I didn't even realize this location existed until I went to the GNC a couple of doors down. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to try out their ice cream (though I have my eyes on the green tea for the next time I'm around) but ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday. The woman who'd helped me initially was very helpful and understanding when I was browsing through their cake selection book and wanted to make a few changes to one of their cake options. I was also able to use a coupon from their birthday club membership that definately saved me a few dollars. Picking up the order was also a breeze and the cake itself was beautifully decorated and delicious. The birthday girl loved it!

One of the best Baskin Robbins I've been to. The workers are well trained, courteous and give perfect scoops. Because the place is kept new and clean it is inviting. This is the kind of quality that has kept BR in business after all these years.

A simple but "sweet" review: we stopped in for a treat after eating lunch at Panda Express in the Kamehameha Shopping Center. I went in to redeem my birthday coupon for a free scoop of ice cream. The girl at the counter was very sweet, had a welcoming smile, offered us samples, took my order, offered a cone or cup, took my phone to verify the coupon and asked if we'd like anything else. Since that was all we were getting, she wished us a 'good day' as we left. I was so happy with my ice cream choice...Trick Oreo Treat. it had pieces of favorite candies...Butterfinger, Baby Ruth, Oreo cookies, inside the ice cream. Yummy! to register for a free birthday scoop, just go onto their website! We'll be back.

Love the ice cream, hate the service. I absolutely love their ice cream here, but who really wants to spend THIS much for a scoop of ice cream? I'd honestly would be satisfied with a vanilla cone from McDonalds if it weren't for my fiance being such a pralines n cream freak and crave for it each time we pass by a Baskin Robbins. Came here the night of 8/13/14 a little past 9pm since my cousin and his girlfriend was craving for something sweet after we went out for dinner. Got here, we were greeted hello by a guy who was behind the counter on his phone while it was charging...talk about unprofessional. The place is small and could get a little cramped where there's other people inside as well. So we ordered, sat down to eat our ice cream and when we were about to leave my son didn't finish his ice cream so I was gonna ask for a cover for us to take it home. I look up and both employees managed to vanish into the backroom and didn't come back out until the ice cream was pretty much melted. 90% of the time we were in there, they were talking to each other, both on their phone or hiding out in the back. Umm, please train your staff on customer service and not have them use their phone while they're on the clock. It makes your employees look really unprofessional and gives the company a bad name.

Yummy ice cream.. they got all the flavors that you love. But I was so disappointed in their mint chocolate chip ice cream. When you think of mint chocolate chip ice cream you naturally think green ice cream with chocolate chips right. What I got was green ice cream with chocolate shavings. It just didn't taste right. It didn't allow you to have a taste of one or the other and then together. It was just, all together. I was super bummed out. I will never get my favorite ice cream there every again. The saving grace is their cheesecake ice cream shakes. The service also was lacking. Employees rude. One was helping me then the other took over then the first girl came back, I was confused like when my grandpa trust to get directions. I did not like the feeling. The store is clean bit very cramped. overall ok, but not going to go out of my way to go here again.

ENTER ONLY IF YOU ARE DESPERATELY WANTING ICE CREAM So, the ice cream is perfect (the one star), but everything else needs a lot of work. 1. This specific locations smells like spoiling milk. I have a very sensitive nose, and i could could smell it when i first walked in. The workers need to change out their mop bucket or cleaning bucket of water when it gets milky because all you are doing is wiping down the floors with watered down milk. 2. It doesn't hurt to smile to the customers. The late night shift of girls have that "hurry up i want to go home" face on. It make me feel uncomfortable to ask for samples and it makes me feel like i am rushed to make a decision. 3. Turning off lights while customers are eating. It was rude that you turned off some lights before warning us about the time. I fee like it would be more considerate for them to say, "excuse me, we are going to be closing in 10 minutes." Give us a warning and we would gladly leave. Don't be shutting off the lights and rushing us out. Overall, this is the closest ice cream shop near my house, and the new young girls here are giving this place a bad name. When you think of an ice cream place, you think of happiness not bitterness. I hope to update this rating because I plan to bring my little niece and cousins here and I don't want them to have a bad experience.

Meh. Empty. A small Baskin-Robbins... In Kalihi. Anyways, walking in, I wanted to walk right back out but no! It's ice cream, how would one do such a thing? Plus this time, it be fo free! Today's worker looked bored and she got me the wrong flavor. I should have told her otherwise but that's okay. Tried something different and whatever I had, never again!

I love coming here. I might need to not come here anymore and lose a few lbs. This place is so good. I always do the chocolate, but I should venture out and be more spontaneous and live a little. There are some pretty cool flavors I want to try, but am not familiar with it.

Came in to buy an ice cream cake today for my son. I've purchased ice cream cakes here previously, but not for a while. never had a problem til today. Serious lack of selections, maybe I just came on a bad day? Idk. I asked the girl what else they had in the back, and if I could see a sheet with the different combination cake and ice cream that they had. She looked at me cluelessly. She must have never took a custom order cake or something cause she was so lost when I mentioned an order form. She started verbally telling me what they had. I'm a visual learner, so if you tell me something you're going to have to repeat yourself or wait for me to write it down, which I was not about to do since I just wanted to get home. Told the girl to just look for a strawberry and white cake with boyish decor. She comes back and says they don't have any boyish designs but mentioned they did have hello kitty. -____- So over it, settled with vanilla and chocolate. Save yourself the trouble and just buy a cake, and ice cream from Times.

Today I ventured in to my friendly neighborhood Baskin-Robbins to purchase an ice cream cake. I should have pre-ordered. Pre-ordering would have saved me a lot of grief including the following: 1) Having to purchase a blue Avengers cake for my 2 year old girl, as it was the only one in the appropriate size with chocolate cake and NOT mint chocolate chip ice cream. 2) Having to stand in line for a very long time behind two very large families (Who came in as i searched for a decent cake in the freezer) ordering cappuccino thingies, sundaes, smoothies, and every other menu item that requires far more effort than scooping ice cream into a cone. From one lonely worker. One lonely, frazzled worker. 3) Surprise! Paying an extra $9 for the 2 Avengers decorations stuck on the cake that I did not even want. There should be a sign on the case to warn the ignorant. Incidentally, it turns out they are extremely low quality water squirters. I take no comfort in this. 4) Buying an overpriced, not-so-delicious ice cream cake from Baskin-Robbins. All I could think of as I went home with my dull vanilla-chocolate ice cream cake that cost me a painful $40 (this was only for my family, no guests) was about all the cakes I could have purchased. Like a strawberry shortcake from St. Germaine, a chocolate cake from Elvins, a dobash, haupia, AND some random third cake from Napoleon's, three-fourths of a lemon crunch cake from the Alley, a half-sheet cake from Lee's bakery in Chinatown. 30 chocolate chip cookies. ALL of which would have tasted ten thousand times better than the crappy blue Avengers cake I bought. And now we all have blue tongues. Not particularly important, but an annoying reminder of my cake failure. And I also want to go to Cold Stone. Or Bubbies. Where the ice cream tastes good and doesn't give me a headache. Then I'm going to purchase one of the aforementioned tasty cakes. Then I'm going to dump my ice cream on top of my cake and create the exquisite experience I was supposed to have. And neither shall the Hulk nor the Iron Man be present. Blast.

Ice cream is ice cream but when you can easily obtain coupons...... Go to eCoupons Hawaii and/or join the Baskin and Robbins club to get coupons. It helps make this affordable! The only problem with this place......small with hardly any seating and the parking at times is brutal (as well as the ghetto feeling outside).

Glad that this Baskin-Robbins returned to Kam Shopping Center since i'm not that big a fan of Cold Stone (too sweet for me). I usually get a one scoop cup ($3.29+tax). My favorite flavors to get is the Green Tea (they don't skimp on the mattcha - can see the flecks of tea leaves in there so I feel like I'm getting an anti-oxident boost although that may not really be the case) or the Cherries Jubilee - cherry flavored ice cream with cherry halves and (I don't taste it) hint of rum, yum. Today, I decided to try something different: the seasonal Pumpkin Pie. I could definitely taste the pumpkin flavor which was nice and creamy too, but then half way thru it was just ALL sweet after that. This was a problem I had with Cold Stone - after three bites I could only taste sweet, like my taste buds went awol or something. I feel like the flavor should have the same taste from start to finish and this one didn't. I actually prefer (yikes, cringe, yikes) Safeway's Pumpkin Pie ice cream over this one. Sorry. But I still love you Baskin-Robbins. 31 Yelps Review Challenge (18/31)

Came here a few nights after long days at school. Chocked full of calories and absolute goodness~ I'm never disappointed with how their ice cream tastes. I remember as a kid, at baskin robbins I'd always always always get mint chocolate chip ice cream. Nowadays I don't get it all that much, but its still a favorite because I like the taste of the chocolate chips. It's different than store bought or other ice cream shops. Lets face it, reality is tough... so why not get some ice cream to boost your spirits up? It worked for Bi in Full House, haha. The staff here was all girls... now that I think of it, I haven't seen a guy working at a Baskin robbins in a long long time. Not that I'm complaining. But anyway, they were very nice and welcoming, and it was almost closing time and they thanked us as we walked out while they were cleaning up and getting ready to close down. There's an ice cream man in a black truck that brings more ice cream 5 gallon barrels to the shop at night. I've seen him almost every time. Most recently I got a scoop of the pistachio almond ice cream. There sure was a whole LOT of almonds!!!! I was chewing most of the way. It was still great, but I think a little less would be okay too actually. Ice Cream is love: Frozen yogurt can only come so far! Ice cream is different enough to make me switch between the two depending on cravings "Who said that every wish would be heard and answered when wished on a morning star? Somebody thought of that, and someone believed it. Look what its done so far." Kermit

I don't really go to ice cream stores in my area, but the Baskin Robbins at Kam Shopping Center is one that I really enjoy going to. It features a great assortment of ice cream flavors. Each time I visit, there's always a new flavor popping up - usually relating to a holiday or a season. The workers are very friendly and are always willing to help me decide on which flavor to choose from. The store may be small, but the workers do a great job in maintaining its cleanliness. Gotta love their Red Velvet & America's Birthday Cake ice cream flavors.

Okay, so this is my second time coming in 3 months. why? because Im craving ice cream. why? because my mom loves their chocolate chip ice cream. why? because its the closest place to my house. The girls here are rude and have no customer service. They greet you when you enter but its not a warming, welcoming greeting. Its more like "hey, what do you want?" kind of tone. So my eyes are gazing at the ice cream drums and my daughter is peering over to see what she wants. Of course, shes like 3 feet tall. then the girl asks, "what can I get you?" and I'm like "huh?" .... why? because their music is on full blast. so i cant hear anything she's saying. more so, shes not smiling...so I almost didnt want to order. I was about to walk out when I realized that I really wanted baskin robbins. so i shouted back my order. she scooped the ice cream in 2 cones and rang me up. I was asking her about other items on the board because I was curious...and she says "do you want to order that to?" ... I said I was curious about the other items not that I wanted to order them.... I paid my bill and left. thats it.... Dear Baskin Robbins, Your counter girls need more training if they want to succeed in any retail business. If not, get new counter girls that know great customer service or else you're about to lose more customers. Thank You!

$0.31 per scoop!!!!!!! This was the once a year event at Bakin Robbins!!!!!!!! $0.31 per scoop for up to 3 scoops and you can have a waffle cup for $0.31, too!!!! It was madness! There was definitely a line, but we only waited about 30 minutes for this deal! I tried the green tea, strawberry cheesecake and pistachio flavors. I gotta say that their green tea is as good as Bobbie's and Dave's.

191/365 It was my first time coming to this location and since I had a BOGO scoop free coupon that was expiring I saw a great excuse to go. Me and my boyfriend care around 9 and there were a few people coming and going with a couple order quite a very quarts of ice cream. As for ourselves, I choose the chocolate covered banana ice cream and their yogurt berry nut or something like that. The chocolate covered banana was really good. Overall, BR31s are always a good go to place for some dessert.

This is the cleanest & nicest Baskin Robbins store I've been to! This place is always on spirit for any occasion, they have real christmas tree and the store is fully decorated. Good service, worker greeted me with a big smile on her face & offered me a sample spoon. There's 31 flavors which make it difficult to decide but I got my favorite ice cream which is pistachio almond & pralines and cream. She rang me up and for two scoop it cost me $5.12 which is not bad. Also she gave me my receipt and when I do the survey I get a dollar off next purchase. I love Baskin robbins!
