Best pizza in Hawaii!! Owner is a super cool dude! Ask for the Liam's special thin crust " New York Style " it's not on the menu but they will more than likely make is for u! Try the pepperoni sausage and pineapple it's the Bomb!!

This is a hidden gem in Wailua. My friend suggested checking this place out and I am glad we did. I ordered an Italian salad (vegetarian) and garlic bread. The garlic bread is large enough to share. I don't think I will get the salad again, because the portion was more like a side salad and not a dinner salad. My friends ordered a variety of pizza, which was hand tossed thin crust and they had nothing but great things to say. This place is also BYOB!

My family really enjoyed this place. The pizzas were delicious. And their restaurant has a cozy feel to it. We really liked the booths set up. The kids loved the decorations and really tore up the pepperoni, sausage, and ham pizza. My cousin and I got the white and sun dried tomatoes and arugula. Extremely filling and worth every dime. :) My family and I randomly drove to the North Shore looking for something different and not overly crowed with tourists on a Saturday afternoon, and Jerry's Pizza was a great destination. Definitely coming back again.

Delicious! Went here despite a friend telling us to check out Pizza Bob's which had a recent terrible review for lack of cleanliness and not disappointed! We got a pepperoni and pineapple pizza and it was awesome! Service was a little slow and they messed up our order but made up for it with delicious garlic bread! Definitely coming back on our next trip out here!

If you come here for pizza, then it's great, but everything else on the menu is terrible! Came here over the weekend at 5pm, we were the only ones there. Got the menu and water and then waited......and waited....anther group came in and got their order taken and still no sign of our waitress. I had to go and find her and told her our order while standing in the middle of the room. Garlic bread: just toasted bread, where was the garlic?!?! Italian salad w chicken: small portion for $12; diced chicken pieces, would have liked sliced chicken Chicken Parmesan sub: bread wasn't fresh, lacking flavor, Cockroaches on wall next to our table: GROSS!!! Lost my appetite and we got out of there as fast as we could!

Lots of free parking, great food at a reasonable price. Some of their pasta dishes could use more garlic. Ingrid wasn't working :(, but Frank did a good job with 20 of us.

  • Gina P.

TERRIBLE Service!!!! Bad experience not to mention watching a girl making pizzas constantly sneezing and wiping her nose with her hand...and continue to add toppings without washing her hands. Pretty disgusting. Save your money.

Ok jerry I order at least twice a month tonight I got my favorite wailua pizza.got home opened the box.Burnt,no sauce, olives piled to one side, just horrible.get those 20 something's in the dam kitchen with the program.i was so hungry I ate the burnt messed up pizza.

Jerrys has good pizza and some other good menu items as well. I recently tried the chicken parmesan sandwich and cheese garlic fries- and they were both delicious! The server was a little bit in a hurry with us, which I understand we could have been a little trying on patience, but there was only one other table in there at the time. I like the food but the service and ambience could use some minor improvements.

  • Alice N.

Second times the charm? I guess not. Meatball was cold and my burger was pink. As an afterthought we should have gotten pizzas as the ones other people were eating looked and smelt good. Will try one more time...wish me luck! Only plus I didn't get diarrhea.

I finally have a decent pizza place near my home! I've tried most of their pizzas and I'm in love with them. This pizza place is on my top 10 list of favorite pizza restaurants. I love their chicken barbecue pizza! Although the the food is delicious, their service is not quite up their. A few times I have gone into here waiting to pick up my order, but sadly had to wait another 30 minutes just because they messed up or forgot. Service is a 2, but food is a 4!

After an afternoon of kayaking and a pathetic attempt of SUPP in the Haleiwa estuary, me and the family was starving. My brother, a resident of the island spoke highly of a pizza mont in Waialua. This joint served a great pie and was topped with fresh local ingredients. GREAT..let's do it. He called in the order (Arugula- with fresh arugula, sundries tomatoes and a pepperoni) and we were off to pick it up. Upon our arrival, I found Jerry's to have a small town country feel to it. The service was friendly enough and at this time the only thing I thought they served was pizza. I was wrong Check the website. As we headed back up the Kaukonahua Road, at our final destination, I found JP to travel well and each slice tasty.

  • Brandi K.

Pizza is decent, at best. My husband and I live in Waialua, about five minutes from Jerry's and it has taken an hour for delivery, every single time. Pizza always looks and taste like it's been sitting for a while. Since they are the only delivery in North Shore, we keep trying it, wanting it to good

Good pizza...HORRIBLE SERVICE. It doesn't take much for me to be happy, but when you call in for a to go order and the people on the phone seem genuinely excited to get you off the phone as quickly as possible without even an ounce of customer service it puts a bad taste in your mouth. But what really did it for me was when I went to pick the order up. I went in on two separate occasions and this happened both times. I go to the counter to pay and then the ladies don't really check to see if my food is ready. I'm sitting there looking at food on the oven and staring at them wondering if they are even going to check to see if it's my order. They are more interested in counting their tips or talking to friends. When I finally had enough I went to and ask about my order and the response I got was "oh, sorry, I totally forgot about your order." I like the restaurant and the food, but the service is garbage and I hope something gets done about it.

We had their Jerry's pizza. Delicious I tell ya! We also had their anti pasta salad, very good and fresh. staff. Love the cold water carafes that come out to the tables. Too cute. Great service very friendly. Just come in order, sit down, chill and eat!

    (4)
  • Sally F.

I have had the same experiences with terrible customer service as the others. Pizza is good but almost not worth it for the price you pay in attitude. I live down the street, so it doesn't seem to matter if you're a regular or not. I do remember that the service used to be better.

  • Z Z.

Liliha Location - Came here on their first week. Pizza was similar to Boston's Pizza. I got the slice which was essentially 2 slices for $5.00 (w/ 2 toppings). The place was clean and the servers were friendly. Would return.

So I've been going here for a few years now and some days I want to write a bad review, some days a good one. The food is really good, things I love include the HUGE slices of pizza and the vegetarian lasagna. I've never had something I didn't enjoy. Now on to the service. Some days it's bad, some good. I've had my friend wait here for an hour and they lost his order, but they did give him a free pizza for it. So enjoy the food and take the grumpy waitresses with a sense of humor and you will enjoy.

  • Amber P.

Jerry's pizza is the place to be on Fridays/Saturday's! Live music and great food and service. It's byob, but don't fret, there's a liquor store across the parking lot if you need to grab some of you run out! Summer Kealoha was there last weekend and it was the best time I've had there! I hope they bring her (and friends) back more often!!! Thanks for everything Jerry's and staff!

  • Alexia D.

First off when we called in to make an order the lady taking our call did not greet us at all, when we asked for pizza she told us there was a 12'' & 16'' we asked her to wait a minute while we decided & she was just being impatient. & after she read our order back to us she simply hung up, she didn't tell us no price, or ask if it was a delivery or pick up, and she also didn't tell us when it would be ready. So since she didn't ask if it was delivery we just picked it up ourselves. Now the food? Is not worth it, their pizza is cut extremely uneven, we ordered half cheese & half pepperoni. One of the pepperoni pieces had 3 pieces of pepperoni. And their wings? Are extremely chewy, I'm assuming that they just boiled the chicken and smothered it in bottled barbecue sauce, their "spicy" wings are extremely dry & not spicy at all. I suggest if you're in this area just drive into Haleiwa & go to Pizza Bobs. This place is not worth it unless you are absolutely in no luck of finding food.

First night on the North Shore, Jerrys really came through for us. Delicious pizza delivered in a fairly timely manner, and the large order was correct. LAST night on the North Shore, Jerrys really let us down. Our fairly simple order arrived an hour late, missing an entire pizza. Inconsistent? Yes.

  • D M.

This place is great. Live music all the time. Good thin pizza and BYOB if you want. One of the few places open late on the North Shore. Nothing fancy, but good vibes and very friendly service. Try BBQ chicken pizza and garlic cheese fries

  • Meredith T.

My friends/family and I eat here almost every single Friday night. Delicious pizza and great atmosphere for just hanging out and having a few beers. Love byob!

Best pizzeria we had on the island so far. I have had 3 other pizza places and the price here and quality is the here.

Went here after going to the beach. Sign says open at 10:00. It was 10:30 and the woman was just turning stuff on. This woman was so rude it was unbelievable. One of the worst waitresses I've ever had. She didn't care or want to be here whatsoever and it showed. The music here was so loud and obnoxious I couldn't hear my husband talking and she couldn't even hear me placing my order. Turn the music down moron. The place is dingy and dusty. So unbelievable unorganized. 40 minutes for a Philly cheesesteak and a cold sub while being the only costumes. Are you serious?? I would love to give this place a negative 10 based on this woman and her nasty attitude. And after waiting nearly 40 minutes for the food to be mediocre. The fries came out 10 minutes before the sandwiches. And when the sandwiches came the rude blonde threw them on the table. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. Actually you couldn't pay me to come back here. Waste of $22. No tip for that bitch.

Good pizza. Thin crust, fresh veggies. They do not hold back on the toppings. Good sauce.

  • John E.

Full on dive joint. Friendly people and a fun atmosphere. Very North Shore. I like their Pizza. Its made from scratch and its great. This isn't pizza hut ok! Its a local place that makes good pizza and will treat you right.

So I came in the other night for a take out pizza, I placed an order with the cashier and waited...and waited ... and waited. After 25 minutes I see people leaving with there order when they had come in after me. I get a little upset and I ask the cashier does it usually take this long for a take out pizza (it was not buys at all). She checks with the pizza maker and I here him reply, "did he tip" and she said no...he then said "then I put him in last". Wow I didnt know I needed to tip on a take out order! Where is the service? Tips are for service gratuity not for pizza guys with attitude. Be sure to tip if you are doing a take out or you will be the last one to leave with your order.

Sloooowest pizza place ever! Ever single time we order a pizza here they take forever to make it. Not worth the wait.

  • Amanda G.

Jerry's Pizza is a very casual, dim lit dining place. The food is delicious and the prices are decent. Bacon avocado burger and jalapeno poppers are my go-to here. I shared the arugula pizza with my sister once; the arugula was just set on top of the pizza instead of melted under the cheese. I'll remember to ask next time! Service is okay, nothing exceptional. It seems the staff does what it needs to do to get their job done. Only place on the North Shore that delivers. *Note: minimum order of $25 and then a $3 delivery fee. When you call in an order, they answer the phone like they're answering a cell phone. ("Hello?". They don't let you know you've called the business lol...). But they have BYOB here so that's always fun (and cheaper). The Brown Bottle is conveniently located across from the restaurant, too!

    (4)
  • Matthew R.

First time here. A little hidden but well worth the search. Pizza is excellent but drink selection is limited. However, to make up for this they do offer BYOB.

    (4)
  • LJ G.

Pizza was tasty, however, service was nonexistent. We had to actually go find our wait staff after 10 min, go up and order our food at the counter because our waitress never came back. Only diet coke was available and water. Other families' kids were running around and screaming like it was a playground and I could not even hear my husband from across the table. Like I said, food was good, take out is probably a better choice.

  • Evan N.

There was huge potential for a 1 star review. If it weren't for the tall dude with glasses getting us a booth and serving us in a timely fashion this review would have gone down in flames. First the not-so-good. The pizza. The crust was a cracker thin, crispy crust with no real flavor and no good texture. Bottom line: I didn't like it. We had the BBQ chicken pizza. Looked amazing but the globs of KC Masterpiece that was on top took over the flavor of the entire pizza. The good: The hamburger was amazing. The meat was great, the bun was great, and the bacon was great. Overall an awesome burger. The chicken alfredo was pretty darn good with the grilled chicken and a great sauce. The atmosphere is great with the "brick" walls and the open kitchen. The singer tonight was a bit out of tune. Sorry dude, stick to making burgers and work on the pizza.

Grab beer from brown bottle and come to jerrys for good pizza and the avo bacon burger.

    (5)
  • Sheera H.

Good pizza, laid back atmosphere, good for kids, game room, byob. The crust is a little crispier than I like but it's fresh and the ingredients are fresh and good. We have been here a few times. Their prices are better than most pizza places on the island. The location is a little off the beaten path but we never have to wait for a table.

  • Gina O.

I love this place. It's cozy. And the pizza is to die for. Friendly atmosphere and a nice place to stop while in Waialua. The animal feed is two doors away so I buy mu dogs treats too so he can eat while I eat.

    (5)
  • Dominic R.

Always fantastic, pizza is terrific along with the ambience right in the Waialua shopping center next door to the Waialua credit union. We usually go for the Waialua minus the tomatoes (the wife dislike for that veggie) and occasion get a pasta special. My little one loves this place too, so bring the family. I'm in walking distance and it's worth the drive from all points of Oahu. A plus live music on the weekends.

  • Jenna T.

First time here. Yelped places to eat pizza and read the reviews. A lot of people complained about the service but my experience was awesome!!! The Pizza was AMAZING & the staff was really Friendly and nice. Food took about 15 min but didn't mind cause EVERYTHING is made FRESH and NOT PRE-MADE! Loved it here and I will be back soon!! If you want good fresh pizza this is the place to go!! Also it's BYOB with a corkage fee of $2.00 . They have live bands on Friday and Saturday . Pretty cool place to go with friends. Two thumbs up for me!!!

  • Sally H.

We were practically Jerry's pizza junkies when they first opened, but soon noticed their quality declined. Now we'd rate it as "nothing special, but not bad either." We have also tried their various pasta and meatball dishes, not particularly good so we'll skip that the next time we visit. If you want pizza on the North Shore, this is by far our "favorite" although, to our mind, it is only mediocre.

    (3)
  • Emilia P.

Jerry is like the godfather of pizza here on the north shore. He has been around for decades now and his pizza is still as good as it ever was.

    (5)
  • Gijoey B.

What a great place for pizza. Hidden away in Waialua is a fun and friendly establishment with great service. Ya, they are human and might make a mistake but that's probably because they are busy due to be so good. More than just pizza here if you want to try them more than once. It's BYOB too. Free wifi. Multiple TVs for different channels. Live music on occasions.

    (5)
  • Dane M.

Great customer service, they went to the grocery store to pick us up soda. Pizza is really tasty too, reminds me of New York pizza.

  • Ayako C.

We went there because my husband's bluegrass group members were playing there. It was hard to find this place. We drove around the area back and forth more than 30 mins. Its behind the gas station. We ordered pizza. It was yummy:-) I love thin crust. Tall young guy employee was friendly. Most restaurants customer service in Hawaii is not good but he came to our table every once in a while to check if we need anything. Great music, food and service!

I am hooked on The Jerry's Pizza.Ive tried a few things on the menu but I just end up going right back to The Jerrys. If u like Jalapeño & Pineapple as one of your toppings on a Pizza then U should try The Jerry's.They have live bands on the weekends. Its a nice atmosphere for families and parties.

    (5)
  • Katherine A.

.Very bland. Our crust was uncooked and all the toppings fell off of the pizza. I would rather have a frozen pizza cooked in my own oven at home

    (1)
  • Bianca E.

We went here for dinner on a rainy night, and I can't speak for the other reviews, but the service was great! They were friendly, attentive, and helpful-- had a very nice time. The toppings were fresh, and the pizza was good.

  • Gspot H.

Never been here before. Was starving. The Garlic bread was good. The Pizza was good as well. looks like they have music and bands and such in the back room some nights. the 2 Staff were pretty cool as well. Free Parking, well duh N. Shore

  • Jess M.

I absolutely love this restaurant. It may not look like much from the outside, but it's a real gem. We drove from Ewa to Waialua just to try it because I saw a commercial for it on a local station. The food looked awesome and they said all ingredients were fresh - so we HAD to give it a try. I got a slice of the "Waialua" and omg. I was in pizza heaven. The garlic on it really makes the pizza. I'm definitely eating it again. I also got their chicken alfredo for take out... For dinner. I was a little confused at first because the noodles were green... But I think it's supposed to be that way. That was honestly the best chicken alfredo I've ever had. Macaroni Grill doesn't exist to me anymore. As for the service... I've read a lot of people on Yelp grumble, but we went during off hours... Like 3pm and it was slow. There was one cook and one cashier. They were both friendly and the service was good. Maybe Jerry's got rid of the problem.. Or the bad workers were off that day. I don't know. But our pizzas came out fast and our to-go food was wrapped up ans ready to go by the time we were done.

Good pizza nice interior compared to the exterior. Had seen the place on TV otherwise would have never known about Jerry,s.

  • Gina W.

Aloha, I am a business owner in the community and I have to say I have had great service and pizza salads sandwiches and more from Jerry's! I work in the same center so I use them all the time for lunch and so do my clients with great results! I love to order from my home and the pizza always comes piping hot and amazing! The waialua specialty pizza is my favorite and the Italian salad! The people are friendly and they got it going on! The prices are reasonable and they are the only delivery for the north shore, and they do a great job! Highly recommend !

    (5)
  • Daryl I.

Great tasting Pizza on the North Shore. If you are a Magoo's fan, this is the place for you. BYOB and the burgers are really good...

    (4)
  • Ocean E.

This place isn't bad at all. The prices are all right. The decor is pretty cool. There's variety besides Pizza. I don't think it belongs in Waialua though because it's such a sleepy town.

    (4)
  • JoAnn M.

Ordered pizza to be delivered to our rental. Good quality, friendly service, arrived faster than expected. Would definitely suggest it for those nights where you are tired and want to stay in.

    (4)
  • Rico S.

We got the wailua and the jerrys. Arguably the 2 best pizzas they have here. Thin crust, thick slices. No can beat on this side of the island. A must visit if you're ever in wailua.

    (5)
  • rita N.

Perhaps I am more critical cause I live in NY but the pizza was ok. Not bad for for a thin crust in HI. However, what really got me was the service - very slow. They seem to cater more to the takeout diners than those choosing to dine in. It's better to have a balance. I recommend calling ahead if you can!

    (3)
  • Debbie S.

We had pesto pizza, pepperoni pizza and burgers. All were pretty good. The pesto was delicious and crust was thin and very crispy. Service was a little slow but we ate on a super busy Sat night. They also had live music. The staff was polite so maybe Jerry got a new staff! Lol

    (5)
  • Al W.

The location & other available options, especially after 8pm make this more attractive than I think it would be elsewhere. The Philly cheesesteak is pretty decent, better than some other stuff getting served up on the north shore. The pizza's are ok, better than some others out there too. Could be much better, and could be worse. Pricing is not too high, but not a really great deal either. It's OK, i think, not great or even very good, but better than McD's. Could easily be better.

    (2)
  • Bryan W.

Best pizza joint on north shore. Very fresh ingredients. Awesome flavor.

    (5)
  • Mark S.

Let me start off by saying the pizza here is the real deal - very delicious. It is also the sole reason that I'm giving this restaurant 2 stars. The cooks really bust their butts and seems to be constantly busy making great food. Real talk: The cashier has a huge attitude problem and fails at taking orders correctly or getting food out on time. Cash only (in 2012? Really?) The decor could use some improvements. The fake grapes on the table just make the place seem cheesy. Restaurant is currently under construction, complete with questionable looking people coming out from the other side of the restaurant without a shirt on. This is a place where you serve food right? No? Sketchy shopping center @ night. All in all, I would recommend you order the pizza to go because it really is great - everything else fails to hit the target. Hire better staff, conduct business in a more professional manner, and continue making great food, please. Also, as another person mentioned the wait for food is quite long.

Located in the picturesque Waialua Shopping Center (hop, skip and a jump from the old Sugar Mill) we stumbled upon Jerry's Pizza. "Another pizza joint in Haleiwa?" I thought to myself but color me wrong as the pizza crust will make your mouth come back for more. The thin crust pizza, a cross between Boston's and Spaghettini, is highly addictive. Order a slice (or pie) of cheese or a vegetarian or one with loads of meats, you name it it is all good. Try the sandwiches (especially the Philly Cheesesteak!) or the hamburgers (so juicy) if you want something different from pizza. With Pizza Hut Haleiwa closing their doors and ripping their signage off the building wall, it is a good thing Jerry's started a delivery service after 5 pm. Haven't tried the delivery service yet, just saw an ad in the North Shore News. Will update on their delivery once we get around to scheduling our dinner.

Good pizza and service with some cool original recipes. The "Arugula" and the "White" are pretty damn tasty! Take your own 6 Pack and enjoy!

So our family has eaten here now about 15 times and I can say with some consistency that the food is really pretty good overall. Sometimes a different cook is there and he doesn't seem able to bring out the flavor the way the owner does, hence the 4 stars. Pizza is uniquely done in that the flavor of the thin crust is somewhat pure and unseasoned, but in a way that it works with the toppings. The bacon avocado cheeseburger is to die for!...well, except for the aforementioned flaw of the other cook. As for the front of the house service, i really do have to agree with previous negative reviews, Jerry could do with someone who actually wanted to be there. We have also always gotten short and accurate wait times too. Overall pretty cool place to eat!

    (2)
  • Alex T.

Jerrys Pizza is a slice of the east coast on the North Shore. Not only is the food good, but the service is fast and friendly, not to mention there is an arcade in the back! The new addition with a small stage three large booths and two flat screens would be a great place for a kids or adult party! Thanks Jerry for bringing some good food to the sparsely populated area.

    (5)
  • Sandi B.

Gave 2 stars because the pizza was good. But the service was bad. Service has a great deal of impact to enjoying food as well, if you know what that means. It just isn't all about the the food but the people behind it as well. I hope owners understand that when hiring employees to represent them. We have eaten here two times and although we enjoyed the pizza the service was horrible. My sister called in a order tonight and the lady taking the order wasn't very helpful. We brushed it off until the delivery guy got here. My sister gave him more then enough plus tip but after 15 minutes he texted her saying she didn't pay enough and still owed him. What pizza delivery guy does that?!?! He came back 30 minutes or so later to our house asking for the money and everything he said made no sense. It put a huge damper on our dinner thinking he would come back again and again for money we already paid him. We gave him a tip, paid the extra delivery charge and everything but it seemed like he was harassing us for extra we didn't owe him. Next time we will just pick up and try to ignore the bad attitudes behind the counter.

Jerry's PIzza is the best place to eat a fun casual dinner on North Shore!! Their white pizza is to die for! Plus you can bring your own bottle of wine. The itallian salad is also a favorite of mine because it has garbanzo beans which are super yummy!! This is a healthy and affordable way to dine on the North Shore!

Prices aren't bad and the pizza is surprisingly good. Location is a bit inconvenient for some and the area seems a bit sketchy- but way worth the drive from Haleiwa side to get away from junk like Pizza Bobs. 20 minutes usually for pick up orders.

First place I ate when I got to island. Went twice and loved it both times. Pizza was great for dinner and a burger for lunch with awesome fries!

There's a new place in Waialua with good food! Jerry's Pizza is next to the Waialua Credit Union by the Feed Trough. We only ordered the pizza, but they have sandwiches and pasta on the menu. Our pizza was very good and we will go back there again to try some of the other items. The pizza is semi thin crust - kind of comparable to a Boston North End style or even Spaggetini in Haleiwa. The ingredients seemed fresh and overall our family enjoyed it. They are just getting started and don't even have a landline phone yet so check the number before you call. There is a place to eat in with 3 or 4 tables if you like. Give it a try! Tom S.

Jerry's Pizza was alright. It seemed to have a lot of nearby resident support and be one of the local hangout spots. It had a brotherly atmosphere where everyone knew each other except for me lol. Not to mention everyone brought their dogs to play around outside which was kinda cool and there was a pet store right next door. If the food was better I would have given it 3 stars because it was a cool little place. We got the Chicken Parm and Philly Cheesesteak subs, they were 7.95 a piece.. a little overpriced for what I got is my thoughts. And oh btw, they only accept cash... The service was alright, there was a really young girl working the counter who didn't seem to know what she was doing, but she was still polite. Overall, I wouldn't recommend getting the subs, I would have rather eaten at Subway. Maybe the pizza would have been a better choice.

I really like their pizza and while it is tasty it is pricey and you have to double the time they told you to wait....so after the 50 minute wait today i won't come back soon....

I am not a fan of thin crust pizza but Jerry's is too good! Had the meaty pizza and the gf had the wailua, i thought mine was good but when i tasted hers, i wanted to switch lol... The wait wasn't too bad as we went during off hours and everything is cooked fresh to order. Also got some pasta to go, the lasagna with meatballs recommended by the waitress was A+. Found my new to go to Italian spot.

I have known Jerry and Paula for awhile as we have fixed their computer before. Today was the first time that I have eaten at Jerry's and it was very good. I had a bacon avocado cheeseburger and all ingredients were fresh and the order was ready in 5 mins! The buns were soft and warm :) This place was needed in Waialua! Spread the word...Jerrry's is the place to eat! Cant wait to try their pizza.

Rude service, crust was doughy for thin crust, sauce was bland, took half an hour for a slice, maybe it was an off day but none of the flavors blended well. The pizza dude also shut off a basketball game with 40 seconds to go on a customer clearly watching. No need to go back, especially when you treat your local customers so poorly and make mediocre food.

My coworkers and I ordered 3 different subs for lunch last week since we've never ordered from Jerry's. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan, Philly Cheesesteak, and Chicken Bacon Ranch. It was ready in 15 minutes (phone order) and it smelt soooo good! When I went to the small restaurant in the Waialua Shopping Center, I was surprised to see a cute restaurant decorated with the Italian theme. It was a nice surprise to see being that the rest of the shopping area is a little older and further from the Haleiwa strip. The workers there were friendly and I would totally go there for a sit down meal. I got back to work and had to wait for an hour to eat it since I had a meeting. When I finally opened it up and took a bite....it was delicious...even after our meal was sitting there for an hour. I had the Chicken Parmesan which I loved. It was oozing with goodness. The bread was soft and delicious. It had a good portion of chicken and cheese. I tried the Philly one and it was just as delicious. Lots of flavor. My friend swapped the bell peppers for mushrooms which you can do without paying extra. My other friend had the Chicken Bacon Ranch. It was my least favorite. However, I think if it was fresh out of the oven, it must be better. At a price of $7 for the sub, I got my moneys worth. Today, I tried their Bacon Avo Cheeseburger. This was sooo good. It's up there with Teddy's Burgers... $6.50 is a great deal. Tasty, juicy, and meat cooked just right. Ask for grilled onions if you don't like them raw!

This was our third time ordering food from Jerry's. The first time we ordered the "Waialua Pizza"- delicious!!! The crust was perfect (and I'm picky about the crust. Anyone can add toppings, but to me the crust is the most important part!). It was crispy but not chewy (even after we brought it home). The next time we tried the BBQ pizza which was great, the chicken was a little dry, but the BBQ sauce (and of course the crust) made up for it. Tonight we split the chicken Parmesan and Chicken Bacon Ranch subs. Both were amazing, the bread tasted freshly baked! I liked the chicken parmesan best, but my hubby liked the chicken bacon ranch better, so it was a win/win. Definitely going to be a regular customer!!!

First let me say this is the first bad review I have ever left anywhere. But the manager was yelling at the staff when I was there. Made me feel uncomfortable. Not so hot of an experience. Probably will not go back. Food was just ok. Had the antipasto salad. like I said, just so so.

i was picking up dog food next door at the feed trough and noticed this new place. it seemingly popped up overnight and is a welcome addition to the waialua "scene." i stopped in and picked up an italian salad to go. it was only $7 and had all of my fave salad ingredients, including toms, garbanzos, green olives and other yummy stuff. you could tell it was made with care. it's a clean and cute little place with friendly service and a diverse menu that includes pizza (natch), pastas (i like that the lasagna has the meat on the side), burgers (incl. chicken and fish) and hot and cold subs. aside from the pizzas, nothing was over $10. i've happily discovered new place to add to my local restaurant repertoire.

Bad news first...Jerry's is a cash-only business, so make sure you have the cash necessary to cover your bill. That surprised me. Our family ate here two nights ago on our way to a sunset horseback ride at Hawaii Polo Club. Jerry's sits in a well-hidden little strip mall adjacent to the only gas station in Waialua and we only found it on the recommendation of Hawaii Polo Club. The inside is standard pizza joint decor, but the A/C works great and they have a high-def TV in the main dining room. We ordered pizza by the slice, cheeseburger, meatball sub, a Philly cheesesteak, and fries. All were very good at reasonable prices. The Brazilian server was friendly and attentive and had the best accent I've heard in awhile! :-) Service was quick and efficient. They don't serve beer (or any other alcohol), but they are BYOB. If they took credit cards and served beer, I would have given them 5 stars. I would definitely eat there again.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
