Great place to eat. I love the salads, burgers, chicken, and steaks. They are known for the prime rib. That is my favorite at Billmans. Have you ever had an Iron Port and Cherry - ask for that drink - my personal favorite. They have a great atmosphere. This is not like Jaker's or Sandpiper - so don't expect that. It is a casual steak house and has great food. Great for Families and large groups. They are especially good at accommodating large groups. If your looking for a great time, good food, and a let loose atmosphere this is the place. I like the events they put on which is different than every lame place in town. If you are looking for a night life this is it. Any way - go check it out - try the French Dip or a Steak that is why it is a steak house - they specialize in great steaks. Try it out and you will know why our family like it - in addition to the fresh fries and specialty drinks.

Overpriced food compared to other steakhouses in the area. Poor service, poor ambiance and lackluster taste. The fries are about the only thing worth eating. Burger tasted funky and was super dry. Warning, if you get anything breaded then the breading is all you will taste.

Food was great. Had the sirloin and shrimp and husband had the rib eye. Cooked excellent. Only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is the atmosphere. Feels like a mom and pop cafe rather than a steakhouse.

I've read the negative reviews on here and I must disagree, they have obviously made some changes at the restaurant. Our food was amazing, my steak was seasoned very well, and cooked just right. my bf ordered the cod and it was crunchy the way it should be. Our server Deidra ( I hope I have her name correct) was awesome, great personality, very attentive and she was training someone new. Overall our experience was fantastic, I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family and look forward to going back.

Great atmosphere and great food. We showed up and got to listen to some live music they have certain Friday nights each month. Our waitress was from Chicago and she was simply the nicest person ever. Food took a little while but it was great when it arrived. Thanks for everything.

I'm a repeat customer. Good steak, cooked right each time I go. I also recommend the dump truck appetizer (but only if your in the mood for deep fried food). Beer is bottled only (no tap). I prefer tap. The one time I waited for a table, the staff was very poor about setting expectations. We were told 15 minutes, then waited for 30+. The staff seemed to avoid us. Other than that time they have been okay. The physical place feels pretty cramped and bright. White drop ceiling tiles. Wooden tables with cattle brands. Not much privacy with no booths. 5 stars on the prime ribs and steak that I've had. 3 stars on service. 2 stars on ambiance. I have not been in the back where the Friday night I entertainment is. So I can't comment on that. Overall 4 stars because I like the prime rib and steaks

I love this place! I always get the French dip, and its heaven in your mouth. I've had French Dip at other restaurants in Idaho Falls and they all fall short. The beef is cut real thin, the bread tastes fesh its toasty a really nice French bread. The au jus is a perfect beef flavor, not too oily or salty like some others. If you like onions and muahrooms you'll llove theirs with this sandwich, I don't like mine with Swiss, because I don't like swiss, but you have it anyway you want it! Its good!

Me and my former eating partner will also rate this place as a one star. TERRIBLE! My pulled pork sandwich was like a sloppy joe. The buns were DRENCHED and soggy (ew). My bf (at the time) had ordered the ribs I believe and they had no sauce or flavor. Talk about disgusting! He couldn't even finish them and was still hungry. AND he spent a fortune! No bueno!
