There have been several reviews of bad/slow service. Well either they've restaffed, or else I got extremely lucky. Our server was great. Very friendly. Kept our drinks full and got our food out fast. Food itself was delicious. We had quesadillas. I thought the cilantro/corn & black bean salsa topping was really good and flavorful. So were the rice and black beans sides that came with it. One guy got a Tex Mex bowl and he enjoyed that as well. I think if you stick with the Mexican food you can't go wrong. As far as burgers/sandwiches or other non-Mexican food - not sure, never had it here. My theory is to stick to ordering the food that a restaurant specializes in.

I used to be a huge fan of Chili's until I dined at this location. My mother and I decided to stop in on our way to a show. We ordered buffalo wing for our appetizer and she had some fish and I had some new burger that was on the menu. It was a pretty quiet afternoon, so it came as a shock when the wings took a half hour to get to our table. The first few bites of the wings had a strange texture to them, and after tearing them apart, we discovered that the chicken was raw. This ruined both of our appetites pretty quickly. When our entrees arrived, they were cold, as if they had been cooked before the wings and left out. I'm a chef myself, and I dead food when I see it. The soggy sauteed vegetables on my burger rendered it impossible to pick up as the bun fell apart as soon as I picked it up. I almost never complain about food, and I'm not a picky eater. Our server comped the wings, and luckily neither of us got sick from them. I tried contacting them on their website a week after what I'll refer to as "the incident" and they didn't even give me the courtesy of a response. I will never be eating at a Chili's again because of the lack of quality at this location. They're making me give them one star, which I think is too generous.

Came here with a gift card and was disappoints with the service. Ordered a flatbread which was good but it took forced to get our food and I hated the touch screen table top tablet that was not clean to make it so your waiter didn't have to pay attention to you as much. Table was sticky and place needed a little TLC as far as cleaning. But the service of the disappearing act our waiter did was not cool. Took forever just to get a few flatbreads and salads. And our bill so food good, service not so much.

I've been to a Chili's one other time in my life somewhere and don't really remember my experience, so we can count this as my first Chili's experience. It was fairly busy when we ate dinner here as it always is. Everyday driving by the parking lot seems to be packed. It is much less crowded inside than it appears outside. Decor wise, it is pretty much an Applebees layout, nothing too special. The menu is also very similiar to Applebees with more focus on their southwestern dishes. Our server was very friendly and answered our questions about the menu. All the tables also had this electronic devices to look at menu items, pay the bill, or play games. Don't play games unless you want to pay a dollar! We got the Tableside guacamole, Texas cheese fries, half rack of ribs, and chicken and pork fajitas. The latter three items were part of the dinner for $20 deal (sound familiar? Applebee). The tableside guacamole was new, they make the guacamole at your table and you get chips to dip. The guacamole was very good, but not the best I've had. For the Texas cheese fries, it tasted alright, but it definitely was left sitting for some time before being brought to us as the melted cheese was more solid. This appetizer was also brought out with our entrees which was not planned correctly. The ribs and fajitas were both excellent, pretty good for the price! We also got a watermelon lemonade which was refreshing! I would return again, great place!

Oh dear...this place has fallen on hard times..I will most certainly never spend my money here again. Here is why. 1. Showed up at 5.45pm didn't leave till almost 7.30 pm. The kitchen took about an hour to get our food out. We noshed on chips till then. I realize this isn't fast food but seriously? Baru 66's tasting menu comes out faster than this. 2. Our server just didn't care. At one point I had 5 HUGE empty steins in front of me but he never tried to clear them. I had so many empty steins because my family and I were waiting SO long that we were eating salty chips and drowning our thirst and hunger with cheap soda. 3. They are sneaky with the little tablet on the table. they don't tell you anywhere that it costs $3 to use it. 4. The salsa tasted like tomato puree from the can. Its horrible. Here is what I would say, come here if you plan to drink heavily and the passage of time doesn't matter. If all you are going to do is drink and eat cheap chips then this is a great place to be. If you want to have a good meal with the family and have enough time to something else after your meal - STAY AWAY.

This side to be one of our favorites, and has gone downhill. You walk in and are seated right away but wait 20 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge you. Our food came quickly, but our young children's (5 and 2) didn't come for 20 minutes after we got ours. They were starving so we couldn't eat until theirs came, which in turn meant ours was cold. Probably won't go back for a long while. I hope they fix their issues.

Fajitas were great as usual, but the service left a lot to be desired. The waiter brought out food in a reasonable amount of time considering how busy they were. Then we never saw him again for 25 minutes.

A mixed bag of good and NOT so good... We were looking forward to a really good meal on the road after being sickened by KFC the day before. We ended up mostly being disappointed. SERVICE: Right off the bat, the hostess irritated me by wanting my 13 year old daughter and I to sit in the bar instead of the dining room. I don't know why because there were plenty of open tables in both areas. Second, it took 20 minutes for a server to notice us and to greet us. Once we were finally noticed, however, the service was very good. FOOD: The fried pickles were VERY good. I was really impressed by the quality and the flavor of the garlic dill pickles and that they make these in-house. My daughter liked her Pick Two fajitas. The new TNT Burger was pretty gross. I didn't like the combination of flavors. Plus, the burger patty was dry, unseasoned, and way over cooked. My side cup of chilli was okay...pretty boring for a place called Chili's. ZIOSK: Finally, I think the Ziosk wireless menu is pretty stupid. You can look at the menu. But you can only order dessert...not meals or drinks. But you can pay. Oh, and you can play games on the crappy little screen. What's the point? When we were ready to pay, we pushed the "call server" button to see what would happen. The only thing that happened was the red light started to flash on top...no pager or anything like that. Our server never noticed the red light and didn't stop until she was walking by and we flagged her down. Ziosk: a mostly useless gadget. Not all Chili's suck. I've had really good food and service in Minneapolis on more than one occasion. -Daddy Maxx Retro

Usually chilis are pretty good. Not this one. Overlooked steak. Undercooked broccoli. Onion rings with peels on the onions. Not to mention the hour long wait to get it. No thanks. Never again

This place has really gone down hill, not only with food but with service. Our waitress even admitted about forgetting about us.. All I wanted was a refill of my diet root beer but she made it seem like such an inconvenience...

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Absolutely terrible service and horrible food. We waited over an hour for our food and it was cold and half of t wasn't right- a sign the server was just messing around. We complained and only got our appetizers "off" our ticket, even though it was already free. Terrible, terrible place.
