This is without a doubt one if my favorite places to grab food, but tonight's service was commendable. I'd rate 6/5 if I could. My girlfriends birthday was today, and she felt like going to noodles and co. But the thing is, it would be family dinner. We're talking 20 people. We called ahead just to warn them, and they set aside and reserved some space for us. A reservation for 20 in a fast good restaurant. We got there and decided to wait until everyone showed up before we started ordering. And they brought us a bunch of sides as appetizers on the house. On the house! On top of that, their service was great as always, despite the heavy workload. Quick and quality. They frequently checked with us to make sure we were enjoying everything, and all that is standard here, not just especially putting on a show for the birthday girl.

Had lunch at Noodles today and as usual it was very good. I even tried something a little different. Normally I would get the pesto capitavi but I decided to try the Alfredo MontAmore. The only thing I really was not crazy about where the chunks of breaded chicken. They were very thin and I personally felt that they did not add anything to the dish. The Alfredo sauce was good but a little water down but the cheese was yummy. My biggest issue with Noodles & Company is their cleanliness. It seems like every time I go there the drinking area is just messy and their tables are never really clean. And this visit was no exception but I'm a little OCD so what bothered me probably would not bother a lot of people. All in all, I know I will go back but I probably will not order the Alfredo MontAmore again.

Upon entering the establishment I was greeted by the staff. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. I ordered a small chicken noodle soup that only took a couple minutes to prepare. I had a choice to eat inside or outside on the patio. Along with a large selection of different types of pasta they also offered a few craft beers as well. The food is delicious and the service remarkable.

I came in with a friend. She ordered the Penne Rosa with NO MUSHROOMS and I ordered the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad with NO CROUTONS. When our food arrived, her pasta was complete with mushrooms, and my salad had croutons mixed into it. Why in God's name is it so hard to look at the frickin' order ticket and make the food accordingly? We weren't trying to be pain in the ass customers, but she doesn't like mushrooms, and I'm on a low-carb diet. One of the workers told me, "I forgot to put cheese on your salad. I'll bring you some right away". Parmesan cheese is an important component to any good Caesar salad, so I waited. And waited. I ended up asking her about the side of cheese, and she smiled and said, "Oh, I forgot". Wow. My friend politely picked out her mushrooms and pushed them to the side of her dish. I started to pick off croutons, until I realized they were mixed into the salad with the dressing and crumbs were throughout. After using my fingers trying to separate the mess, I finally went up front and told them that our orders were messed up. They offered to make us new ones. My friend declined, but I accepted. On a good note: the salad was absolutely delicious. The dressing was pungent and flavorful and the chicken was juicy and tasty. A dynamo Chicken Caesar Salad. I also love the drink machine that has a million options - complete with many low-cal or zero-cal beverages. The prices seemed slightly steep, considering the portions weren't huge - my friend's pasta bowl was smallish. I would come back because the salad was yummy, but was put off from their incompetence. Service needs improvement...

Everything is so good, and customizable. Try the Thai Curry Soup! This place proves that just because a restaurant is a chain doesn't mean their food can't be fresh and exactly what you want!

Stopped in to carbo load for the marathon. Derek helped us with the menu and everyone else was attentive. Food was good healthy and fresh. Great value. My daughters fav place and I was skeptical. Now a believer.

I ate here for the first time and was surprised how fairly priced it was and the pasta I had was great! Definitely a nice place to go sit down for lunch and have a healthy meal. I am going to go back for dinner some time and have a Blonde Ale Beer!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
