Sooooooooooooooooooo, my son and I got there and could hear the sandwich chefs somewhere in the back. YOO-HOO we shout and 3 older ladies scramble out. I order my sandwich and a customer (older lady 20 years my senior and anglo) next to me orders her sandwich. I order my bread and the older worker turns around, what kind she asks! I tell her the style of sandwich and she somehow manages to forget almost everything I ask her for. Do I want it toasted? No I reply but the lady behind me does so she attempts to toast mine too. Fewer than you're used to veggies but she gets that wrong too. The lady behind me and I are at the check out and I order cookies and the lady behind me orders one too. OK,the cashier says, that will be $13.62 and I hand her a $20. Wrap up the sandwiches and then the cashier says "I need 62 cents more........WHAT?!?! Cashier says yeah, your TWO sandwiches and the cookie. I guess she just assumed I was paying for the customer next to me. I have to void this and start again she says.........needless to say the lady next to me got a free sandwich on ME. This took 20 minutes.

I really love subway and i hate to leave a bad review but it's true. I've gone to this location many times before and got awesome service, delicious food, and the staff there would get the sandwich out in a timely manner. However, I've gone there the past 3 times and my sandwiches were a disaster. First of all, there's a lady that takes your order and just yells out 'NEXT' and isn't friendly. A couple more of the staff works slow and makes the veggies like a mountain of slop. To top this off, they don't close the sandwich and try to fit all the ingredients in; they roll it like a sushi roll. NOT IMPRESSED!!! I open my flatbread turkey sandwich to find that it looked like a maki sushi roll. I was so dissappointed. I honestly, will not be back at this location again.

Oh Subway. I "checked in" on Yelp here, just so I would remember to write about our TERRIBLE experience here. We came here for breakfast one morning--I ordered a sandwich with turkey, egg, and cheese. strike 1: they "ran out" of swiss cheese. fine, i'll use another cheese. but how do you "run out" at 9am? strike 2: someone else asked for ketchup. apparently, they "ran out" of ketchup. ok. strike 3: another one of us asked for a small drink--and the soda fountain didn't work. they refused to refund the soda. strike 4 (bonus, in case you need another reason to not give them your patronage): they had no drinks to replace the soda with. No water from the machine. No bottled water. They only thing they had was diet coke (she doesn't drink diet sodas), and a tiny crappy box of fruit punch. If that didn't convince you, my bread was stale, tomatoes weren't fresh, lettuce was wilted (I ended up picking it all out). Also, service was super slow--I could have ordered half a dozen custom sandwiches from any other Subway before these people could finish making one.

Horrible service and horrible sandwiches! I had to remind her twice about what bread to use, she put way too much sauce to the point where it was inedible to eat AND there were no spinach, bell peppers or cucumbers. Worst subway I've even been too.

I know, it's Hawaii, and I'm at a Subway. Well sometimes you need something reliable and cheap and fast while family is doing their shopping. Good service here, same reliable food at reasonable prices. Located in the food court, of course.

Great, healthy food for a reasonable price-- that is the appeal of Subways across the world and this one is no different. Other eateries in the Queen's Marketplace Foodcourt sat completely empty, namely a certain noodle tea shop, and the microneasian local food place situated directy across... their workers looking bored and apathetic, while Subway had a constant bustling line of business. Subway is a great way to eat healthy while on vacation without having to pay for pricy hotel restaurants, or stooping so low as to eat burger-fastfood.
