I've been going here for a long time and sometimes it's a hit or miss. I'm really digging the new ziosk tablet they have. My bf and I get to play Life while we eat, and sometimes we're in a hurry to catch a movie so we're able to pay right away via the ziosk. Fast and easy. But our last visit had an issue, we changed an item and it took our waitress a while to fix it on the tab, she didn't really check on us so we had to flag her down. I feel bad for changing the item, but I feel she should have changed it on the tab right away. If we hadn't checked, we would have paid more than we should have.

This is our "go to" place. We eat here at least twice a month. With great service and food you can't go wrong. They do get packed on the weekends so it's best to call ahead and make a reservation.

Its a good place to hang out, and have a nice meal fast. The service has been top notch, and the food comes out quickly. The atmosphere is what you would expect and popular chain to be. I always pick new things to try, and they always seem to update there menu. For the money, its a hell of a deal.

The last three times I've been to this location my order was wrong (and no I don't have crazy requests lol)! But, lost of parking, they ways fix their mistakes and again child friendly (That's a bid deal for me).

Great food for late nights on a Friday night was looking for a place to eat we went here also excepts id card the isle discount card love the 5.00 off 25.00 or more purchase and our waitress Theresa was a great help and always there for us would go again she was great love the food.

Parking lot was big, but navigation through it can be a bit confusing. Was greeted right away. Darius was really attentive to our table. The service was great, the atmosphere was chill, and over all it was a great experience.

I'm generally not a huge fan of chain restaurants, but sometimes you want something that is familiar and with my parents and son visiting from the mainland, familiar was just what they needed after a day trip to the North Shore. I would have preferred a loco moco, but visitors demand sacrifice. The service was good, not great. However, compared to Ruby Tuesdays (a comparable chain restaurant), the service as fantastic (the service at Ruby Tuesdays is HORRIBLE). The food was better than I've remembered in the past, but super overpriced. All in all, it's worth another visit the next time the family is in town.

Server was Natashia, and she was so awesome! Loved her! What can I say about this place thats any different than what everyone already knows? Everyone has been to Chili's! Fresh chips and salsa, food js always great. Love the environment. Desserts are the bomb. Mililani location is great, got seated right away.

Do not normally eat at chains, but some friends wanted to go here. They said the menu was amazing so I was excited to try it out. First impression was that must be great as was pretty packed with 20 minute wait. Got seated right away so that was nice, however, service was minimal from our waitress after that. Ordered waters for the tables but she forgot one, also had my beer order wrong. (Beer selection was terrible to begin with). I ordered a $14 steak enchilada because looked great. However, couldn't be more wrong. I had about 6 minuscule pieces of meat and would be more accurately described as a rice enchilada. I will not be returning to a chiles again and will follow my gut to avoid cookie cutter chains next time.

I love this chilis. We come a lot lol. The bottomless soup and salad is my favorite and the kids get mac and cheese and split it. The Waitresses usually know what I want before I ask. Makes our visit easy

We come here every so often. The servers are very friendly and are efficient most of the time. On this visit, we had: 1) garlic fried pickles w/ ranch, tasted good but you can only have so much of it. Huge pieces of garlic inside batter. 2) ribeye steak (med rare) w/ mashed potatoes - very fatty meat. The mash was good in the skillet. 3) buffalo chicken salad- huge, the chicken was good. Just too much going on, something tasted off, couldn't pin point it. I liked being able to pay via the ziosk on the table! Overall, great service, food meh; )

Haven't been here for a few months and after dinner tonight I remember why we stopped coming here. Our waiter wasn't very attentive and never stopped by to see if we needed anything or if everything was good until we called for him. He didn't even come to refill our drinks. He was too busy assisting the table behind us. My husband ordered the ribs and it was cold and his supposedly steamed broccoli was not steamed at all, just plain raw. I ordered a beef enchilada and it came out as chicken. The cost was crazy, $23 for the ribs (which is typical at any restaurant) but for it to come out cold, raw and my husband left still hungry it's pretty ridiculous. I doubt we will be returning to this facility any time soon because it was just too disappointing!

Our party shows up and they tell us its a 20min wait. As me and my friends are waiting to be seated everyone who was there before us got in! Clearly I'm thinking ok we are next. Another two parties show up while we have been sitting there so I get up to ask about a table and she says "oh we are trying to seat the larger parties first"......I was annoyed and of course not going back!

I know what you get with going to a chain restaurant so I typically am not too picky. However I don't like waiting ten minutes for a waitress to walk up and say "you know what you want to drink?" Why yes I do and my food order as well so as I start saying my order she walks off. Being that we ordered alcohol she takes a crap ton of time to come back. We are 25 minutes in before she even comes and take our orders This woman was so unbearable I couldn't even look at her. When she was interacting with a table behind us someone told her the food was bad and she literally said "well what do you expect me to do about it?" She was not being sarcastic and the people were furious. My food was okay, chain restaurant quality, normal. But I was feeling like desert and hated this broad even more when she brought me the check without asking if we wanted anything else. We had half our food on our plates and weren't offered boxes either. But hey it is all good because I bet a two dollar tip made her as angry as I was. I'm not a low tipper by any means, but if you can't do your job you don't deserve much, as a server who never took it out on my customers I can not understand her motive. Chiles needs to reevaluate their servers because she made sure I will never come back.
