I went to Bills by boat. I have been there before a few times in the past and the food was pretty good but a higher price place for the quality of service and food to take advantage of the boat traffic. Getting a drink when you first get there has always been a wait even when there are just a few patrons in the establishment. Tonight I have really nothing good to say about the service, surroundings, or the food. We ordered the wing basket for 12.50 which was suppose to have 5 full wings and a fries. We ordered buffalo and honey mustard and French fries. After 20 minutes we got chicken strips with fries! I mentioned to her that we ordered the wing basket. She said she made a mistake and then she took the basket away and then brought back the fries. When she brought the fries back and said they were cooking the wings. I then said we were leaving and would go somewhere else to dine. She still charged me for the drink. I mentioned to her "how could you bring the same fries back out and then make me wait for the wings". She said that " I didn't want you to be hungry while waiting for the wings to cook". I then said to her" why not leave the chicken strips if that was the case". While having a drink after ordering our food. No bartender was available to even ask to turn the television on. I asked the waitress and was told to wait for the bartender. And wait we did.. Never did get the television on.
