I love JJ's but I just had an UNBELIEVABLE. encounter with the absolute worst customer service. I called at ten to ten and the y took my order but then said you know we close at ten. I told them I didn't know and wondered if he was taking my order or not. He told me he was just being polite! I said no I think your being rude and I was told I was the one being rude and do I want the sandwiches or not! I told him no and I will talk to the manager tomorrow and he said he IS the manager. Lets hope not. Don't take my order if your not still "open". He was irritable and rude from the get go. Real JERK!
