing the hunter game taking turn and going back to table to eat the rest while we were watching other player taking turn playing. When it was my turn up to play and resume back to my sit, I asked my friend, hey where's my dinner? Well I guess the waiter took my place away with only 1/3 sandwiches left that i didn't finish and plus full of pototao chip was taken away without even asking me if I was done eating or not. Well, I was upset the the waiter took my meal without my permission and didn't even apolpy to me. We all left in a hurry cause everyone was upset. Never again I'm eating there. I'm 43 years old from NEW YORK CITY and never, ever anyone took my plate away with out asking. So Mahoney's is a thumb down. Be sure to stay with your meal and don't leave otherwise it'll be gone before you even finsih eatting. I've been living in the Blaine county for over 12 years and this is my first time it ever happen. Beware of Andrew whos' the one who serve the food and now he's saying he'll give me a free meal. That's not the point. This never should ever happen in the first place. Period.

Oh Juicy Lucy you really are the one ... that and your delicious Bloody Marys cure my what feels like an incurable hangover every time. The way the melted cheese oozes out of the burger patty, and the grilled onions atop. Mmmmm. This is a fun, laid-back, non-smoking neighborhood bar that servers burgers, chicken, sandwiches, etc ... It's a great neighborhood hangout where you know you'll see all your friend and have a good time, every time.
