Passing through Oskaloosa and Tasos was recommended. Good choice. Highly recommend this restaurant in quaint downtown Oskaloosa. Friendly and courteous service. You will not be disappointed.

3.5 the menu is a little bit of everything. Steak is average nothing standout about it. Broasted chicken is good, takes awhile to prepare. Pizza is really good prolly their best item. Good place to take a group in southern Iowa since the menu is large.

...down in Osky for work and was told to try this place. asked for coffee and a corned beef and swiss w/ fries. the server was pleasant, the coffee was good, and the sammich delightful. nice pile o' meat-n-cheese on toasty rye bread, hot crisp-ish fries, and a dill spear. coarse ground brown mustard (w/ horse radish!) would have been nice... was this a 'memorable dining experience for the ages'? no, it was lunch, a very nice lunch in a little town in southern Iowa.

The menu all over the place. They are a jack-of-all trades and a master of none. Service is good, food is not memorable.

Always good, nice staff, my favorites are the chicken and grilled shrimp, apple sauce & cottage cheese. Two large specialty (tons of toppings) pizzas cost $50, that's definitely the most expensive pizza I've ever bought, but it's also one of the best.

We eat there about once a week. The food is solid Midwestern fare. Good variety, well priced, always tasty with good table service. If you want to eat good Midwestern food try this one.
